Example 1
FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of an embodiment of a water pumping type anti-overflow electric heating cooker of the present invention, which may be an electric cooker or the like; comprising the following steps: a metal pot body 1 and a pot cover 2 arranged on the pot; the lower part of the metal pot body is provided with a heating device; the pot cover is provided with a concave part 3; more than one overflow hole 31 is arranged on the pot cover in the concave part; thus, when the spill passes through the spill hole in the recess into the recess, it is detected by the spill-proof detection electrode.
A water tank 5 and a controlled water pump 6 connected with the water tank through a pipeline are arranged on one side of the pot body, and a metal water outlet pipe 51 (or a non-metal pipe with a conductive layer) of the controlled water pump extends towards the direction of the pot cover so that a water outlet of the metal water outlet pipe is positioned in the concave part to be convenient for contacting overflows; the water outlet of the water outlet pipe is not contacted with the pot cover at the concave part.
A first anti-overflow electrode 41 is arranged on the pot body; the second overflow preventing electrode 42 is connected to the metal water outlet pipe; thus, the metal water outlet pipe has the water outlet function and the overflow prevention detection function;
when overflows in the pot body overflow into the concave part and contacts with the water outlet of the metal water outlet pipe, the control device can detect the change and output a signal to control the controlled water pump to pump water to the concave part. When water enters the pot through the overflow hole on the concave part, the overflow stopping effect can be achieved.
As a further improvement of the embodiment, the control circuit sends a signal to the heating device while sending a water pumping signal to the controlled water pump, so that the heating power is reduced, and a better anti-overflow effect is achieved. This approach is effective for foods that are susceptible to pot spills.
Example 2
As a modification of the above embodiment, the water outlet pipe is a non-conductive metal pipe, such as a plastic pipe; the second overflow-preventing electrode can be arranged at the water outlet of the water outlet pipe through a lead, for example, a metal ring is sleeved at the water outlet of the water outlet pipe; and then is connected with the second overflow-preventing electrode through a metal ring. Thus, the second anti-overflow electrode and the water outlet pipe are respectively supported but have respective functions, and can also play a role in preventing overflow.
Example 3
As a modification of the above embodiment, the second anti-overflow electrode may be disposed in the recess through a lead wire, and the water outlet of the water outlet pipe (may be metal or non-metal) of the water pump may be located above the recess; thus, the second anti-overflow electrode and the water outlet pipe are respectively supported but have respective functions, and can also play a role in preventing overflow.

When overflows in the pot body to the second anti-overflow detection electrode, the control device can detect the change and output a signal to control the controlled water pump to pump water into the pot, so that the anti-overflow effect can be achieved.
As a further improvement of the embodiment, the control circuit sends a signal to the heating device while sending a water pumping signal to the controlled water pump, so that the heating power is reduced, and a better anti-overflow effect is achieved. This approach is effective for foods that are susceptible to pot spills.
Example 5
The water pumping type overflow-preventing electric heating cooker shown in fig. 3 is a modification of the embodiment shown in fig. 1; comprising the following steps: comprising a container 1 and a container cover 2 arranged on the pot; a water injection hole 21 is arranged at the upper part of the container cover 2 corresponding to the water outlet;
a first anti-overflow electrode 41 is arranged on the pot body;
a water tank 5 and a controlled water pump 6 connected with the water tank through a pipeline are arranged on one side of the pot body, and a metal water outlet pipe 51 (or a non-metal pipe with a conductive layer) of the controlled water pump extends towards the direction of the pot cover so as to enable a water outlet of the metal water outlet pipe to fill water into a hole 21 so as to be convenient for contacting overflows; the water outlet of the water outlet pipe is not contacted with the pot cover.
The second overflow preventing electrode 42 is connected to the metal water outlet pipe; thus, the metal water outlet pipe has the water outlet function and the overflow prevention detection function;
when overflows in the pot body overflow into the concave part and contacts with the water outlet of the metal water outlet pipe, the control device can detect the change and output a signal to control the controlled water pump to pump water to the concave part. When water enters the pot through the overflow hole on the concave part, the overflow stopping effect can be achieved.
Example 6

Example 7
As a modification of the above embodiment, a water tank may be provided on the container cover, the bottom of the water tank being communicated to the lower surface of the container cover 2 through a pipe; a controlled electromagnetic valve is arranged in the pipeline;
when overflows in the container, the control device can control the electromagnetic valve to open the pipeline to feed water into the pot according to the detection of the overflow prevention detection electrode and the output signal, so that the overflow prevention effect can be achieved.
As a further improvement of the embodiment, the control circuit sends a signal to the heating device while sending a water pumping signal to the controlled water pump, so that the heating power is reduced, and a better anti-overflow effect is achieved. This approach is effective for foods that are susceptible to pot spills.
Example 8
The anti-overflow control method of the invention comprises the following steps:
detecting whether overflow occurs in the pot in real time; when overflow is detected, the water injection device is controlled to inject water into the pot.
Further, when an overflow is detected, the method further comprises the step of reducing the heating power;
further, the water injection amount or the water injection time of the water injection is a preset value; for example, 50ML of water can be injected each time, or 3 seconds of water injection each time, so that food needing to be boiled for many times can be well controlled, and means for supplementing water into the pot can be further carried out, for example, a small amount of water is put into the pot for cooking at the beginning; and after the overflow, a relative amount of water is replenished each time to finally reach a predetermined amount of water.
Further, the method also comprises the step of counting the overflow times; for example, it may be 5-15 times, and the heating means is turned off when the number of overflows reaches a predetermined number. Thus, not only can the food needing to be boiled for many times be well controlled, but also the food can be used as a means for supplementing water into the pot, for example, a small amount of water is put into the pot for cooking at the beginning; and after the overflow, a relative amount of water is replenished each time to finally reach a predetermined amount of water. And eventually the number of spills is taken as a time selection point for ending the cooking.
Example 9
The invention relates to a pot cover for preventing overflow, which comprises: a concave part is arranged on the pot cover; more than one overflow hole is arranged on the pot cover in the concave part. Thus, when the spill passes through the spill hole in the recess into the recess, it is detected by the spill-proof detection electrode.
In the description of the present specification, a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments or examples.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
