Abstract
本发明提供了一种可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾及其制备方法,包括基布和湿巾液,所述基布表面接枝有季磷盐,所述湿巾液包括如下原料:抑菌剂、金缕梅提取物、洋甘菊提取物、维生素E、芦荟、纯化水,所述基布是通过将浆料制成的无纺布浸泡于季磷盐水溶液中发生接枝反应得到。本发明通过向基布表面接枝季磷盐提高厕用湿巾自身的抗菌能力,使其在湿巾液不足的情况下也能保持湿巾持久的呈无菌状态,同时还不影响厕用湿巾的可冲散性能及对皮肤上残留物的杀菌性能。

技术领域
本发明属于湿巾技术领域,具体涉及一种可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来随着人民生活水平以及消费需求的不断提高,人们对日常个人卫生健康护理需求显著增强。厕用湿巾(又名湿厕纸)相对于普通干纸巾,具有更卓越的卫生洁净功能和舒适特性,逐渐成为厕纸界革命性的新产品。
同普通的湿巾一样,厕用湿巾包括基布和湿巾液,但不同于普通湿巾的是二者的材料不同、用途不同。厕用湿巾所使用的基布的制作材料应含有大量的原生木浆,这种材料具有着天然的亲肤能力,对皮肤所造成的刺激较小,不会出现皮肤过敏、发红等情况,且原生木浆具有可冲散性,可以在马桶或下水道中分解,避免堵塞马桶;厕用湿巾大多都会用来擦拭私处敏感肌肤,湿巾液不应刺激肌肤,应通过国家规定的"阴道粘膜测试"。该领域研发人员已经针对上述区别要求研发出不同于湿巾的厕用湿巾,如专利CN105012823A公开了冲散型湿厕纸及其制造方法,其包括润湿液和浸泡在润湿液中的非织造材料,所述的非织造材料包含按纤维重量计5-8%的聚乳酸纤维、3-4%的椰炭纤维,余量为木浆纤维,该冲散型湿厕纸不含添加的粘结剂和湿强剂,所述的润湿液是由以下重量份的原料制成:5~10份玉米须,15~20份蛇床子,8~10份当归,10~15份白芷,10~12份百部,20~30份艾叶,5~10份花椒叶,5~10份山奈,20~30份铁马鞭,15~20份大青叶,3~5份柠檬酸,10~15份椰子油,15~20份橙皮,400~500份水。专利CN114869812A公开了抑菌组合物及包含它的湿厕纸,包括如下组分:蒲公英提取液10-30份,金银花提取液5-20份,黄柏提取液4-15份,苦参提取液6-25份,黄芩提取液5-15份,生地黄提取液5-10份,地榆提取液5-15份,大黄提取液5-20份,紫花地丁提取液5-15份,冰片15份。本发明还公开了一种湿厕纸,其利用本发明的抑菌组合物作为喷涂液,喷涂于基材上,并将基材完全润湿,基材为非织造布,抑菌组合物与基材的重量比为2.0-3.5。
以上为现有技术公开的可冲散的厕用湿巾,由于人体排泄物是细菌的有益滋生、繁殖载体,因此上述湿巾液中含有一些抑菌成分,一是为保持包装体内的湿巾无菌状态,二是对皮肤上残留的排泄物杀菌,虽大部分厕用湿巾设计的水分适中,但日常生活中不可免存在包装袋受外力导致湿巾液在上层和下层湿巾中的含量不同的情况,若含量大的湿巾被抽走,含量少的湿巾中的抑菌成分不足以保持湿巾呈无菌状态,致使细菌滋生、繁殖,发生感染。因此开发一种不受外部情况影响,可长久保持无菌状态,同时还满足上述可冲散、对皮肤上残留物灭菌且无刺激的厕用湿巾变得十分有必要。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾及其制备方法,通过向基布表面接枝季磷盐提高厕用湿巾自身的抗菌能力,使其在湿巾液不足的情况下也能长时间保持湿巾呈无菌状态,同时还不影响厕用湿巾的可冲散性能及对皮肤上残留物的灭菌性能。
为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,包括基布和湿巾液,所述基布表面接枝有季磷盐,所述湿巾液包括如下原料:抑菌剂、金缕梅提取物、洋甘菊提取物、维生素E、芦荟、纯化水。
所述基布是通过将浆料制成的无纺布浸泡于季磷盐水溶液中发生接枝反应得到,所述浆料包括如下重量份的原料:50-60份木浆纤维、30-40份粘胶纤维、5-20份天丝纤维。
进一步地,所述木浆纤维的长度为2-10mm,所述粘胶纤维的长度为4-10mm,所述天丝纤维的长度为4-10mm。
进一步地,所述基布通过包括如下步骤的方法制得:
1)将木浆纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝纤维浸泡于水中,送入搅拌机制成浆料;
2)将浆料通过湿法成网机抄造、成型、热风烘干,得无纺布;
3)将无纺布先浸于活化溶液中进行活化,捞出,洗涤至中性,再浸于季磷盐水溶液中,升温并恒温进行反应,然后过滤干燥至恒重即得基布。
进一步地,步骤1)所述浸泡时间为0.5-2h。
进一步地,步骤2)所述抄造次数为1-20次,所述热风烘干温度为80-120℃。
进一步地,步骤3)所述活化溶液为环糊精与NaOH水溶液的混合物,所述环糊精选自α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精中的一种或两种的组合;所述混合物中环糊精的浓度为10-13wt%,NaOH的浓度为5-8wt%,所述活化条件为在30-50℃加热3-5h,所述无纺布与活化溶液的浸渍浴比为1cm2:200-300μL;所述无纺布与季磷盐水溶液的浸渍浴比为1cm2:100-150μL,所述季磷盐水溶液浓度为1.2-2wt%,所述升温为升至80-95℃,所述反应时间为3-5h,所述干燥为在40-60℃下干燥。
