When the cleaning roller is used, the cleaning roller rotates, the position of the scraper on the cleaning roller, which is positioned at the edge of the through groove, is close to the direction of feeding of the electrolytic carbon electrode, and the scraper is in motion to scrape impurities deposited on the surface of the electrolytic carbon electrode. Because the scraper is in rigid contact with the impurities, when the impurity components are too hard, the scraper can retract to compress the pressure spring, and the damage to the scraper is avoided.
As shown in figures 3-5, the cleaning machine with the electrolytic carbon pole plane cleaning rollers is provided with three groups of cleaning rollers and a frame 2, wherein two groups of the three groups of the cleaning rollers are vertically arranged on two sides in the frame 2, and one group of the three groups of the cleaning rollers is horizontally arranged in the frame 2.
The horizontal cleaning roller 201 is provided with a horizontal cleaning feeding mechanism 208 which moves up and down, the two vertical cleaning rollers 202 are provided with vertical cleaning feeding mechanisms 205 which move towards the middle, and the horizontal cleaning roller 201 and the vertical cleaning rollers 202 are respectively provided with a rotary driving structure.
The electrolytic carbon pole 5 to be cleaned is conveyed through the space below the rotating transverse cleaning roller 201 and between the two vertical cleaning rollers 202, and the impurities on the surface of the electrolytic carbon pole 5 are cleaned by the rotating transverse cleaning roller 201 and the two vertical cleaning rollers 202. The rotating directions of the two cleaning rollers are opposite to the advancing direction of the electrolytic carbon electrode. The scraper on the cleaning roller is positioned at the edge of the through groove and close to the feeding direction of the electrolytic carbon electrode.

When the transverse cleaning and feeding mechanism is a screw transmission pair, the transverse roller bearing seat 209 is provided with a nut of the screw transmission pair, the nut is matched with a height-adjusting screw rod, the height-adjusting screw rod is connected with a transverse cleaning and feeding motor in a driving mode, the height-adjusting driving motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod drives the nut to move up and down, and the vertical height of the transverse roller bearing seat 209 and the transverse cleaning roller 201 is adjusted to achieve feeding.
The lower part of the frame 2 is provided with a movable wheel set and a movable driving mechanism, the movable wheel set is positioned on a track, the movable driving mechanism drives the movable wheel set to move along the track, and the electrolytic carbon electrode 5 to be cleaned passes through the space below the transverse cleaning roller 201 and the two vertical cleaning rollers 202.
