一种可控制类风湿病炎症和骨变的抗风湿胶囊,由磷酸氯喹和猪胆粉按比例混合均匀后装入胶囊内所得。两者配伍,猪胆粉不仅拮抗了磷酸氯喹的副作用,而且有协同增效作用。本发明经五万六千余例临床验证,疗效确切,可有效控制早期类风湿病患者的病情,控制炎症和骨病,基本无副作用。

Description

一种可控制类风湿病炎症和骨变的抗风湿胶囊
本发明涉及一种药物组合物，确切地说是一种可控制类风湿病炎症和骨变的抗风湿胶囊。
类风湿疾病是世界性的疑难病症。申请人在抗类风湿疾病领域进行了数拾年的潜心研究和探索。曾研制了由倍他米松，盐酸吡多辛、双氢氯噻嗪和三氨喋呤混合复配的复方胶囊，对类风湿和风湿发病时引起的红、肿、热、痛有显著的镇痛解热、消肿祛红的治疗效果。该复方胶囊申请了发明专利，申请号为96112697.3。还研制了猪胆粉同盐酸左旋咪唑复配的抗风湿胶囊。还研制了纯中药的和微量营养元素的抗风湿胶囊。这些胶囊在临床上都取得了抗类风湿的显著疗效，且都申请了发明专利。
本发明为类风湿病患者所提供的胶囊，旨在控制其炎症和骨变。
本发明采用中西药结合，取磷酸氯喹和猪胆粉按7∶1的比例(质量比)混合均匀后装入胶囊内即得抗风湿胶囊。
磷酸氯喹对类风湿病的疗效在临床上已被认定，对早期患者可控制病情的发展、抑制骨变。但其副作用却严重制约着患者和医生，比如引起恶心、呕吐等胃部不适，少数患者还会现瘙痒、皮疹、剥脱性皮炎、便秘等症候。本发明选用猪胆粉与之配伍，这就大大拮抗了磷酸氯喹的副作用，此外，猪胆粉本身亦有促进钙盐吸收、乳化脂肪、利水排毒、抑菌消炎、抗过敏、健胃等作用，对胃炎、胃溃疡有显著疗效，两者匹配有协同增效作用。本发明经五万六千余例临床验证，疗效确切，可有效控制早期类风湿病患者病情的恶化，控制炎症和骨病，而且基本无副作用，只有少数患者有轻微不适感。患者乐于接受，医生也乐于使用。
实施例：
取磷酸氯喹2800克，猪胆粉400克，混合均匀后装入10000粒胶囊内即得抗风湿胶囊。每粒胶囊内含320毫克混合药粉。日服一次，每次一粒，三个月为一疗程。有严重心脏病及青光眼患者慎用。
为适应胶囊的机械化包装，可加入辅料药用淀粉一道混合均匀。辅料加入量据所选胶囊型号的容积充满为准。每粒内的有效成分不变。

1、一种可控制类风湿病炎症和骨变的抗风湿胶囊，由中西药复配而成，其特征在于：每粒胶囊内含320毫克由磷酸氯喹和猪胆粉按7∶1的比例复配后的混合药粉。