活化溶液为削弱无纺布纤维表面分子链间的氢键作用,提高无纺布表面活性羟基含量。
进一步地,所述基布表面的季磷盐接枝率为6.2-11.5wt%,优选为7.0-9.8wt%,所述湿巾液包括如下重量份的原料:0.1-0.5份抑菌剂、0.1-1份金缕梅提取物、0.1-1份洋甘菊提取物、0.1-1份芦荟、0.01-0.1份维生素E、0.01-0.1份柠檬酸,0.5-5份保湿剂纯化水补足至100份。
所述季磷盐选自四羟甲基氯化磷、四羟甲基硫酸磷中的一种或两种的组合。
所述基布的面密度为50-60g/m2。
所述抑菌剂选自苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯己定、聚氨丙基双胍、醋酸氯己定、月桂酸单甘油酯中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
优选的,所述抑菌剂为月桂酸单甘油酯。
所述保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
本发明还提供了上述可冲散杀菌厕用湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将基布灭菌,然后浸渍于湿巾液中,浸泡饱和后制得所述可冲散杀菌厕用湿巾。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过向基布表面接枝季磷盐提高厕用湿巾自身的抗菌能力,使其在湿巾液不足的情况下也能保持湿巾呈无菌状态,同时还不影响厕用湿巾的可冲散性能及对皮肤上残留物的灭菌性能。
发明人发现以环糊精与NaOH水溶液的混合物作为无纺布的活化溶液能接枝更多的季磷盐。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不局限于说明书上的内容。若无特殊说明,本发明实施例中所述“份”均为重量份。所用试剂均为本领域可商购的试剂。
制备基布
制备例1
1)将50份木浆纤维、30份粘胶纤维、20份天丝纤维浸泡于水中1h,然后将木浆纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝纤维送入搅拌机制成浆料;
2)将浆料通过湿法成网机抄造3次、得成型平整湿物料、120℃热风烘干得面密度为50g/m2的无纺布;
3)将无纺布先以浸渍浴比为1cm2:200μL浸于50℃β-环糊精的浓度为13wt%、NaOH的浓度为8wt%的混合水溶液中3h,捞出洗涤至中性,再以浸渍浴比为1cm2:150μL浸渍于浓度为2.0wt%的四羟甲基硫酸磷水溶液中升温至80℃并恒温进行反应4.5h,反应结束后过滤,在60℃干燥至恒重即得基布。
制备例2
其余与制备例1相同,不同之处在于,步骤3)中四羟甲基硫酸磷水溶液浓度为1.2wt%。
制备例3
其余与制备例1相同,不同之处在于,步骤3)中四羟甲基硫酸磷水溶液浓度为3wt%。
制备例4
其余与制备例1相同,不同之处在于,步骤3)中四羟甲基硫酸磷水溶液浓度为1wt%。
制备例5
其余与制备例1相同,不同之处在于,步骤3)中用四羟甲基氯化磷替代四羟甲基硫酸磷。

2)将浆料通过湿法成网机抄造3次、得成型平整湿物料、120℃热风烘干得面密度为50g/m2的无纺布。
对比制备例2
其余与制备例1相同,不同之处在于,步骤3)改为:将步骤2)所得无纺布以浸渍浴比为1cm2:150μL浸渍于浓度为2.0wt%的四羟甲基硫酸磷水溶液中升温至80℃并恒温进行反应4.5h,反应结束后过滤,在60℃干燥至恒重即得基布。即,与制备例1相比,不进行无纺布的活化。
制备厕用湿巾
实施例1
称取0.5份月桂酸单甘油酯、1份金缕梅提取物、1份洋甘菊提取物、1份芦荟、0.1份维生素E、0.1份柠檬酸,1份甘油,纯化水补足至100份,将上述各组分混合均匀得湿巾液。
将制备例1基布灭菌,然后浸渍于上述湿巾液中,浸泡饱和后制得所述可冲散杀菌厕用湿巾。
实施例2-7
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,基布分别为制备例2-7制得。
实施例8
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,月桂酸单甘油酯的用量为0.1份。
实施例9
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,用苯扎氯铵替代月桂酸单甘油酯。
对比例1
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,基布为对比制备例1制得。
对比例2
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,基布为对比制备例2制得。
1.将上述制备例及对比制备例制备的基布进行以下性能测试:
接枝率:根据以下公式计算基布的接枝率(GD):
GD=(W1-W0)/W0×100%
W1-接枝后无纺布的质量;
