Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the moving mechanism 4 includes a second rotating source 41 fixedly installed at the top of one side of the moving plate 13, an output shaft of the second rotating source 41 is fixedly connected with a first belt wheel 42, one side of the connecting plate 14, which is close to the linear driver 12, is fixedly connected with two second belt wheels 43, the two second belt wheels 43 are located on the same horizontal plane, the two second belt wheels 43 and the first belt wheel 42 are respectively sleeved with a driving belt 44, one end, far away from the linear driver 12, of the two second belt wheels 43 is fixedly connected with a driving screw 45 which passes through the connecting plate 14, the driving screw 45 is rotatably connected with the connecting plate 14, each driving screw 45 is respectively in threaded connection with a moving frame 46 which passes through the connecting plate 14, and the circular saw 3 is rotatably arranged between the two moving frames 46, and the first rotating source 31 is fixedly connected with the moving frame 46 on one side.
When the circular saw 3 is required to move to cut the plastic plate, the second rotation source 41 is started firstly, then the second rotation source 41 drives the first belt pulley 42 to rotate, then the first belt pulley 42 drives the two second belt pulleys 43 to rotate through the transmission belt 44, then the two second belt pulleys 43 drive the two transmission screws 45 to rotate, and then the transmission screws 45 can drive the movable frame 46 to reciprocate when rotating forwards or reversely, so that the circular saw 3 can be driven to cut the plastic plate so as to meet the requirement.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the side wall of each movable frame 46 far away from the second rotation source 41 is fixedly connected with a connecting frame 6 respectively, an arc plate 61 is fixedly connected between the two connecting frames 6, the circular saw 3 passes through the space between the two connecting frames 6 and also passes through the arc plate 61, a water mist nozzle 62 is arranged on the connecting frame 6, a chip removing groove 63 communicated with a gap between the two connecting frames 6 is formed in the arc plate 61, and a chip removing pipe 64 is communicated with the bottom of the chip removing groove 63.
When the chip on the surface of the circular saw 3 needs to be cleaned, water mist is sprayed to the surface of the circular saw 3 through the water mist spray head 62, then the chip on the surface of the circular saw 3 is driven by water flow to flow into the chip removing pipe 64 along the chip removing groove 63 and is discharged from the chip removing pipe 64, and the circular saw 3 can be cooled when the water flow flows to the surface of the circular saw 3, so that cutting work can be smoothly carried out, and the service life, the working efficiency and the working safety of the circular saw 3 are improved.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the edge removing mechanism 5 includes a sliding rod 51 slidably connected to the bottom of each moving frame 46, a first scraper 52 is fixedly connected to the bottom of each sliding rod 51, a second spring 521 sleeved on the sliding rod 51 is fixedly connected between the bottom of each moving frame 46 and the top of each first scraper 52, a receiving groove 53 is provided at the top of the workbench 1, two moving rods 531 are slidably connected to the side wall of the receiving groove 53, the two moving rods 531 are located on the same horizontal plane, a second scraper 54 is slidably connected to each moving rod 531, a third connecting rod 541 is fixedly connected to one end of each second scraper 54 away from the second rotation source 41, a push rod 542 horizontally arranged is fixedly connected to the bottom of each arc 61, the push rods 542 are arranged as U-shaped push rods 542, the two rods of the push rods 542 are abutted with the third connecting rod 541, each side of the movable rod 531 is fixedly connected with two connecting blocks 55 respectively, fixedly connected with third springs 56 respectively between each connecting block 55 and each push rod 542 which are far away from one side of the second rotation source 41, two third springs 56 are all sleeved on the movable rod 531, supporting blocks 57 are fixedly connected to the side walls on two sides of the accommodating groove 53 respectively, fourth springs 571 are fixedly connected between the top of each supporting block 57 and the bottom of each connecting block 55 respectively, a pressing frame 58 is rotatably connected between two supporting frames 11 on each side of the workbench 1, one end of each pressing frame 58 is abutted with the bottom of the connecting plate 14, the other end of each pressing frame 58 is abutted with the connecting block 55, both ends of each pressing frame 58 can move up and down and the pressing frame 58 is close to one end of the connecting plate 14 and is higher than one end of the pressing frame 58 which is far away from the connecting plate 14, and a fifth spring 59 is fixedly connected between the bottom of the pressing frame 58 which is close to one side of the connecting plate 14 and the top of the workbench 1.
