The embodiment of the invention provides a printer paper-out detection alarm method and a related device. The printer paper-out detection alarm method can be applied to terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can also be equipment arranged on a printer. Printers include, but are not limited to, thermal printers, ticket printers, bar code printers.
Some embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for detecting and alarming paper absence in a printer according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the printer paper out detection alarm method includes steps S101 to S106.
Step S101, obtaining a current printing request, and obtaining a target paper number corresponding to the current printing request.
Illustratively, when a user needs to print a file or has other print requirements, the current print request is sent to the printer, which in turn obtains the current print request. And then analyzing the current printing request to obtain a storage path or access information corresponding to the printing file, and further obtaining printing content corresponding to the printing request according to the analysis result, thereby obtaining the target paper number corresponding to the printing content.
For example, the user triggers the current printing request on the mobile phone, but the file to be printed is stored on the server, and after receiving the current printing request, the printer analyzes the current printing request to obtain a storage position corresponding to the file to be printed, and further obtains printing content corresponding to the current printing request according to the storage position by the printer, so that the printing content is analyzed, and the target paper number corresponding to the printing content is obtained.
Optionally, the method for obtaining the print content by the current print request is not particularly limited, and the user can select the print content according to actual requirements. In addition, the manner of obtaining the target number of sheets corresponding to the print content is not particularly limited, and the user can select the print content according to the actual requirement.
And S102, carrying out image acquisition on the paper box of the printer by using a sensor to obtain image information corresponding to the paper box.
The sensor is an image sensor, and the paper box of the printer is made of transparent materials, so that the image sensor is used for collecting images of the paper box of the printer, and image information corresponding to the paper box is obtained. When the sensor obtains the image information, the sensor may collect the image after receiving the current print request, so as to obtain whether the number of the remaining paper sheets in the printer meets the print requirement corresponding to the current print request. The image information is mainly used for representing the occupation condition of the rest paper in the paper box in the printer.
The sensor may be a photoelectric sensor, and the photoelectric sensor detects that the thickness of the paper in the paper box is different, and corresponding position information is displayed on the picture, so that the real position information obtained by actually detecting the paper by the photoelectric sensor is displayed in the image, and corresponding image information is obtained.
Optionally, the sensor may be an image sensor or a photoelectric sensor, and the application does not limit the type of the sensor, so that a user can select the sensor according to actual requirements.
Step S103, performing image processing on the image information to obtain a target image, and performing curve fitting on the target image to obtain a target curve corresponding to the target image.
Exemplary, image processing operations such as denoising processing and enhancing processing are performed on the image information to obtain a target image corresponding to the image information, and then edge detection is performed on the target image to obtain a corresponding edge position in the target image, wherein the edge position represents position information of the rest paper in a paper box of the printer, so that curve fitting is performed on the edge position to obtain a target curve corresponding to the target image.
Optionally, the method for performing edge detection on the target image is not particularly limited, and the user can set the method according to actual requirements.
In an embodiment, the image processing is performed on the image information to obtain a target image, and curve fitting is performed on the target image to obtain a target curve corresponding to the target image, specifically referring to fig. 2, step S103 includes: substep S1031 to substep S1033.
And step S1031, performing binarization processing on the image information to obtain a binarized image corresponding to the image information.
When the sensor is a photoelectric sensor, the corresponding position information is displayed in the picture by detecting the difference of the thickness of the paper in the paper box through the photoelectric sensor, and then the true position information obtained by actually detecting the paper through the photoelectric sensor is displayed in the image, so that the corresponding image information is obtained. Thereby binarizing the image information, setting the pixel value corresponding to the position of the display paper in the image information to 1, and setting the pixel value of the rest positions to 0.
And S1032, performing image segmentation on the binarized image to obtain the target image corresponding to the binarized image.
Illustratively, to reduce the influence of noise data in the binarized image on subsequent curve fitting, the binarized image is subjected to image segmentation to obtain the most dominant distribution position in the image when the pixel value is 1, so that the segmented result is determined as a target image.
And step S1033, determining a target pixel value corresponding to the target image, and performing curve fitting on the pixel position corresponding to the target image on the target pixel value to obtain a target curve corresponding to the target image.
