Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the scientific and technical level, the high efficiency, energy conservation and low carbon and environmental protection are one of the important requirements of users on the gas cooker. On the premise of the same heat load, the burner of the gas stove can not release more heat during combustion of gas, and how to make heat exchange between the burner and the pan bottom becomes an effective way for improving the heat efficiency of the burner for various manufacturers.
At present, the double-layer pot support is the most technical scheme adopted by the existing high-efficiency gas cooker, but a certain distance is reserved between a pot and a burner due to the existence of the pot support, and besides being used for heating, a considerable part of heat energy generated by gas combustion is diffused into the surrounding environment.
At present, the improvement of a double-layer pot support mainly focuses on forming a secondary preheating air channel between the bottom of the pot support and a liquid containing disc, so that the combustion of fuel gas is promoted, and the utilization rate of the fuel gas is improved. In such improvements, the upper panel of the pot rack is in close connection with the lower bottom plate of the pot rack, and air between the upper panel of the pot rack and the lower bottom plate of the pot rack is not circulated, so that heat transfer from the upper panel of the pot rack to the lower bottom plate of the pot rack is blocked, but the lower bottom plate of the pot rack is generally placed on a gas stove panel or a liquid containing plate, so that the problem of temperature rise of the panel is easily caused in the combustion process, and heat accumulated by the upper panel of the pot rack cannot be fully utilized.
Therefore, the double-layer pot support is improved, the energy consumption of the product is reduced, and the heat efficiency is improved.

The pan frame base 3 is arranged below the pan frame bottom plate 2 and is used for supporting the pan frame base 3. The burner 5 is arranged in the panel central hole and ensures that the air inlet of the burner 5 is located in the flow channel.
In this embodiment, since the combustion air 8 can naturally flow in the flow channel, when the burner 5 burns, the combustion air 8 enters the burner 5 through the flow channel, the combustible gas enters the burner 5 through the gas inlet pipe 9, and is injected into the burner inner ring injection pipe 53 and the burner outer ring injection pipe 54 through the nozzle 7, and enters the inner cavity of the burner 5 after being mixed with the combustion air 8 for the first time, and the mixed gas after being mixed flows out through the burner inner ring fire holes 52 and the burner outer ring fire holes 51, and the mixed gas is secondarily mixed with the external combustion air 8 and burnt to generate hot flue gas 81 for heating the cookware. In the combustion process, as the burner 5 is close to the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2, the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2 are heated at the same time, so that combustion air 8 flowing in the flow channel is heated under the heat transfer effect of the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2, at the moment, the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2 form a cavity heat accumulator, the temperature of flame is improved by preheating the combustion air 8 in the flow channel, the temperature of hot flue gas 81 released by combustion is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the cooker is improved.
Preferably, at least 3 pot holders 4 are provided on the pot holder panel 1.
In some embodiments of the application, the outer edge of the wok stand panel 1 is formed with a downward panel flanging 11, the outer edge of the wok stand bottom plate 2 is formed with an upward bottom plate flanging 21, and the diameter of the panel flanging 11 is larger than that of the bottom plate flanging 21, so that the wok stand panel 1 forms a semi-enclosed structure on the wok stand bottom plate 2 at the outer edge, the heated combustion air 8 in the flow channel is prevented from flowing back out of the flow channel, the combustion temperature is not easy to escape outwards, and the heat efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, in order to further avoid the reverse flow of the combustion air 8 out of the flow channel, the wok stand panel 1 and the wok stand bottom plate 2 are both in the shape of a stepped inverted cone, and the longitudinal section of the flow channel is in a nonlinear shape, but has a structure with a plurality of bends (formed at the steps), so that the difficulty of the reverse flow of the combustion air 8 is increased, and the temperature of the combustion air 8 in the flow channel is maintained.
Preferably, a panel support 12 is arranged between the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2, one end of the panel support 12 is connected with the pan frame panel 1, the other end is connected with the pan frame bottom plate 2, and a longitudinal interval between the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2 is formed by the panel support 12 between the pan frame panel 1 and the pan frame bottom plate 2. An upward panel inward flange 13 is formed on the inner edge of the pot rack panel 1, the panel inward flange 13 and the burner 5 are horizontally spaced at a certain distance, and the panel inward flange 13 can prevent liquid overflowing from the pot during cooking from flowing into the burner 5, and is beneficial to supplementing secondary air by the combustion air 8.
Preferably, the panel inner flange 13 is in the shape of a frustum with a smaller top and a larger bottom.
In some embodiments of the present application, a bottom plate support 23 for supporting the pan frame bottom plate 2 is provided between the pan frame bottom plate 2 and the pan frame base 3, one end of the bottom plate support 23 is connected with the pan frame bottom plate 2, the other end is connected with the pan frame base 3, the pan frame bottom plate 2 is connected with the pan frame base 3 by the bottom plate support 23, heat transfer between the pan frame bottom plate 2 and the pan frame base 3 and heat transfer between the pan frame base 3 and the oven surface are reduced, and heat loss is prevented.
In this embodiment, the pot rack base 3 is a rectangular frame on which the bottom plate support 23 is provided. The floor support 23 is secured by bolts or anchors.
In some embodiments of the present application, the inner edge of the pan frame bottom plate 2 is further formed with a downward bottom plate inward flange 22, and the bottom plate inward flange 22 is connected with the decorative plate 6, and the pan frame base 3 is disposed on the decorative plate 6.
