The cleaning device 2, the input of the cleaning device 2 is connected with the output of the picking platform 1, and the picked fruit and vegetable raw materials which are finished by the picking platform 1 enter the cleaning device 2 for cleaning. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning device 2 comprises a cleaning water tank 21 and a bubbling fan 22, an air inlet 211 and a slag discharging opening 212 are formed in the bottom of the cleaning water tank 21, a valve is arranged at the slag discharging opening 212 and used for discharging cleaned silt, platycodon grandiflorum and the like, the bubbling fan 22 is connected with the air inlet 211 through a pipeline to bubble and clean fruit and vegetable raw materials in the cleaning water tank 21, and an overflow pipeline 213 is further arranged at the position, close to an upper opening, of the side wall of the cleaning water tank 21, so that the overflow condition of water in the cleaning water tank 21 can be effectively avoided.
And the lifting and conveying device 3, and the lifting and conveying device 3 is connected with the cleaning device 2. Pretreatment device 4 as shown in fig. 4, pretreatment device 4 comprises a frame tower 41, and a crushing device 42, a juice squeezing device 43 and a beating device 44 which are fixedly arranged on frame tower 41, wherein the input end of crushing device 42 is connected with the output end of lifting conveying device, crushing device 42 is arranged above juice squeezing device 43 and beating device 44, and the output end of crushing device 42 is respectively communicated with juice squeezing device 43 and beating device 44 through a switching pipeline 45.
As shown in fig. 4, the frame tower 41 is provided with an observation cat ladder 411, the user can observe the crushing, beating and juice squeezing processes of fruit and vegetable raw materials by observing the cat ladder 411 to the corresponding height position, the observation cat ladder 411 is provided with an annular guard rail 4111, the periphery of the top of the frame tower 41 is also provided with a protective fence, the height of the frame tower 41 is set to 6 m-7 m, the crushing device 42 is arranged at the height of about 5m, the beating device 44 and the juice squeezing device 43 are arranged at the height of about 3m, the crushing process, the juice squeezing process and the beating process of the whole pretreatment device 4 all rely on gravity to finish the conveying of the fruit and vegetable raw materials, a pump body is not arranged, the raw materials can be guaranteed to be completely utilized in processing, loss is reduced, and accordingly, higher finished product obtaining rate is guaranteed under the condition that the user experiences the processing raw materials are small, and further, the crushing device 42, the beating device 44 and the juice squeezing device 43 are all provided with visual observation windows, so that the user can observe the processing process through the visual observation windows, and the participation and experience effect of the user are improved. The specific structures of the crushing device 42, the juice extracting device 43 and the beating device 44 are all of the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the switching pipe 45 includes a pipe body 451, and a switching assembly 452 disposed inside the pipe body 451, the pipe body 451 is provided with a feed port 453 connected to the crushing device 42, a juice feed port 454 connected to the juice extracting device 43, a juice beating feed port 455 connected to the juice beating device 44, and the switching assembly 452 can switch the communication between the feed port 453 and the juice extracting feed port 454 or the juice beating feed port 455 for selecting an adapted juice extracting process or juice beating process according to the type of fruit and vegetable; when the fruit and vegetable raw materials selected by the user are of berry type, the switching component 452 is automatically switched to the communication between the feed inlet 453 and the pulping feed inlet 455 and is used for shielding and sealing the juicing feed inlet 454, and when the fruit and vegetable raw materials selected by the user are of stone fruit type, the switching component 452 is automatically switched to the communication between the feed inlet 453 and the juicing feed inlet 454 and is used for shielding and sealing the pulping feed inlet 455.
The pipe main body 451 comprises a main cavity portion 4511 and a diversion portion 4512 which are connected, wherein a U-shaped chute 4513 is symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the long side of the main cavity portion 4511; as shown in fig. 6, the main cavity 4511 is provided with a "U" shaped chute 4513 on the inside of the opposite long side wall, and the connection between the transverse chute and the longitudinal chute of the "U" shaped chute 4513 is provided with an arc-shaped guide slot, so that the baffle 4521 can slide from the transverse chute to the longitudinal chute.
As shown in fig. 7, the switching component 452 includes a baffle 4521 and a bi-directional motor 4522, the bi-directional motor 4522 can rotate clockwise and rotate anticlockwise, the bi-directional motor 4522 is vertically disposed on a long side wall of the main chamber 4511, the width of the baffle 4521 is matched with the length of a short side of the main chamber 4511, the length of the baffle 4521 is greater than 1/2 of the length of the long side of the main chamber 4511, so as to completely shield the pulping feed port 455 or the juice-extracting feed port 454, a slider 4523 matched with the chute 4513 is disposed on the outer side of the long side end of the baffle 4521, so that the baffle 4521 is slidably disposed in the main chamber 4511, an output shaft of the bi-directional motor 4522 is parallel to a short side of the main chamber 4511, the rotatable output shaft is disposed at a midpoint (a separation position between the juice-extracting feed port 454 and the pulping feed port 455) at the bottom of the long side wall of the main chamber 4511, and two ends of the pull rope 4524 are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of the long side of the baffle 4521, the bi-directional motor 4522 rotates to drive one end of the pull rope 4524 to wind on the output shaft, the pull rope 4524 winds up the output shaft, and the pull rope 4524 winds up the output shaft, the output shaft 4524 winds up along the two ends of the pull rope 4524, and the chute 4513 is stretched out, and the chute 4513 is opened along the chute 455, and the chute 4513 is opened, and the chute 455 is opened accordingly, and the chute 455 is opened and the chute is closed. As shown in fig. 8, the fermentation apparatus 5 is provided with a heating unit 51, a cooling unit 52, and a plurality of fermentation tanks 53, wherein the heating unit 51 is connected to the fermentation tanks 53 through a heating circulation pipe 511, and the cooling unit 52 is connected to the fermentation tanks 53 through a cooling circulation pipe 521.
