The sensor controller assembly 300 further includes a wireless transmitting module 303, the wireless transmitting module 303 is electrically connected with the microcontroller 302, and the wireless transmitting module 303 outputs signals of the longitudinal angle sensor 107, the transverse angle sensor 114, the central laser detector 201 and the side laser detector 202 in a wireless transmitting manner; the data measured by the longitudinal angle sensor 107, the transverse angle sensor 114, the central laser probe 201 and the side laser probe 202 are sent to a computer used by a detector through the sensor controller assembly 300, and are analyzed by a proper algorithm to evaluate the evenness of the asphalt surface layer, and the model of the wireless transmitting module 303 is NRF24L01.
The sensing controller assembly 300 further comprises a protective shell 301, wherein the microcontroller 302 and the wireless transmitting module 303 are arranged in the protective shell 301, the protective shell 301 is fixedly connected to the automatic tractor 400, and an upper cover 304 is rotatably arranged on the protective shell 301; the microcontroller 302 and the wireless transmission module 303 are disposed in the protective case 301, and an upper cover 304 is disposed on the protective case 301 to protect the microcontroller 302 and the wireless transmission module 303.
The automatic tractor 400 comprises a tractor body 401, a driving motor 402 and a traction wheel set 403, wherein the driving motor 402 and the traction wheel set 403 are arranged on the tractor body 401, the driving motor 402 drives the traction wheel set 403, a spherical shaft connecting seat 404 is arranged on the tractor body 401, a traction spherical connecting rod 106 is arranged on the bearing chassis 101, and the traction spherical connecting rod 106 is rotationally connected in the spherical shaft connecting seat 404; traction of the balanced walking assembly 100 by the traction vehicle body 401 is achieved by driving the traction wheel set 403 through the driving motor 402, and movable connection of the bearing chassis 101 and the traction vehicle body 401 is achieved through the traction spherical connecting rod 106 and the spherical shaft connecting seat 404.
When the device is specifically used, firstly, the driving motor 402 is started to drive the traction wheel set 403, so that the automatic tractor 400 advances along an asphalt road, the traction vehicle body 401 is connected to the traction spherical connecting rod 106 through the spherical shaft connecting seat 404, the traction bearing chassis 101 moves along with the traction vehicle body 401, the laser flatness detection device 200 on the bearing chassis 101 detects the flatness of a road surface through the laser ranging principle, the flatness of an asphalt surface layer in the same direction can be obtained through comparing and analyzing data detected by the central laser detection head 201 and the side laser detection head 202, the comprehensive detection of the asphalt surface layer is realized along with the movement of the laser flatness detection device 200, and the data detected by the central laser detection head 201 and the side laser detection head 202 are input into the microcontroller 302;
when the asphalt pavement is uneven and leads to the transverse inclination of the bearing chassis 101, the laser flatness detection device 200 rotates on the longitudinal rotating support 110 due to self gravity balance, at the moment, the transverse rotating shaft 203 rotates in the transverse shaft sleeve 113, the transverse angle sensor 114 records the rotating angle of the transverse rotating shaft 203 and can be used for analyzing the transverse flatness of the asphalt pavement, the longitudinal angle sensor 107 is arranged for detecting the rotating angle of the longitudinal rotating shaft 112, when the asphalt pavement is uneven and leads to the longitudinal inclination of the bearing chassis 101, the longitudinal rotating support 110 rotates on the bearing chassis 101 due to self gravity balance, at the moment, the longitudinal rotating shaft 112 rotates in the longitudinal shaft sleeve 103, the longitudinal angle sensor 107 records the rotating angle of the longitudinal rotating shaft 112, and data measured by the longitudinal angle sensor 107 and the transverse angle sensor 114 are input into the microcontroller 302;
if the bearing chassis 101 is inclined and jolted greatly, the laser flatness detecting device 200 and the longitudinal rotating bracket 110 are rotated frequently, the incidence angles of the detected laser beams of the central laser detecting head 201 and the side laser detecting head 202 are changed frequently, meanwhile, the signals input into the micro controller 302 by the longitudinal angle sensor 107 and the transverse angle sensor 114 are greatly fluctuated, the micro controller 302 controls the central laser detecting head 201 and the side laser detecting head 202 to stop detecting operation at the moment, and when the signals input into the micro controller 302 by the longitudinal angle sensor 107 and the transverse angle sensor 114 are stable, the micro controller 302 controls the central laser detecting head 201 and the side laser detecting head 202 to restart working;
the data measured by the longitudinal angle sensor 107, the transverse angle sensor 114, the central laser probe 201 and the side laser probe 202 are sent to a computer used by a detector through a wireless transmitting module 303, and the data are analyzed by using a proper algorithm to realize the evaluation of the flatness of the asphalt surface layer.
The whole working flow of the invention is just the above, and the step is repeated when the invention is used next time.

the balance walking assembly (100) comprises a bearing chassis (101) and a longitudinal rotating support (110), the bearing chassis (101) is connected with an automatic tractor (400), the longitudinal rotating support (110) is rotationally arranged on the bearing chassis (101), a rotating plane of the longitudinal rotating support (110) is parallel to a vertical plane where the advancing direction of the automatic tractor (400) is located, the laser flatness detection device (200) is rotationally arranged on the longitudinal rotating support (110), and a rotating plane of the laser flatness detection device (200) is perpendicular to the rotating plane of the balance walking assembly (100); the bottom of laser flatness detection device (200) is equipped with central laser detection head (201) and side laser detection head (202), central laser detection head (201) are located the bottom central point of laser flatness detection device (200), side laser detection head (202) symmetry are located the both sides of central laser detection head (201).