When the burrs on the plastic plate need to be removed, the connecting plate 14 is firstly abutted with the pressing frame 58 when moving downwards, so that one end of the pressing frame 58 away from the connecting plate 14 moves upwards, then the connecting block 55 moves upwards under the action of the fourth spring 571 and drives the sliding rod 51 to move upwards, then the sliding rod 51 drives the second scraper 54 to move upwards and enables the cutting edge of the second scraper 54 to abut against the edge below the notch of the plastic plate, when the circular saw 3 moves, the first scraper 52 is driven to remove the burrs of the notch above the plastic plate, and meanwhile, the second scraper 54 is driven to remove the burrs of the notch below the plastic plate, thereby being beneficial to improving the surface quality of the cut plastic plate, meanwhile, the second spring 521 can drive the first scraper 52 to move upwards and downwards so as to adapt to plastic plates with different thicknesses and enable the first scraper 52 to abut against the top of the plastic plate, and the third spring 56 can enable the second scraper 54 to return to the initial position after cutting so as to facilitate the removal of the burrs of the plastic plate next time.
Referring to fig. 2, the circular saw 3 is provided with a removal mechanism 7 for removing the kerf of the plastic plate at both sides thereof. The arrangement of the removing mechanism 7 can remove the knife lines at the notch of the plastic plate, thereby being beneficial to improving the surface quality of the plastic plate.
Referring to fig. 2, 7, 8 and 9, the removing mechanism 7 includes a collecting hole 71 formed in each first scraper 52, one end of the collecting hole 71 is disposed at a cutting edge of each first scraper 52, the collecting hole 71 can collect burrs of a plastic plate scraped by each first scraper 52, the other end of the collecting hole 71 is disposed inside each first scraper 52, one end of each collecting hole 71 located in each first scraper 52 is provided with a stirring wheel 72, a bottom of the stirring wheel 72 is cylindrical, a cylindrical portion of the stirring wheel 72 is abutted with the circular saw 3, a blanking groove 73 is formed in each first scraper 52, the blanking groove 73 is communicated with the collecting hole 71, the stirring wheel 72 can stir burrs into the blanking groove 73, a bottom of each first scraper 52 is fixedly connected with a heating plate 74 and the heating plate 74 is abutted with a notch of the plastic plate, a melting groove 75 communicated with the blanking groove 73 is formed in one side of each heating plate 74, and a pushing rod 542 is abutted with the notch of the plastic plate when the pushing rod 542 moves along with the circular saw 3.
When the knife grain at the notch of the plastic plate needs to be removed, the burrs scraped by the first scraper 52 fall into the collecting hole 71, then the burrs are pushed into the blanking groove 73 by the pushing wheel 72, then the burrs waste is heated by the heating plate 74 and becomes liquid, then the heating plate 74 is abutted against the plastic plate to melt the knife grain at the notch, then the melted burrs plastic falls into the notch of the plastic plate through the melting groove 75 to repair the knife grain, then the notch of the plastic plate is smoothed by the pushing rod 542 abutted against the notch of the plastic plate, and meanwhile water flows in the chip removing pipe 64 at one side of the pushing plate, so that the notch of the plastic plate can be cooled.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, the working table 1 is hollow, the inner side wall of the working table 1 is fixedly connected with the chip receiving plate 8, and the bottoms of the two second scrapers 54 are fixedly connected with the chip scraping plates 81 penetrating through the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 53. When the scrap impurities generated by cutting need to be cleaned, firstly, the connecting plate 14 moves upwards to enable one end of the pressing frame 58 close to the connecting plate 14 to move upwards under the action of the fifth spring 59, so that one end of the pressing frame 58 away from the connecting plate 14 moves downwards to abut against the connecting block 55, then the connecting block 55 drives the sliding rod 51 and the second scraper 54 to move downwards, then the second scraper 54 drives the scrap scraping plate 81 to move downwards and abut against the top of the scrap connecting plate 8, and finally the second scraper 54 returns to the original position under the action of the third spring 56, so that the scrap scraping plate 81 is driven to collect and tidy the scraps on the scrap connecting plate 8, and cleaning of workers is facilitated.
