A recyclable plastic traceability system based on a blockchain is characterized in that when the recyclable plastic traceability system works, a recycling end user uploads recycling certificates of waste plastics to a server, unique information code identifiers are issued after the recycling end user passes the verification by an auditing module, a plastic recycling order is generated according to the unique information code identifiers, and the plastic recycling order and the unique information code identifiers are sent to a blockchain community; the method comprises the steps of recording data of the whole processing flow of a plastic circulation order processed by a user side to obtain processing data, sending the processing data to an auditing module through a server for auditing, and generating a new unique information code identifier according to the plastic circulation order after the auditing is passed; when the data input has errors, a user uploads an error correction application through an intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal receives the error correction application and then sends the error correction application to a server through a data uploading module, the error correction application is audited through an auditing module, an error correction bill is generated after the auditing is passed, and the user supplements error data through the error correction bill; the risk analysis module decompresses the data packet and acquires volume data TL, periodic data ZQ, node data JD and correction data JZ of the plastic circulation order, numerical calculation is carried out on the volume data TL, the periodic data ZQ, the node data JD and the correction data JZ to obtain a risk coefficient FX of the plastic circulation order, and the risk grade of the plastic circulation order is marked through the risk coefficient FX.
In this embodiment, the information code may be a two-dimensional code, a bar code or a radio frequency tag, and is not limited to the two-dimensional code, the bar code or the radio frequency tag.

The formulas are all formulas obtained by collecting a large amount of data for software simulation and selecting a formula close to a true value, and coefficients in the formulas are set by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions; such as: formula fx= (α1×tl+α2×jd)/(α3×zq+α4×jz); collecting a plurality of groups of sample data by a person skilled in the art and setting a corresponding risk coefficient for each group of sample data; substituting the set risk coefficient and the acquired sample data into a formula, forming a ternary one-time equation set by any three formulas, screening the calculated coefficient, and taking an average value to obtain values of alpha 1, alpha 2, alpha 3 and alpha 4 of 3.78, 2.97, 2.42 and 2.15 respectively;
the size of the coefficient is a specific numerical value obtained by quantizing each parameter, so that the subsequent comparison is convenient, and the size of the coefficient depends on the number of sample data and the corresponding risk coefficient is preliminarily set for each group of sample data by a person skilled in the art; as long as the proportional relation between the parameter and the quantized value is not affected, for example, the risk coefficient is directly proportional to the value of the volume data.

Claims (7)

1. The recyclable plastic traceability system based on the block chain is characterized by comprising an intelligent terminal and a server, wherein the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with a data acquisition module, a data uploading module and a user management module; the server is in communication connection with an auditing module and a blockchain community;
the data acquisition module comprises a recovery creation unit, an information code automatic generation unit and a code scanning input unit;
the recycling creation unit is used for recycling end users to create plastic circulation orders;
the information code automatic generation module is used for generating a unique information code identifier after information acquisition is completed;
the code scanning input unit is used for identifying unique information code identifiers of the plastic circulation orders by a processing end user;
the user management module is used for managing the input data of the intelligent terminal;
the auditing module is used for auditing the recovery certificate, the processing data and the error correction application of the waste plastics; the blockchain community is used for carrying out distributed storage on unique information code identification, plastic circulation orders and processing data.

The blockchain-based recyclable plastic traceability system according to claim 1, wherein the recycling end user performs the plastic recycling order creation by the recycling creation unit comprising: the recycling end user uploads a recycling certificate of the waste plastics to the server, wherein the recycling certificate comprises a recycling place, recycling amount, recycling quantity, recycling time, site photos and transportation modes of the waste plastics; after passing the verification by the verification module, the unique information code identification is issued, a plastic circulation order is generated according to the unique information code identification, the plastic circulation order and the unique information code identification are sent to the data uploading module, and the received plastic circulation order and the unique information code identification are uploaded to the blockchain community through the server by the data uploading module.

The recyclable plastic traceability system based on a blockchain as defined in claim 2, wherein the specific process of identifying the unique information code identifier of the plastic recycling order by the processing end user through the code scanning input unit comprises the following steps: and carrying out data recording on the whole processing flow of the plastic circulation order by processing of the user side to obtain processing data, sending the processing data to an auditing module through a server for auditing, generating a new unique information code identifier according to the plastic circulation order after the auditing is passed, packaging the new unique information code identifier, the plastic circulation order and the processing data, and sending the packaged new unique information code identifier, the plastic circulation order and the processing data to a data uploading module, wherein the data uploading module uploads the received compressed data packet to a blockchain community through the server.

A blockchain-based recyclable plastic traceability system according to claim 3, wherein the processing data includes processing unit number, material, processing number, plastic type, processing time, processing location, material morphology and process map; each processing end user needs to generate a new unique information code mark after finishing the processing of the corresponding procedure until the last processing end user finishes the processing and the generation of the unique information code mark, and the finally generated unique information code mark is marked as an identification information code.

The blockchain-based recyclable plastic traceability system according to claim 4, wherein the specific process of managing the input data of the intelligent terminal by the user management module comprises: when the data input has errors, a user uploads an error correction application through the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal receives the error correction application and then sends the error correction application to the server through the data uploading module, the error correction application is audited through the auditing module, an error correction bill is generated after the auditing is passed and sent to the user management module, the user supplements the error data through the error correction bill, a supplement time stamp is generated after the supplementation is completed, and the supplement time stamp and the error correction bill are input into processing data.
6. A blockchain-based recyclable plastic traceability system according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the working method of the blockchain-based recyclable plastic traceability system comprises the steps of:
step one: creating a plastic circulation order: the recycling end user uploads a recycling certificate of the waste plastics to the server, the recycling certificate passes the verification by the verification module, the unique information code identification is issued, a plastic circulation order is generated according to the unique information code identification, and the plastic circulation order and the unique information code identification are sent to the blockchain community;
step two: identifying a unique information code identifier of the plastic circulation order: the method comprises the steps of recording data of the whole processing flow of a plastic circulation order processed by a user side to obtain processing data, sending the processing data to an auditing module through a server for auditing, and generating a new unique information code identifier according to the plastic circulation order after the auditing is passed;
step three: and managing the input data of the intelligent terminal: when the data input has errors, a user uploads an error correction application through the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal receives the error correction application and then sends the error correction application to the server through the data uploading module, the error correction application is audited through the auditing module, an error correction bill is generated after the auditing is passed, and the user supplements error data through the error correction bill.
7. A blockchain-based recyclable plastic traceability system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the information code comprises a two-dimensional code, a bar code or a radio frequency tag.
