In the using process of the invention, along with the operation of the belt conveyor body 1, the scraping plate 301 cleans materials adhered on the belt surface of the belt conveyor body 1, meanwhile, the driving motor 512 is started, the driving motor 512 drives the transmission shaft 508 to rotate through the bevel gear group 513, the transmission shaft 508 drives the rotary table 506 to rotate through the driving wheel 509 and the driving wheel 510, the rotary table 506 can drive the scraping plate 501 to move up and down through the supporting arm 505, so that the scraping plate 501 moves up and down on the surface of the scraping plate 301, the cleaning of the materials adhered on the scraping plate 301 is realized, water enters the scraping plate 501 through a water pipe by the aid of an external water pump, and the water in the scraping plate 501 is discharged through a water spray port, so that the belt, the scraping plate 501 and the scraping plate 301 are cleaned integrally.
If there is the impurity that thickness is big and be difficult to clear up on the belt of band conveyer body 1, along with the rotation of belt, the impurity removes to scraper 301 department, because the effect of impurity makes scraper 301 keep away from band conveyer body 1, and then make bracing piece 203 take place to rotate, make positioning seat 205 to the direction of spacing seat 210 remove, and then make pressure sensor's detection numerical value increase, therefore pressure sensor's detection numerical value increases, corresponding impurity on the demonstration belt increases, pressure sensor's detection numerical value decreases, corresponding impurity on the demonstration belt reduces, and at this moment pressure sensor's detection numerical value increases, equipment control external water pump and driving motor 512's power increases, thereby make scraper 501 spun rivers impact force increase, can assist the clearance and soften impurity on the belt under the assistance of rivers, be favorable to making scraper 301 clear up impurity on the belt.
When the scraping plate 301 is far away from the belt conveyor body 1, the positioning wheel 401 is far away from the belt conveyor body 1, and due to the assistance of the spring 406, the adjusting seat 405 and the adjusting rod 407 are enabled to move upwards, the positioning wheel 401 is further enabled to be attached to the outer side wall of the belt conveyor body 1, the upward movement of the adjusting rod 407 enables the airtight cylinder 409 to form suction force, the suction force of the airtight cylinder 409 acts on the cavity 514 at the top end of the piston plate 515 through the communicating pipe 517, so that the piston plate 515 moves upwards, the upward movement of the piston plate 515 enables the connecting rod 516 to move upwards, the scraping plate 501 can be enabled to strike a belt of the belt conveyor body 1, after the power of the driving motor 512 is increased, the striking frequency of the scraping plate 501 is higher, and the scraping plate 501 can assist in breaking and cleaning impurities adhered to the belt, so that the using effect and the using convenience of equipment are improved.
And along with the material on the belt conveyor body 1 is cleaned, the thrust of the material impurity to the scraping plate 301 disappears, the detection value of the pressure sensor is reduced, the power of the corresponding external water pump and the driving motor 512 is reduced, and the positioning wheel 401 is influenced by the belt conveyor body 1 to enable the adjusting rod 407 to move downwards, so that the piston plate 515 moves downwards, the scraping plate 501 resumes the normal cleaning process of the scraping plate 301, and the use effect and the use convenience of equipment are improved.
According to the belt conveyer disclosed by the invention, by arranging the devices such as the pressure sensor, the airtight cylinder 409, the cavity 514, the spring 406 and the communicating pipe 517, the equipment can automatically adjust according to the thickness and the hardness of materials adhered on the belt when the equipment cleans the materials adhered on the belt of the belt conveyer body 1, if the thickness and the hardness of the materials adhered on the belt are large, the equipment can carry out auxiliary cleaning in a reciprocating knocking mode of the water flow and the shovel plate 501, and if the thickness and the hardness of the materials adhered on the belt are small, the equipment can clean the materials on the belt through the water flow and the scraper plate 301, so that the use effect and the use convenience of the equipment are improved.
Example III
The invention also provides a cleaning method of the cleaning component of the belt conveyor, which uses the cleaning component of the belt conveyor to clean the belt of the belt conveyor, and comprises the following steps:
step one, equipment installation, namely installing a supporting component 2 on one side of a belt conveyor body 1, fixing the position of the supporting component 2 through fasteners such as bolts, and keeping the scraping component 3 attached to a conveying belt in the belt conveyor body 1.

Step four, auxiliary cleaning, starting a shovel assembly 5, wherein a shovel plate 501 in the shovel assembly 5 slides up and down on the outer side wall of the scraper 301, and scrapes off the waste attached to the surface of the scraper 301, so as to avoid the waste attached to the surface of the scraper 301 from affecting cleaning operation.
Step five, dismantling equipment, separating the device from the belt conveyor body 1 after the cleaning work is finished, and finishing the cleaning operation, and simultaneously, installing the device at a position on the belt conveyor body 1, which does not affect the material conveying, so as to achieve the purpose of long-term continuous cleaning.

the support assembly comprises a support seat, fixing sleeves are respectively arranged in the middle of two sides of the support seat in a penetrating manner, support rods are respectively arranged in the middle of the fixing sleeves in a penetrating manner, positioning seats are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the outer side wall of each support rod, and pressure sensors are arranged at the top ends of the positioning seats;
the scraping assembly comprises a scraping plate;
the positioning assembly comprises a positioning wheel, a mounting seat is arranged at the side end of the scraping plate, a closed cylinder is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting seat, an adjusting rod is arranged at the output end of the closed cylinder, an adjusting seat is arranged on the adjusting rod, and a spring is arranged between the adjusting seat and the mounting seat;
the shovel material subassembly includes the shovel flitch, the shovel flitch sets up in the lateral wall top of scraping the flitch, shovel flitch lower extreme is provided with the support arm, the support arm lower extreme is provided with the cavity, be provided with the piston board in the cavity, the piston board top is provided with the connecting rod, the connecting rod top is articulated with shovel flitch, be provided with the water pipe on the shovel flitch, the sawtooth tip of shovel flitch is provided with the water jet, the support arm upper end is provided with the communicating pipe with airtight jar intercommunication.