The implementation principle of the plastic plate slicing device provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: firstly, a plastic plate is placed on a workbench 1, then a linear driver 12 is started to drive a moving plate 13 and a connecting plate 14 to move downwards, then the connecting plate 14 drives a first rack 21 to move downwards in the downward moving process, then the first rack 21 drives a gear 24 to rotate in the downward moving process, then the gear 24 rotates to drive a second rack 25 to move, and then the second rack 25 enables a abutting plate 28 to abut against two sides of the plastic plate in the moving process.
Then the circular saw 3 moves downwards along with the connecting plate 14, then the first rotating source 31 is started to drive the circular saw 3 to rotate, then the second rotating source 41 is started, then the second rotating source 41 drives the first belt wheel 42 to rotate, then the first belt wheel 42 drives the two second belt wheels 43 to rotate through the transmission belt 44, then the two second belt wheels 43 drive the two transmission screws 45 to rotate, and then the transmission screws 45 drive the movable frame 46 to move and enable the circular saw 3 to cut the plastic plate.
In the process that the connecting plate 14 moves downwards, the connecting plate 14 abuts against one end of the pressing frame 58, the pressing frame 58 moves downwards near one end of the connecting plate 14, then the connecting block 55 moves upwards under the action of the fourth spring 571 and drives the sliding rod 51 to move upwards, then the sliding rod 51 drives the second scraper 54 to move upwards and enables the cutting edge of the second scraper 54 to abut against the edge below the notch of the plastic plate, and when the circular saw 3 moves, the first scraper 52 and the second scraper 54 are driven to remove burrs of the notch of the plastic plate.
The burrs scraped in the process of scraping burrs on the upper side of the plastic plate by the first scraper 52 enter the collecting hole 71, then are pushed into the blanking groove 73 by the pushing wheel 72, then the plastic burrs are melted by the heating plate 74 and fall from the melting groove 75, the melted burrs drop into the plastic plate notch and repair the plastic plate knife marks when the knife marks of the plastic plate notch are melted by the heating plate 74, then the push rod 542 abuts against the notch of the plastic plate and flattens the notch of the plastic plate when moving, and then the water flow in the chip removing pipe 64 on one side of the push rod 542 cools the plastic plate notch.
The circular saw 3 cuts the sweeps that the plastic slab produced partly whereabouts and connects on the bits board 8, partly adhesion reaches circular saw 3 surface, thereby spray water smoke through water smoke shower nozzle 62 makes rivers drive the sweeps and connects on the bits board 8 through junk slot 63, chip removal pipe 64, then the circular saw 3 upwards removes after cutting the plastic slab and thereby makes second scraper 54 remove to keeping away from second rotation source 41 one end under the effect of third spring 56, thereby drive sweeps scraper 81 and scrape the sweeps that connect on the bits board 8 and connect bits board 8 one end, so that the staff cleans.

and the trimming mechanism (5) is arranged close to the circular saw (3) and is used for removing burrs on the plastic plate after the circular saw (3) cuts when the circular saw (3) moves.
2. A plastic sheet slicing device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism (2) comprises:
the first racks (21) are fixedly connected to one side, away from the linear driver (12), of the connecting plates (14), two connecting plates (14) are respectively arranged, and the circular saw (3) is arranged between the first racks (21);
