The terms (such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries) will be interpreted as having a meaning that is identical to the meaning of the context in the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein in connection with the various embodiments.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Generally, the upstream transaction system calculates the points actually paid by the customer according to the information such as deposit orders, and finally invokes the point service to pay the points. As a downstream point service system, the call of the upstream service is completely trusted, the point is directly issued to the client, and whether the issued point is accurate or not cannot be checked. And there are more users who draw behavior data (i.e. the wool-cut behavior) that will affect the accuracy of the credit release.
Accordingly, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present application proposes an integral issuing method applicable to the financial field or the related field.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of an integral issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The point issuing method is exemplarily applied to a point issuing system, which may be a marketing system or the like, for example.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the integral issuance method includes:
s110, acquiring a first response integral table, customer acquisition behavior data and daily terminal balance snapshot data of all customers.
Specifically, the first deposit integration table of all customers is calculated in the upstream first system (transaction system) based on the deposit order information and the customer withdrawal data of the customers generated by the own system. The first response integration table comprises integration values which are required to be issued by each client. In the existing system, the distribution of the points is generally carried out directly through a first distribution integral table calculated by the first system, but if the first distribution integral table is wrong, the distribution of the points is wrong, if the distribution is too much, the loss is larger, if the distribution is too little, the customer experience is reduced, and even the customer generates an untrustworthy attitude.
Thus, the present solution optionally adds a second system and a third system. The second system is used for acquiring deposit order information of all clients to calculate and obtain daily terminal balance snapshot data of all clients, the deposit order information acquired by the second system is the same as the data source of the deposit order information of the first system, but in order to prevent errors of the daily terminal balance snapshot data calculated in the process of calculating the real credit file by the first system, the second system is added to acquire the same data to calculate the daily terminal balance snapshot data, and the third system is used for acquiring the daily terminal balance snapshot data of the second system and the client withdrawal behavior data of the first system to calculate and obtain the second response credit. This allows for a more reliable issuing integration by performing a double calculation with the first system and the third system. The client extraction behavior data comprise advance extraction behavior data, reservation extraction behavior data, account abnormal state, blacklist processing and other data. The pre-taking behavior data, the preset taking behavior data and the daily final balance snapshot data are respectively corresponding to a unique customer identifier and a product number.
It should be noted that, considering that the second system and the third system are used to calculate the snapshot data of the final balance and the second response points respectively, the efficiency of the final point distribution is improved. Thus, it is also possible to aggregate all functions of the second system and the third system in one system.
Further, in order to improve efficiency, the first actual credit of the first system, the customer withdrawal behavior data and the like, and the daily terminal balance snapshot data of the second system may be uploaded to the same server in real time for updating, so that the third system directly obtains the corresponding first actual credit, customer withdrawal behavior data, daily terminal balance snapshot data and the like from the server.
S210, calculating a second response integral table based on the customer taking behavior data and the daily final balance snapshot data.
Specifically, each client has a corresponding response score, and the score value of each response score is calculated and filled into the response score table.
In some embodiments of the point issuing method, each customer has a corresponding customer label, and the corresponding point coefficient is queried in the preset coefficient table according to the customer label and the product number.
Specifically, each client has a unique client tag, and the client tags are used for classifying the clients, and the client tags corresponding to different clients are different. The preset coefficient table is provided with customer labels, product numbers and integral coefficients, and the customer labels, the product numbers and the integral coefficients are in association, the integral coefficients corresponding to different product numbers are different, and the integral coefficients corresponding to different customer labels are different. Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 2, customer labels are shown to include a first class through a fourth class, with corresponding integral coefficients of 1.5%, 1.6%, 1.7% and 1.8%, respectively, for product F1001.
Calculating a second response integral table based on the customer pickup behavior data and the final daily balance snapshot data, comprising:
and calculating a second response integral table according to the customer taking behavior data, the daily final balance snapshot data and the integral coefficient.
Specifically, the third system calculates an integral table to be transmitted according to the acquired customer branch behavior data, the daily final balance snapshot data and the integral coefficient, and uses the integral table to be a second integral table to be transmitted, so that the two integral tables to be transmitted are calculated by another system aiming at the same data source, and the two integral tables to be transmitted are respectively calculated for the first integral table calculated by the first system and the second integral table calculated by the third system, thereby achieving the double-calculation purpose.
Alternatively, the calculation rule of the point value corresponding to each client in the second response point table may be:the method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the Wherein q is an integral value, a is daily final balance snapshot data, b is customer taking behavior data, k is an integral coefficient, and T is the time days corresponding to the integral system. For example, if k is expressed as annual interest rate, T is 365 days, and neither k nor T is limited herein.
