The moisture-absorbing sweat-releasing antibacterial fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fabric comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of profiled polyester fiber, 20-50 parts of fine cotton wool, 35-75 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber and 25-65 parts of modal fiber.

step one, blending profiled polyester fibers and fine cotton wool in parts by weight to obtain blended yarn A; blending the bamboo charcoal fiber and the modal fiber in parts by weight to obtain a blended yarn B;
step two, simultaneously feeding the blended yarn A and the blended yarn B into a weft knitting machine, and performing yarn-bending and looping to ensure that the blended yarn A is arranged on the outer layer and the blended yarn B is arranged on the inner layer, thus obtaining the blank cloth;
