in the invention, two detection cylinders 63, detection springs 66 and detection rods 65 are arranged on a rotating block 53, and in the process that a moving motor 52 moves with the rotating block 53, the detection rods 65 on the rotating block 53 are in contact with a support rod 22, so that the detection rods 65 squeeze the detection springs 66, when the support rod 22 is in a vertical state, the two detection rods 65 squeeze the detection springs 66 to the same degree, so that the two third pressure sensors 64 are subjected to the same pressure, when the support rod 22 is in an inclined state, the two detection rods 65 squeeze the corresponding detection springs 66 to different degrees, and the pressure information received by the two third pressure sensors 64 is different, so that a controller of the invention detects whether the support rod 22 is in an inclined state according to the pressure information on the two third pressure sensors 64; when the supporting rod 22 is in a vertical state, after the metal block 61 enters the concave block 6, the moving block 51 moves along with the rotating block 53, so that the rotating block 53 is inclined, the rotating block 53 and the supporting rod 22 are positioned at an included angle, the rotating block 53 and the supporting rod 22 are not in a vertical state, when the shaking electric push rod 54 pushes the shaking block 55, the thrust of the shaking electric push rod 54 cannot generate a component force in the horizontal direction, and the condition that a connecting rod cannot be pushed is ensured, and the accuracy of detecting whether the connecting rod of the sofa iron frame is loosened or not is ensured;
according to the invention, the shaking block 55 and the shaking cylinder 56 are pushed by the shaking electric push rod 54, so that the supporting rod 22 and the telescopic rod 26 drive the connecting rod on the sofa iron frame to detect whether the connecting rod on the sofa iron frame is loose, and meanwhile, the detecting cylinder 63, the detecting rod 65 and the third pressure sensor 64 are arranged on the rotating block 53 to detect whether the supporting rod 22 is in a vertical state, thereby preventing the shaking electric push rod 54 from being incapable of exerting thrust on the connecting rod of the sofa iron frame through the supporting rod 22 and the telescopic rod 26 when the supporting rod 22 is vertical, and ensuring the use effect of the invention.

the method is characterized in that: a connecting rod detection mechanism is arranged on the supporting block (1); the connecting rod detection mechanism can detect the condition of a connecting rod between the left sheet and the right sheet of the sofa iron frame in the rotation process, and further detect whether the rotation condition of the connecting rod at the middle part of the left sheet and the right sheet is consistent;
the connecting rod detection mechanism comprises a mounting block (21), a supporting rod (22) and a connecting block (23); the mounting block (21) is mounted on the supporting block (1); the supporting rod (22) is rotatably connected to the mounting block (21); the angle sensor (13) is fixedly connected to the mounting block (21) as well; the supporting rod (22) is fixedly connected with the input end of the angle sensor (13); the support rod (22) is provided with a telescopic groove (24); a first pressure sensor (25) is fixedly connected in the telescopic groove (24), and a telescopic rod (26) is slidably connected in the telescopic groove (24); a telescopic spring (27) is fixedly connected between the first pressure sensor (25) and the telescopic rod (26); the connecting block (23) is in running fit with the telescopic rod (26); the electromagnet block (17) is fixedly connected in the connecting block (23);
the two supporting blocks (1) are provided with mounting grooves (3); the mounting block (21) is slidably connected in the mounting groove (3); the upper end of the supporting block (1) is connected with a fixed screw rod (31) in a threaded manner; the output end of the fixed screw (31) is rotatably connected with a fixed plate (32); the fixing plate (32) can press and fix the mounting block (21).

The sofa iron frame left and right sheet detection device according to claim 1, wherein: both sides of the supporting block (1) are provided with the mounting groove (3), the mounting block (21), the supporting rod (22), the telescopic rod (26) and the connecting block (23); a sliding groove (4) is formed in the telescopic rod (26); a sliding rod (41) is connected in a sliding way in the sliding groove (4); the sliding rod (41) is rotationally connected with the connecting block (23); a fastening screw rod (42) is connected to the telescopic rod (26) in a threaded manner; the fastening screw (42) can press and fix the sliding rod (41).