W0接枝前无纺布的质量。
2.将上述实施例及对比实施例制备的厕用湿巾进行以下性能测试:
基布抗菌性能:参照GB/T 20944.3-2008纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法,对基布进行抗菌性能的测试,菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌。
湿抗张强度:参照GB/T 24328.4-2020卫生纸及其制品第4部分:湿抗张强度的测定。
可冲散性:参照GB/T 40181-2021一次性卫生用非织造材料的可冲散性试验方法及评价进行测试,计算分解率,分解率越大可冲散性越好。
粘膜刺激试验:参照GB/T15979-2002一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准中附录A进行测试。

由表2可以看出,接枝季磷盐有助于提高基布对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率,并且在7.0-9.8wt%的接枝率范围内可使基布自身抗菌能力大于80%,厕用湿巾的分解率也大于90%,大大提高了基布自身的抗菌能力,在湿巾液不足的情况下,也能保持湿巾呈持久的无菌状态。但接枝率过大时,虽能使基布的抑菌率高达89%以上,却降低了厕用湿巾的可冲散性,推测为在基布表面形成了一层复杂的交联的膜结构导致。

1.一种可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,包括基布和湿巾液,所述基布表面接枝有季磷盐,所述湿巾液包括如下原料:抑菌剂、金缕梅提取物、洋甘菊提取物、维生素E、芦荟、纯化水,所述基布是通过将浆料制成的无纺布浸泡于季磷盐水溶液中发生接枝反应得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,所述基布表面的季磷盐接枝率为7.0-9.8wt%,所述湿巾液包括如下重量份的原料:0.1-0.5份抑菌剂、0.1-1份金缕梅提取物、0.1-1份洋甘菊提取物、0.1-1份芦荟、0.01-0.1份维生素E、0.01-0.1份柠檬酸,0.5-5份保湿剂纯化水补足至100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,所述季磷盐选自四羟甲基氯化磷、四羟甲基硫酸磷中的一种或两种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,所述浆料包括如下重量份的原料:50-60份木浆纤维、30-40份粘胶纤维、5-20份天丝纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,所述木浆纤维的长度为2-10mm,所述粘胶纤维的长度为4-10mm,所述天丝纤维的长度为4-10mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,所述基布通过包括如下步骤的方法制得:
1)将木浆纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝纤维浸泡于水中,送入搅拌机制成浆料;
2)将浆料通过湿法成网机抄造、成型、热风烘干,得无纺布;
3)将无纺布先浸于活化溶液中进行活化,捞出,洗涤至中性,再浸于季磷盐水溶液中,升温并恒温进行反应,然后过滤干燥至恒重即得基布。
7.根据权利要求6所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,步骤3)所述活化溶液为环糊精与NaOH水溶液的混合物,所述环糊精选自α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精中的一种或两种的组合;所述混合物中环糊精的浓度为10-13wt%,NaOH的浓度为5-8wt%,所述活化条件为在30-50℃加热3-5h,所述无纺布与活化溶液的浸渍浴比为1cm2:200-300μL。
8.根据权利要求6所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,步骤3)所述无纺布与季磷盐水溶液的浸渍浴比为1cm2:100-150μL,所述季磷盐水溶液浓度为1.2-2wt%,所述升温为升至80-95℃,所述反应时间为3-5h,所述干燥为在40-60℃下干燥。
9.根据权利要求1所述可冲散持久抗菌厕用湿巾,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂选自苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯己定、聚氨丙基双胍、醋酸氯己定、月桂酸单甘油酯中的一种或两种及以上的组合;所述保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述可冲散杀菌厕用湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将基布灭菌,然后浸渍于湿巾液中,浸泡饱和后制得所述可冲散杀菌厕用湿巾。
