when the sliding block 9 pushes the bottom plate 1 to move, the rack 24 moves along with the sliding block 9, and when the rack 24 moves to the position right below the mounting seat 11, the rack 24 is meshed with the gear 27, and as the rack 24 continues to move, the gear 27 rotates, and the driving belt 28 drives the rotating shaft 12 to rotate, so that the compression roller 18 can tightly attach the water absorbing paper 3, the gold mark pad 5 and the sample pad 4 to the bottom plate 1, and meanwhile, the bottom plate 1 can be promoted to move towards the cutting part 17;
