Step two, installing a secondary keel 4 on the main keel 2, installing an adjusting and connecting assembly 6 on the secondary keel 4, and then installing a profiled steel sheet assembly 5;
monitoring points are arranged at the central points of the adjusting and connecting support seat 61 and the adjusting and connecting top connecting piece 62, and process control is carried out according to the coordinates of the monitoring points output by the modeling of the advanced BIM software; and (3) carrying out coordinate point lofting by using a total station, and recording elevation data by measuring.
Step three, installing an opposite connection assembly 7 at the top of the opposite connection assembly 6, and correspondingly rotating and adjusting the lower opposite connection piece 71 below the opposite connection assembly 7 to the opposite connection top outer cylinder 621 so that the installation angle of the opposite connection assembly 7 corresponds to the design requirement; the relative positions of the lower link 71 and the upper link 72 are further adjusted by the link holes 73 so that the upper link 72 conforms to the inclination angles of the unit curtain wall panels 8 at different positions.
Step four, pre-installing the unit curtain wall plates 8, and pre-assembling the arc-shaped plates 81, the plate butt-joint parts 82, the plate connecting rods 83, the plate reinforcing rods 84, the rod butt-joint bone connecting pieces 85, the rod side connecting plates 86 and the corresponding unit bone rods 9 in a unit mode.
And fifthly, a group of arc-shaped adjusting plates 10 are arranged on the unit bone rods 9 in pairs up and down, the lower arc-shaped adjusting plates 10 are rotatably connected between the unit bone rods 9 and the upper connecting piece 72, and the upper arc-shaped adjusting plates 10 are rotatably connected between the unit bone rods 9 and the pinch plates 11.
Step six, correspondingly inserting the unit curtain wall plates 8 with the unit bone rods 9 and the arc-shaped adjusting plates 10 into the upper connecting piece 72, rotating the unit bone rods 9 to drive the unit curtain wall plates 8 to rotate, and installing the buckle plates 11 after adjusting the positions of the unit curtain wall plates to meet the requirements; thus, the construction of each unit curtain wall plate 8 is sequentially completed until the construction of the accurate installation structure of the steel structure super-large-span curved surface curtain wall is completed.