In order to ensure the accuracy of curve fitting, the target pixel value corresponding to the target image is first determined to be 1, then the corresponding pixel position of the target pixel value in the target image is obtained, and then the curve fitting is performed by using a least square method according to the pixel position, so as to obtain the target curve corresponding to the target image.
Optionally, the target pixel value may be 1 or other values when the target pixel value is set, and the user may set the target pixel value according to the actual binary set value.
And step S104, determining the number of the residual paper corresponding to the printer according to the target curve.
The method includes the steps of converting a target curve into a target coordinate system, obtaining a corresponding conversion result, comparing the conversion result with a history curve, and further obtaining the number of pieces of residual paper corresponding to the conversion result, namely the number of pieces of residual paper corresponding to the printer.
For example, if the target image is part of data divided in the image information, the coordinate system corresponding to the obtained target curve is a first coordinate system established for the part of data, so that the target curve is ensured to be under the same coordinate system, and thus support is provided for the number of remaining sheets corresponding to the printer, the target curve under the first coordinate system needs to be converted into a second coordinate system under the measurement of the number of sheets, the second coordinate system can be the coordinate system established corresponding to the image information, a conversion relation between the first coordinate system corresponding to the target image and the second coordinate system corresponding to the image information is obtained, and then a conversion result corresponding to the target curve is obtained according to the conversion relation. And finally, determining the number of the residual paper corresponding to the printer according to the conversion result.
In some embodiments, the determining the remaining paper number corresponding to the printer according to the target curve includes: labeling the target curve in the target image, and further obtaining the height information of the target curve corresponding to the target image; and determining the number of the residual paper corresponding to the printer according to the height information.
The target image is an image obtained by performing image processing on image information, a target curve is drawn in the target image and displayed, and then height information corresponding to the edge below the target image at each position in the target curve is calculated, so that an average value of all the height information is calculated to obtain an average height, and the number of remaining paper corresponding to the printer is calculated and obtained according to the average height and the height value of single paper.
For example, the sensor is an image sensor, the paper box of the printer is made of transparent material, the image sensor is used for collecting images of the paper box of the printer, so that image information corresponding to the paper box is obtained, at the moment, the image information is processed to obtain a target image and a target curve corresponding to the target image, the target curve is marked on the target image, when the height information of each position in the target curve, which corresponds to the edge below the target image, is calculated, the height of the paper remaining when the height information indicates is calculated, the average height corresponding to the height information is obtained, and then the number of the paper remaining corresponding to the printer can be calculated according to the average height and the height value of single paper.
In some embodiments, the method further includes, before the obtaining the height information corresponding to the target image, the step of: slope information corresponding to the target curve is obtained, and the number of paper types corresponding to the paper in the paper box is determined according to the slope information; when the number of the paper types is equal to a preset number, obtaining a first paper type corresponding to the current printing request according to the current printing request; obtaining an initial position and an end position corresponding to the target curve, and determining a second paper type corresponding to the target curve according to the initial position and the end position; and when the first paper type and the second paper type are the same, preprocessing the target curve to obtain the updated target curve.
Illustratively, before determining the number of remaining sheets corresponding to the printer according to the height information, the types of sheets in the paper cassettes corresponding to the printer need to be checked to ensure uniformity of the types of sheets in the paper cassettes, so as to provide support for subsequently obtaining the accuracy of the number of remaining sheets corresponding to the printer.
Illustratively, slope calculation is performed on the target curve to obtain slope information corresponding to the target curve, maximum slope information and minimum slope information corresponding to all slope information in the target curve are obtained, a difference value between the maximum slope information and the minimum slope information is calculated, when the difference value is larger than a preset value, the number of paper types corresponding to paper in the paper box is larger than 1, and when the difference value is smaller than or equal to the preset value, the number of paper types corresponding to paper in the paper box is equal to 1.
Illustratively, the preset number is 1, and when the number of paper types is equal to 1, the first paper type required for the print content corresponding to the current print request is determined according to the current print request. And obtaining an initial position and an end position corresponding to the target curve from data information corresponding to the target curve when fitting is carried out, and further determining the length or width of paper in the paper box according to the initial position and the end position, so as to determine a second paper type corresponding to the paper in the paper box. When the first paper type and the second paper type are the same, that is, the paper type in the paper box is consistent with the paper type required in the current printing request, the target curve is preprocessed to obtain an updated target curve so as to provide support for obtaining the number of the residual paper subsequently. When the first paper type is different from the second paper type, that is, the paper type in the paper box is not consistent with the paper type required in the current printing request, the user needs to be reminded of replacing the paper, and printing waste is prevented.
