When the endoscope is used and needs to be cleaned, i.e. after the switch pad is closed, the attachment on the outer wall of the insertion part 12 is remained in the accommodating groove 25 between the scraping blade and the sealing pad 2323, the accommodating groove 25 forms a closed cavity, the required flushing liquid is connected into the flushing inlet, and meanwhile, the suction interface 111 on the endoscope operation part 11 is used, and the foreign matters in the accommodating groove 25 can be diluted, extracted and discharged through the opening of the working channel 112 on the head end 122.
The implementation principle of the technical scheme is as follows: referring to fig. 1, before the endoscope is used, a protective soft sleeve 3 is sleeved on an insertion part 12, and an operation joint 2 is positioned at the front end of the insertion part 12; referring to fig. 3, when the endoscope is in use, the push plate 2322 is pushed to drive the sealing pad 2323 to move, so that the through hole 2325 is communicated with the upper tube 2311 and the lower tube 2312 at two ends, the insertion part 12 extends out of the joint assembly 22, the protective soft sleeve 3 at the outer side of the insertion part 12 contracts and folds, the part of the insertion part 12 extending out of the joint assembly 22 extends into a human body, the non-extending insertion part 12 is positioned in the airtight space of the protective soft sleeve 3, and at the moment, an instrument can normally enter the human body along the insertion part 12 from the working channel 112 for examination and treatment.
Referring to fig. 9, after the endoscope is used, the insertion portion 12 is withdrawn, the protective film sleeve is stretched and unfolded, the protective soft sleeve 3 always covers the insertion portion 12, and during the withdrawal of the insertion portion 12, the attachments on the outer wall of the insertion portion 12 are scraped off by the wiper blade and remain outside the wiper blade, and the head end 122 of the insertion portion 12 is not pulled away from the wiper blade because the length of the insertion portion 12 is greater than the length of the protective film; when the head end 122 of the insertion part 12 retreats to the rear side of the sealing pad 2323, the push plate 2322 is pushed to enable the upper pipe 2311 and the lower pipe 2312 to be closed through closed hole isolation, at the moment, the scraped attachments of the insertion part 12 are remained in the containing groove 25 between the scraping blade and the switch pad, and the containing groove 25 forms a closed cavity; and after the sealing gasket 2323 is closed, the scraping blade component 21 and the switch component 23 can be quickly separated, and breathing equipment connected to the connector component 22 can be normally supplied.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, when the accommodating groove 25 is flushed, a required flushing liquid is introduced into the flushing inlet, and simultaneously, the suction port 111 on the endoscope operation part 11 is used, the flushing liquid enters the accommodating groove 25 for diluting flushing and enters the main hose 121 along the head end 122 of the insertion part 12, and finally, the liquid is discharged from the suction port 111.
In the embodiment of the application, the design of the protective soft sleeve 3 always places the insertion part 12 of the endoscope in a closed use environment, so that the infection risk of the foreign matters discharged by a patient to staff is reduced; realize the isolation protection in the whole processes of use, cleaning, turnover or scrapping, etc. The endoscope in the scheme can be a repeated endoscope and can also be used for closed protection of the disposable endoscope; when the endoscope is used for a disposable endoscope, the risk of cross infection in the disposal process of the endoscope can be avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A sealed endoscope, comprising:
the endoscope comprises an endoscope body (1) and a control part (11) and an inserting part (12), wherein the inserting part (12) is arranged in a hollow way and is used for extending into a human body;
an operation joint (2), wherein the operation joint (2) is slidably arranged on the insertion part (12), the sliding direction of the operation joint (2) is arranged along the length direction of the insertion part (12), the operation joint (2) comprises a scraping blade assembly (21), and the scraping blade assembly (21) is used for scraping off attachments on the insertion part (12); and
the soft protective sleeve (3) is sleeved on the insertion part (12), and two ends of the soft protective sleeve (3) are respectively connected with the operation part (11) and the wiper blade assembly (21), so that the insertion part (12) can enter and exit from the soft protective sleeve (3) along the wiper blade assembly (21).
2. The closed endoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the length of the insertion portion (12) is greater than the length of the protective soft sleeve (3) to limit the extraction of the insertion portion (12) from the wiper blade assembly (21).

The closed endoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the wiper blade assembly (21) comprises a sleeve and a wiper (214) arranged at the inner ring of the sleeve, the insertion part (12) passing through the sleeve, and the end of the protective soft sleeve (3) facing away from the operating part (11) being connected to the sleeve; the scraping piece (214) is used for scraping off attachments on the outer ring of the insertion part (12).
4. A closed endoscope according to claim 3, wherein the scraping element (214) is provided with a scraping hole (2141), the insertion portion (12) is disposed through the scraping hole (2141), and the insertion portion (12) is in interference fit with the scraping hole (2141).

A sealed endoscope according to claim 3, wherein the wiper assembly (21) further comprises a clamping portion (211), the clamping portion (211) is sleeved at one end of the sleeve, which is close to the protective soft sleeve (3), and an accommodating gap (215) is arranged between an inner ring of the clamping portion (211) and an outer ring of the sleeve, and the accommodating gap (215) is used for accommodating and positioning the protective soft sleeve (3).

The sealed endoscope of claim 5, wherein a plurality of first clamping rib positions (2121) are arranged on the outer ring of the sleeve along the circumferential direction, a second clamping rib position (2111) matched and clamped with the first clamping rib position (2121) is arranged on the inner ring of the clamping portion (211), and the protective soft sleeve (3) is clamped between the first clamping rib position (2121) and the second clamping rib position (2111).

The closed endoscope according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the operating joint (2) further comprises a joint assembly (22) and a switch assembly (23), the joint assembly (22) comprising a first joint (221), a second joint (222) and a third joint (223), the first joint (221) being for connection with an endotracheal tube, the second joint (222) being for connection with a breathing apparatus, the third joint (223) being for connection with the switch assembly (23); the switch assembly (23) is arranged between the wiper blade assembly (21) and the third joint (223) and is used for isolating or penetrating through the joint assembly (22) and the wiper blade assembly (21).

The sealed endoscope according to claim 7, wherein the switch assembly (23) includes a connection pipe (231) and a sliding portion (232), and the connection pipe (231) communicates with the third joint (223) at one end and with the wiper blade assembly (21) at the other end; the sliding part (232) is slidably arranged on the connecting pipe (231) along the radial direction of the connecting pipe (231), and the sliding part (232) can control the through and the closing of the connecting pipe (231).

The sealed endoscope according to claim 2, wherein the operation portion (11) is provided with a suction port (111) and a working channel (112), the suction port (111) being used for ventilation suction, the working channel (112) being in communication with the hollow cavity of the insertion portion (12) and being used for drainage or a lower instrument.

The sealed endoscope according to claim 9, wherein the operation joint (2) further comprises a flushing assembly (24), the flushing assembly (24) comprises a flushing joint (241) and a blocking cover (242), a containing groove (25) for containing attachments of the insertion portion (12) is arranged in the operation joint (2), one end of the flushing joint (241) is communicated with the containing groove (25), the other end of the flushing joint is sealed by the blocking cover (242), and the flushing joint (241) is used for communicating flushing liquid when flushing is performed.
