The pre-tightening force between the outer cylinder 61 and the connecting seat 71 can be generated by arranging the pre-tightening spring and the pre-tightening ring 64, and the pre-tightening force has the advantage that the connecting seat 71 cannot be moved upwards at will due to shaking when the connecting seat 71 moves normally; or when an accident occurs and the connection seat 71 is collided upward, the connection seat 71 is not easily moved upward.

s4, judging whether the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7 needs to be received by the receiving mechanism 8 or not when the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7 moves to the position above the receiving mechanism 8;
s5, when the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7 is not required to be received by the receiving mechanism 8, the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7 continues to move, and when the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7 is required to be received by the receiving mechanism 8, the deflector rod 84 dials the receiving cylinder 83 upwards;
s6, after the receiving cylinder 83 receives the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7, the moving ring 82 moves to the position of the second track 812;
s7, the operator takes down the corresponding garment and processes the garment, the garment is put back after processing, and at the moment, the movable ring 82 moves to the end B of the fourth track 814;
s8, the other deflector rod 84 dials the receiving cylinder 83 upwards, and the receiving cylinder 83 returns the clothes hanger connecting mechanism 7 to the bearing mechanism 6.
It should be explained that the number of the receiving mechanisms 8 is the same as the number of the stations;
the number of the moving mechanisms 5 is far greater than the number of stations, the clothes hanger connecting mechanisms 7 are preset in the upper bearing mechanisms 6 on part of the moving mechanisms 5, and the upper bearing mechanisms 6 on part of the moving mechanisms 5 are in a vacant state.

1. An intelligent suspension system for clothing production, which is characterized by comprising:
a ring frame (1);
the moving mechanism (5) is arranged at the bottom of the ring frame (1) and moves along the ring frame (1);
an upper carrying mechanism (6) fixed below the moving mechanism (5);
a clothes hanger connecting mechanism (7) which is detachably connected in the upper bearing mechanism (6);
a connecting rod (9) fixed on the clothes hanger connecting mechanism (7) and facing the inner side of the ring frame (1), wherein the connecting rod (9) is used for connecting clothes hangers; and a receiving mechanism (8), the receiving mechanism (8) comprising:
a receiving rail (81) which is closed and has a height difference between a lower structure and an upper structure of the receiving rail (81);
a moving ring (82) movably disposed on the receiving rail (81);
a receiving cylinder (83) for selectively receiving the hanger attachment means (7) from the upper carrier means (6).

The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 1, wherein the ring frame (1) comprises an inner ring frame (11) and an outer ring frame (12), the sides of the inner ring frame (11) and the outer ring frame (12) facing the ground are respectively provided with clamping shoulders extending close to each other so as to jointly bear the ring chain (3), the ring frame (1) is further rotatably provided with a gear (4) for driving the ring chain (3) to move, and the ring chain (3) is connected with the moving mechanism (5) and drives the moving mechanism to move.

The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 2, wherein the loop chain (3) comprises a plurality of chain blocks (31) which are hinged in sequence and form a ring shape, tooth grooves which are matched with the gears (4) are formed in the middle of the chain blocks (31), a hinge joint (34) is formed at one end of each chain block (31), a hinge shaft (35) is formed at the other end of each chain block, two adjacent chain blocks (31) are hinged through the corresponding hinge joint (34) and the hinge shaft (35), a lower limiting plate (32) and an upper limiting plate (33) are arranged on two sides of each chain block (31), and a space formed between the lower limiting plate (32) and the upper limiting plate (33) corresponds to a clamping shoulder of the inner ring frame (11) or the outer ring frame (12).

The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 2, wherein a ring rail (2) is arranged below the ring frame (1), the ring rail (2) is in a groove shape, a gap is kept between the ring rail (2) and the ring frame (1), a connecting piece is fixedly connected between an inner side plate body of the ring rail (2) and the inner ring frame (11), and the ring rail (2) is used for limiting and sliding connection with the moving mechanism (5).
5. The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 4, wherein the ring rail (2) comprises a ring groove (21) and a ring rod (22) fixed on the outer peripheral side of the ring groove (21);
the moving mechanism (5) includes:
a follower plate (51) which passes through a gap between an outer plate body of the endless track (2) and the outer ring frame (12) and is connected to the endless chain (3);
the follow-up seat (52) is fixed below the follow-up plate (51) and is used for fixedly connecting with the upper bearing mechanism (6); and a support base (53) fixed to a side portion of the follower base (52) and slidably supported on the ring lever (22).
6. The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 5, wherein the follow-up plate (51) comprises:
the bottom of the plate body (511) is connected with the follow-up seat (52);
the connecting plate (512) is of a hook-shaped structure, passes through a gap between the outer side plate body of the annular rail (2) and the outer annular frame (12) and is connected to the annular chain (3); and
and the guide plate (513) is fixed below the connecting plate (512) and is attached to the outer side plate body of the annular rail (2).

The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 1, wherein the receiving rail (81) comprises a first rail (811), a fourth rail (814) and a third rail (813) which are positioned on the same plane and are sequentially connected, and further comprises a second rail (812) positioned below the first rail (811), a downhill rail is connected between the second rail (812) and the first rail (811), and an uphill rail is connected between the second rail (812) and the third rail (813);
side grooves are formed in two sides of the receiving track (81), and side blocks corresponding to the side grooves are arranged in the moving ring (82).

The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 1, wherein a square column is fixed at the top of the movable ring (82), the bottom of the receiving cylinder (83) is vertically and slidably arranged on the square column, a deflector rod (84) for driving the receiving cylinder (83) to move upwards is arranged on one side of the receiving cylinder (83), and the clothes hanger connecting mechanism (7) can be sent into the upper bearing mechanism (6) or the clothes hanger connecting mechanism (7) can be taken out from the upper bearing mechanism (6) by driving the receiving cylinder (83) to move upwards;

the clearance set up in ring platform (74) of round platform (72) below, the bottom of ring platform (74) is fixed with ring body (73), the upper surface of ring platform (74) is the wedge, the external diameter of ring body (73) equals the biggest external diameter of ring platform (74), the minimum distance between ring platform (74) and urceolus (61) inner wall is less than the minimum distance between round platform (72) and urceolus (61) inner wall.
10. The intelligent hanging system for clothing production according to claim 9, wherein a square limiting rod (63) is fixed at the inner top of the outer barrel (61), and a slot corresponding to the limiting rod (63) is formed at the top of the connecting seat (71);