Further, if the client withdrawal data includes advance withdrawal data and reservation withdrawal data, b=b1-b 2, where b1 is the advance withdrawal data and b2 is the reservation withdrawal data. The pre-taking action data refers to the taking amount before the integrated value is issued and after the daily terminal balance snapshot data of the client is acquired, and the reservation taking action data refers to the amount required to be taken for reservation before the daily terminal balance snapshot data of the client is acquired.
For example, if the daily terminal balance snapshot data is 100000, the customer withdrawal data is 2000, the point coefficient is 2%, the time period corresponding to the point system is 365 days, and the reservation withdrawal data is 2000, the customer withdrawal data is 0, and the point value is about 5.48.
S310, comparing the first response integral table with the second response integral table according to the comparison rule to obtain a release integral result.
Specifically, the corresponding integral tables calculated by the two systems are compared, when the data are consistent, the probability of error of the table name data is very low, and the accuracy of integral distribution is effectively improved. When the results are not the same, then a subsequent repair operation is required.
In some embodiments of the point issuing method, the first point issuing integration table includes a unique customer identifier, a product number, and a point value; comparing the first and second response integral tables according to a comparison rule to obtain a release integral result, including:
and comparing the first and second integral tables according to the unique customer identifiers and the product numbers to obtain first integral values, which are the same in the unique customer identifiers and the product numbers and different in integral values, in the first integral table, second integral values, which are not in the second integral table, and third integral values, which are not in the first integral table, in the second integral table.
Specifically, the general comparison results are 4 kinds, namely, the data in the first application integral table is absent, the data in the second application integral table is absent, the first application integral table and the second application integral table are absent and have different integral values, and the first application integral table and the second application integral table are absent and have the same integral value. The last case can be regarded as the correct value of the integral, and the integral is issued according to the last case. However, if the first three cases occur, it indicates that the corresponding response points are likely to be wrong, and thus, require subsequent confirmation and repair to be issued again.
In the comparison, as shown in FIG. 3, which is an issue score table, customer 1234567 purchased 3 products, calculated as score values of 3, 0.5 and 2, respectively. The customer 3333333 only purchased one product F1002 (and possibly other products but the corresponding point value for the amount is omitted as 0 if too low, which is also considered as un-purchased), and the corresponding point value is 0.4. It can be seen that there is a case that a customer purchases multiple products, so that the unique customer identifier and the product number are identical, and then the corresponding point values are compared, for example, the unique customer identifier in the first response integral table and the unique customer identifier in the second response integral table are 1234567, the product number is F1001, and then the point values are compared.
And obtaining a release integral result according to the first integral value, the second integral value and the third integral value.
Specifically, the integral result includes unique identifier of each customer, product number, and result value corresponding to each integral value, the result value includes 0 and 1,0 represents error of the integral value, 1 represents correct integral value, when the result value is 1, the data will be issued, when the result value is 0, the data will need to be repaired and issued again.
S410, issuing points to the corresponding customer account numbers according to the issuing point results.
Optionally, when issuing the points, the issuing interface is dispatched by adopting an asynchronous Message Queue (MQ), so that the point issuing of a plurality of clients can be asynchronously performed, the need of waiting for the next point after the previous point is issued is eliminated, the issuing time is shortened, the issuing efficiency is improved, and the clients are also free from sense.
In some embodiments of the point issuing method, as shown in fig. 4, the step of obtaining the first point issuing integral table, the customer taking behavior data and the daily terminal balance snapshot data of all customers includes:
s111, when receiving the first trigger information, acquiring a first response integral table, customer extraction behavior data and daily terminal balance snapshot data of all customers.
Specifically, considering that when the comparison integral shows a difference integral value, the data needs to be repaired, and therefore, the second round of integral distribution needs to be performed after the repair. The first trigger information refers to a normal point issuance signal, i.e., a first point issuance for the same data source.
Issuing the points according to the issued point result, including:
s411, when there is no difference integral value in the integral result, integral distribution is performed according to the second integral table.
Specifically, the differential integral value includes a first integral value, a second integral value, and a third integral value. The differential integral value represents a problem with the integral value and may be dispensed after repair.
And S412, when the difference integral value exists in the distribution integral result, carrying out integral distribution according to a second distribution integral table corresponding to the non-difference integral value, and generating a data restoration notification, wherein the data restoration notification is used for indicating the first distribution integral table corresponding to the restoration difference integral value, the customer drawing behavior data and/or the daily terminal balance snapshot data.
