after the steel pipe 5 is fixed through the anti-skid device 4, the concave clamping block 606 is adjusted to a proper position through the telescopic plate 607, the steel pipe 5 is clamped by the sliding telescopic plate 607, meanwhile, the outer diameter of the plastic ring 604 is controlled by the holding rod 602 through the tightening belt 603 in rotation to cover the steel pipe 5 completely, and the concave clamping block 606 is fixedly connected with the plastic ring 604;
the distance between two arc fixed plates 801 is adjusted through adjusting the pole 802, thereby be convenient for slide long board 804 and drive arc scraper 805 and clear up the operation to antiskid 4 and cooperation arc board 301, pulling slide long board 804 drives arc scraper 805 and strikes off arc inner panel 403, outer top spring 806 promotes fillet scraper 807 simultaneously and strikes off cooperation arc board 301 inner wall, fillet scraper 807 drives circular thorn post 808 and punctures dry mud, slide long board 804 simultaneously in arc through-hole 803, make fillet scraper 807 drive emery wheel 810 and polish the clearance to interior pressure spring 402.