In some embodiments, when the number of paper types is greater than the preset number, further comprising: comparing the target curve with a preset curve to obtain a paper discharge sequence corresponding to the paper box; determining whether the printing paper in the paper box is abnormally placed according to the paper discharge sequence, and obtaining a placement result; and determining the height information of the target curve corresponding to the target image according to the placement result.
Illustratively, the preset number is 1, and when the number of paper types is greater than 1, it indicates that at least two paper types are placed in the paper cassette of the printer. The target curve is compared with a preset curve to obtain the corresponding number of sheet types in the sheet cassette and the sheet discharge order between the sheet types.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, when the corresponding paper type in the paper cassette is 2, and the target curve is as shown in fig. 3, it is known that the corresponding paper in the paper cassette is a paper with a larger size placed below and a paper with a smaller size placed above. When the corresponding paper type in the paper box is 2 as shown in fig. 4, the target curve is as shown in fig. 4, and the corresponding paper in the paper box is the paper with larger size placed below, the paper with smaller size placed in the middle and the paper with larger size placed above. Such a discharge would adversely affect the subsequent printing results and would require a warning to the user.
Illustratively, determining whether the printing paper in the paper box is abnormally placed according to the paper discharge sequence, and obtaining a placement result; when the placement result is abnormal, a warning is required to be sent to a user, and when the placement result is normal, the target curve can be combined with the paper discharge sequence to obtain the height information corresponding to different paper types in the target image.
For example, when the corresponding paper type in the paper box is 2, if the corresponding paper in the paper box is the paper with the larger size placed below and the paper with the smaller size placed above, the inflection point position corresponding to the target curve is first obtained, then the inflection point position is cut, the target curve is divided into a first curve and a second curve according to the inflection point position, so as to obtain the first height information corresponding to the first curve and the second height information corresponding to the second curve. Accordingly, the second remaining paper quantity minus the first remaining paper quantity obtains a paper difference value, and the difference value is updated to the second remaining paper quantity, thereby indicating the remaining paper quantity corresponding to the smaller-sized paper type with the second remaining paper quantity.
In addition, after obtaining the first remaining paper number corresponding to the paper type with the larger size and the second remaining paper number corresponding to the paper type with the smaller size, the first paper type required for obtaining the print content corresponding to the current print request is required, and when the first paper type is the paper type with the smaller size, whether the second remaining paper number meets the print requirement is required to be checked; when the first paper type is a paper type with a larger size, the user is reminded of abnormal paper placement.
In some embodiments, the determining the remaining paper number corresponding to the printer according to the height information includes: obtaining a history image corresponding to a history printing request, a history curve corresponding to the history image and the number of used paper corresponding to the history printing request; labeling the history curve in the history image to obtain a first labeling image; labeling the target curve in the target image to obtain a second labeled image; performing image fusion on the first marked image and the second marked image to obtain a fusion image; obtaining historical heights corresponding to the number of the used paper sheets according to the fusion images, and further obtaining unit heights corresponding to the paper sheets according to the historical heights; and determining the number of the residual paper corresponding to the printer according to the unit height and the height information.
For example, if the history print request is a print request corresponding to a previous time, a history image corresponding to the print request and a history curve corresponding to the history image are obtained, and the number of used paper corresponding to the print request is also required to be obtained. Labeling the history curve in the history image to obtain a first labeling image; labeling the target curve in the target image to obtain a second labeling image; and carrying out phase addition on the first marked image and the second marked image to realize image fusion, so as to obtain a fusion image, wherein the fusion image further comprises a history curve and a target curve.
Illustratively, a difference between the first height information corresponding to the history curve and the second height information corresponding to the target curve in the fused image is taken as a history height corresponding to the number of used sheets, and the unit height corresponding to the sheets in the printer is obtained by dividing the history height by the number of used sheets. And dividing the second height information corresponding to the target curve by the unit height to obtain the number of the rest paper corresponding to the printer.
Specifically, when the unit height of the paper is obtained, the paper can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual condition of the paper, so that the accuracy of calculating the number of the remaining paper is improved. The height of the unit is more flexible and the precision is higher compared with the fixed setting.