Specifically, when the difference integral value occurs, a data restoration notification is generated according to the unique customer identifier and the product number corresponding to the difference integral value. The data restoration comprises automatic restoration of the system or restoration by a worker, so that after the restoration is finished, the second trigger information is automatically triggered by the system or manually triggered by the worker. When there is a difference integral value, only the no difference integral value is issued. The differential score value may be caused by a number of reasons, such as errors in the first-event integral table, errors in the customer's withdrawal behavior data, and/or errors in the daily final balance snapshot data, etc., and therefore, an investigation is required.
S413, when the second trigger information is received, the repaired first response integral table, customer extraction behavior data and/or daily terminal balance snapshot data are obtained.
And returning to the step of calculating a second response integral table based on the customer taking behavior data and the daily final balance snapshot data until integral distribution is completed.
Specifically, after repairing, the second trigger information needs to be received to be issued, wherein the second trigger information refers to the second integral issuing aiming at the same integral data source, and only the difference integral value in the first issuing is issued corresponding to the repaired integral value.
In the point issuing method of some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, when the first trigger information is acquired, a first execution version number is also generated; when the second trigger information is acquired, a second execution version number is also generated; after obtaining the result of the issuing integration, before issuing the integration according to the result of the issuing integration, the method further comprises:
s414, if the execution version number is the first execution version number, the integration is issued according to the integration issuing result.
And S415, if the execution version number is the second execution version number, issuing according to the repaired second to-be-issued integral table corresponding to the difference integral value.
Specifically, after the integration result is obtained, the corresponding execution version number needs to be judged, and the normal integration value is issued for the first time, so that only the integration result is issued, namely the integration value in the second response integration table is directly issued.
The second issuing is the corrected integral value of the differential integral value, so that in the second issuing process, not all the values in the repaired second corresponding integral table are issued, but only the repaired integral value in the repaired corresponding integral table is issued.
Alternatively, each integral value corresponds to a result value and a repair mark, and when the result value is 1 (indicating that the result values are not different) and the result value is provided with an unreleased mark, the integral value is issued, and the unreleased mark corresponding to the issued integral value is changed into the issued mark. Wherein the unreleased flag indicates that the point value has not been issued.
Further, if the difference integral still appears in the second dispensing process, the difference integral still is not dispensed in the second dispensing process, a data restoration notification is generated, and the third dispensing is waited, namely, the steps are repeated.
In some embodiments of the point issuing method, the first point issuing integral table is generated in the first system, the day end balance snapshot data is generated in the second system, and when the first point issuing integral table, the customer branch behavior data and the day end balance snapshot data are acquired, the method further includes:
and when the first system fault or update is received, directly distributing the integration according to the second response integration table.
And when the second system fault or update is received, directly distributing the integration according to the first integration table.
Specifically, when the first integration table, the customer extraction behavior data and the daily terminal balance snapshot data are acquired, the data are not necessarily correct due to possible occurrence of faults or upgrade updates of the systems corresponding to the data, so that whether the corresponding first system and second system work normally or not needs to be detected, and when a certain fault or update occurs, a plurality of lines can be switched to issue an integration. The specific switching mode is that when the first system is failed or updated, the first response integral table generated by the first system is not updated in time or is in error, and the first response integral table is issued directly according to the second response integral table. When the second system fails or is updated, information lag occurs in the acquired daily final balance of the user instead of the latest data, so that integral distribution is required to be directly carried out according to the first integral table. The embodiment can improve the accuracy of integral distribution and the fault tolerance of the system.
Further, on the basis of the original first system, after optimization and adjustment, the system (i.e. the third system) is added to perform double-calculation comparison, so that the second response integral table calculated for a period of time is different from the first response integral table, and as the first system belongs to a perfect system which is already put into use for a long time, a large problem generally does not occur, and the third system which is just put into use or is adjusted is unstable in the initial stage of putting into use, and in the transition stage, the distribution integral is always performed according to the first response integral table. And when the data of the second response integral table and the first response integral table are not different in a continuous period of time, the third system can be considered to be stably transited, namely, the third system is utilized to compare according to the comparison rule, and the distribution integral is carried out according to the distribution integral result after the comparison, so that the safety switching of the system can be ensured.
The embodiment of the application provides a distributing and placing method, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a first distributing integral table, customer taking behavior data and daily terminal balance snapshot data of all customers; calculating a second response integral table according to the customer taking behavior data and the daily final balance snapshot data; then, the first response integral table and the second response integral table are compared according to the comparison rule, and a release integral result is obtained; and finally, distributing points to the corresponding customer account numbers according to the distribution point results. The second response point is obtained by adding another calculation method, so that the accuracy of the response point is ensured, the behavior of the pulling wool is prevented by adding the data of the behavior of the client, and the loss is reduced.
In addition, the application also provides a compensation mechanism for few missed hairs, and improves the marketing integral patch function.
