本发明公开了一种市政道路施工裂缝填补装置,箱体安装在主车体上,箱体内设置有第一腔室和第二腔室,搅拌轴穿插在第一腔室和第二腔室内,电机安装在箱体侧边,电机的输出端固定于搅拌轴,第一腔室的上部连通有排气口,第一腔室的底部连通有进气口,第二腔室的下部连通有下料管,主车体的下部通过支架连接有V型刮板。本发明有益效果:本发明在下料管下料时,在下料管后方的V型刮板会沿着下料管的下料路径移动,部分从路缝中溢出的修补剂会被V型刮板刮除,部分修补剂填入上述区域,不会浪费,缓冲器对V型刮板进行缓冲避免崩坏,下料产生的废气被活性炭吸收球充分吸收后排出,环保健康。

本发明涉及裂缝填补装置技术领域,尤其是一种市政道路施工裂缝填补装置。
背景技术
城市的混凝土道路裂缝修复过程中经常用到道路填缝机,通过填缝机可以对水泥砼路面中产生的拱胀或收缩开裂的路面进行填补,避免产生过大的更大的裂缝或者对车辆行驶带来影响,保证道路的平整或者车辆行驶的安全,道路施工填补装置通常是将沥青或其他道路修补剂倒入修补装置内加工然后再通过出料管排除对裂缝进行填充修补。

目前的道路施工填补装置在将修补剂注入裂缝内时由于裂缝内部崎岖弯折会使得刚注入的修补剂不能及时下沉而溢出至地面上,造成修补剂的浪费的同时降低修补填缝的效率,同时修补时产生大量的废气影响环境和施工人员健康。
因此,对于上述问题有必要提出一种市政道路施工裂缝填补装置。

针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种市政道路施工裂缝填补装置,以解决上述问题。
一种市政道路施工裂缝填补装置,包括主车体、箱体、电机、搅拌轴和V型刮板,所述箱体安装在主车体上,所述箱体内设置有第一腔室和第二腔室,所述搅拌轴穿插在第一腔室和第二腔室内,所述电机安装在箱体侧边,所述电机的输出端固定于所述搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴在第一腔室内圆周部连接有若干个第一搅拌杆,所述搅拌轴在第二腔室内圆周部连接有若干个第二搅拌杆,所述第一腔室的上部连通有排气口,所述第一腔室的底部连通有进气口,所述第二腔室的上部连通有进料斗,所述第二腔室的下部连通有下料管,所述主车体的下部通过支架连接有V型刮板。

主车体1的顶端固定安装有箱体2,箱体2的内部设有独立的第一腔室3和第二腔室4,主车体1的一侧固定安装有电机5,电机5的输出端连接通入到第一腔室3和第二腔室4内部的搅拌轴6,搅拌轴6上固定安装有第一搅拌杆7,第一腔室3的内部固定安装有位于第一搅拌杆7下方的网板13,网板13上设有活性炭吸收球14,主车体1的底端设有带有阀门的下料管8,下料管8通入到第二腔室4内,下料管8上固定安装有吸料泵9,主车体1的底端固定安装有位于下料管8底端一侧的支架10,支架10的下方设有朝向下料管8底端设置的V型刮板12,V型刮板12和支架10之间通过若干均匀分布的缓冲器11连接,主车体1的底端固定安装有通入到第一腔室3内腔底端的进气口17,电机5带动搅拌轴6转动从而带动搅拌杆7转动对第一腔室3的活性炭吸收球14进行搅拌,对第二腔室4内部的修补剂搅拌,开启下料管8的阀门进行下料,主车体1移动使得下料管8沿补缝区域移动行走,吸料泵9将修补剂抽出至缝隙内,部分从路缝中溢出的修补剂会被V型刮板12刮除,V型刮板12会将修补剂聚拢在其V型腔内,当遇到裂缝较大的区域或者底部可快速进入修补剂的沟缝,该部分修补剂填入上述区域,不会浪费,缓冲器11对V型刮板12进行缓冲避免崩坏,产生的废气被吸入到第一腔室3内被活性炭吸收球吸14收废气后排出。
箱体2的顶端设有通入到第一腔室3内部的排气口15,排气口15处固定安装有风机16用于抽取气体排出;箱体2的前侧固定安装有电箱18,控制箱18为电机5和风机16供电;箱体2的顶端设有通入到第二腔室4内部的用于添加修补剂的进料斗19;箱体2的后侧设有将第一腔室3后侧密封的可拆卸的检修门22,便于打开对内部活性炭吸收球14进行更换。
