The business process monitoring device further comprises:
generating a query request based on the service keywords in the interface service association information and sending the query request to an external network element corresponding to the system identifier in the interface service association information;
and acquiring feedback information of the external network element, and displaying the service data if the feedback information comprises the service data.
The business process monitoring device further comprises:
counting loading statistical information of each external network element, wherein the loading statistical information comprises state statistical information to be loaded, loading failure statistical information and loading success statistical information;
and monitoring the service data in the loading failure state, the to-be-loaded state or the loading overtime state to generate an alarm information notification to be pushed to a manager.
The business process monitoring device further comprises:
and if the state information of the service data is abnormal, editing the message request information and then retransmitting the message request information.
It should be noted that, the above device provided in the embodiment of the present invention can implement all the method steps implemented in the method embodiment and achieve the same technical effects, and detailed descriptions of the same parts and beneficial effects as those of the method embodiment in the embodiment are omitted.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device may include: processor 310, memory 320, communication interface (Communications Interface) 330 and communication bus 340, wherein processor 310, memory 320, and communication interface 330 communicate with each other via communication bus 340. Processor 310 may invoke logic instructions in memory 320 to perform the business process monitoring method.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 320 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
In yet another aspect, the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the business process monitoring method provided by the above methods.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program, where the computer program can be stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer can execute the business process monitoring method provided by the above methods.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A business process monitoring method, comprising:
entering an approval link after the business flow starts, wherein the approval link comprises a plurality of approval nodes, each approval node comprises an approval task, an approval person, an approval result and approval state information, and the approval information of each node of the approval link is displayed in flow tracking;
entering a release link after all approval links are approved, and acquiring message request information initiated by any service interface in a target service flow, wherein the message request information comprises service data;
generating interface service association information based on the message request information, wherein the interface service association information characterizes association information between a service interface and service data; the interface service association information comprises identification information; the identification information comprises a transaction serial number, a business keyword, a system identification and an interface identification;
acquiring message response information fed back by an external network element, and carrying out associated storage and display on the message response information, message request information associated with the message response information and the interface service associated information;
based on the message response information, the message request information and the interface service association information, performing interface management monitoring on each service interface and loading monitoring on interface loading state and service detail information of each external network element, wherein the service detail information comprises circulation information corresponding to the service data; the circulation information represents information that service data circulate between different service interfaces and different external system interfaces;
the generating interface service association information based on the message request information includes:
based on the message request information, extracting the service keyword and generating the transaction serial number;
and correlating the transaction serial number, the service keyword, the interface identifier of the service interface and the system identifier of the external network element to generate the interface service correlation information.
2. The traffic monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the interface types of the external network element include a message interface and a file interface.
3. The method for monitoring a service flow according to claim 1, wherein the performing interface management monitoring on each service interface and performing loading monitoring on interface loading state and service detail information of each external network element based on the message response information, the message request information and the interface service association information includes:
reading message request information, message response information and interface service association information corresponding to the service interface;
based on the message response information and/or the message request information, carrying out anomaly monitoring on the service interface;
based on interface identification and system identification in the interface service association information, monitoring the circulation information of the service data in different interfaces;
and monitoring the interface loading state of each external network element based on the message request information and the message response information corresponding to the service interface.
4. The method for monitoring a service flow according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the message request information initiated by any service interface in the target service flow includes:
if the service data is in a file format, the message request information is sent to a file server so that the external network element downloads and analyzes the service data from the file server;
the obtaining the message response information fed back by the external network element includes:
and acquiring message response information fed back by the external network element downloaded from the file server.
5. The method for monitoring a service flow according to claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the message response information fed back by the external network element, the method further comprises:
generating a query request based on the service keywords in the interface service association information and sending the query request to an external network element corresponding to the system identifier in the interface service association information;
and acquiring feedback information of the external network element, and displaying the service data if the feedback information comprises the service data.

The method for monitoring a service flow according to claim 1, wherein after the association storing and displaying the message response information, the message request information associated with the message response information, and the interface service association information, further comprises:
counting loading statistical information of each external network element, wherein the loading statistical information comprises state statistical information to be loaded, loading failure statistical information and loading success statistical information;
and monitoring the service data in the loading failure state, the to-be-loaded state or the loading overtime state to generate an alarm information notification to be pushed to a manager.
7. The method for monitoring a service flow according to claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the message response information fed back by the external network element, the method further comprises:
and if the state information of the service data is abnormal, editing the message request information and then retransmitting the message request information.
8. A business process monitoring device, comprising:
entering an approval link after the business flow starts, wherein the approval link comprises a plurality of approval nodes, each approval node comprises an approval task, an approval person, an approval result and approval state information, and the approval information of each node of the approval link is displayed in flow tracking;
the acquisition module is used for entering the release link after all the approval links are approved, and acquiring message request information initiated by any service interface in the target service flow, wherein the message request information comprises service data;
the generation module is used for generating interface service association information based on the message request information, wherein the interface service association information characterizes the association information between a service interface and service data; the interface service association information comprises identification information; the identification information comprises a transaction serial number, a business keyword, a system identification and an interface identification;
the association storage module is used for acquiring message response information fed back by an external network element, and carrying out association storage and display on the message response information, the message request information associated with the message response information and the interface service association information;
the monitoring module is used for carrying out interface management monitoring on each service interface and carrying out loading monitoring on the interface loading state and service detail information of each external network element based on the message response information, the message request information and the interface service association information, wherein the service detail information comprises circulation information corresponding to the service data;
the generating interface service association information based on the message request information includes:
based on the message request information, extracting the service keyword and generating the transaction serial number;
and correlating the transaction serial number, the service keyword, the interface identifier of the service interface and the system identifier of the external network element to generate the interface service correlation information.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, wherein the processor implements the business process monitoring method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the business process monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