Optionally, the historical printing request may be a printing request corresponding to the previous moment, or may be a plurality of completed printing requests, which is not specifically limited in this application, and the user may select the printing request according to the actual requirement.
In some embodiments, after the obtaining the corresponding unit height of the paper, the method further comprises: obtaining a history unit height corresponding to the paper and a third paper type corresponding to the history unit height from a database; obtaining a first paper type corresponding to the current printing request according to the current printing request; screening the historical unit height from the third paper type according to the first paper type to obtain a corresponding target height; updating the unit height according to the target height to obtain the updated unit height; the updated unit height is obtained according to the following formula:
wherein, representing the updated unit height; />Representing the unit height; />Represents the ith of said third paper type, < > and->Represents the i +.>The corresponding historical unit height; />Representing the first paper type;representation pair->Counting the number of the satisfied conditions; i is in the range of 1 to the number of the historic unit heights in the database.
Illustratively, after the unit height corresponding to the paper type is obtained, the unit height is stored in the database, and then the table obtains the unit height corresponding to the current print request, and then obtains the historical unit height corresponding to the already stored paper and the third paper type corresponding to the historical unit height from the database.
Illustratively, a first paper type corresponding to a current print request is obtained according to the current print request; screening the first paper type from the third paper type for historical unit height to obtain corresponding target height, such as formulaShown; then the obtained average value of the errors of the plurality of target heights and the unit height is calculated asFurther, to ensure the accuracy of the unit height, the unit height can be converted into +.>Subtracting the error mean sum +.>Plus the range between the error averages, thereby providing a more flexible range for the subsequent acquisition of the remaining sheet count.
Step S105, determining a paper-out detection result corresponding to the printer according to the target number of paper sheets and the remaining number of paper sheets.
For example, when the target number of sheets is less than or equal to the remaining number of sheets, determining that the detection result of the paper absence corresponding to the printer is that the paper absence is normal; when the target paper number is greater than the remaining paper number, determining that the paper-out detection result corresponding to the printer is that the paper-out detection result is that the user needs to supplement paper and then print.
And step S106, determining a paper-out detection alarm strategy corresponding to the printer according to the paper-out detection result.
For example, when the paper-out detection result is that paper-out is not available and normal printing is possible, the paper-out detection alarm strategy is that alarm information is not required to be sent to the user, and the user is only required to be reminded after printing is completed. When the paper shortage detection result is that the paper shortage is performed and the user needs to perform paper supplement and then print, a warning needs to be sent to the user, and the user can perform printing after the paper supplement is completed, and can perform printing while sending a warning to the user.
An application scenario of the printer paper-out detection alarm method provided in this embodiment is: the user terminal corresponding to the user sends a current printing request to the printer, the printer receives the current printing request, obtains corresponding printing content according to the current printing request, and further determines the target paper number corresponding to the current printing request according to the printing content; further, the photoelectric sensor or the image sensor is used for carrying out image acquisition on the paper box of the printer, so that image information corresponding to the paper box is obtained; further performing image processing on the image information to obtain a target image, and performing curve fitting on the target image to obtain a target curve corresponding to the target image; thereby obtaining corresponding height information according to the target curve and further determining the number of the residual paper corresponding to the printer according to the height information; determining a paper shortage detection result corresponding to the printer according to the target paper number and the residual paper number; and finally, determining a paper-out detection alarm strategy corresponding to the printer according to the paper-out detection result. Compared with the method that the paper shortage detection is usually carried out in the related art, the method is usually based on a rule limiting method (such as limiting paper thickness or paper quality), the method can obtain the number of the residual paper more flexibly, is not limited by detecting whether the paper is standard paper (i.e. does not limit the paper thickness, the paper quality and the like), and therefore, the method is more robust. In addition, the method can accurately obtain the quantity of the residual paper, and is not limited by strict or loose rule setting when determining the paper-missing detection alarm strategy, so that the probability of false alarm or missing alarm is reduced, the problem that the paper-missing detection is often limited based on rules based on a sensor in the related technology, the capability of a printer for adapting to complex or nonstandard paper is limited, and the problem that false alarm or missing alarm is possibly caused by too strict or loose rule setting is solved.
