step two, simultaneously feeding the blended yarn A and the blended yarn B into a weft knitting machine, and performing yarn-bending and looping to ensure that the blended yarn A is arranged on the outer layer and the blended yarn B is arranged on the inner layer, thus obtaining the blank cloth;
and thirdly, in a high-temperature high-pressure overflow dye vat, adopting a scouring and bleaching one-step method and a dyeing one-bath two-step sleeve dyeing method, continuously and circularly coloring the base cloth in the dye vat, dehydrating and drying, operating in a finishing liquid for 15 minutes at a bath ratio of 1:8, dehydrating and drying, performing antibacterial finishing (25 g/L of antibacterial agent in a padding tank, immersing the dried base cloth in the antibacterial finishing agent, performing two padding and two padding, wherein the padding residual rate is 65-75%, prebaking for 1.5 minutes at 123 ℃, and drying at a speed of 20 m/min), and tentering and setting at a temperature of 160-180 ℃ to obtain the moisture absorption and sweat release antibacterial fabric.
Further, in the third step, the finishing liquid comprises, by weight, 15-20 parts of an anti-wrinkling agent, 15-20 parts of moisture absorption and sweat release agents, 3-6 parts of softening agents, 5-10 parts of color fixing agents and 55-80 parts of water.
Further, the moisture absorption and sweat release liquid comprises, by weight, 15-25 parts of hydrophilic soft oil, 35-45 parts of cellulose moisture absorption and sweat release agent, 20-35 parts of penetrating agent and 15-40 parts of water.
Further, the antibacterial finishing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5-3 parts of functionalized chitosan, 2-10 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 5-10 parts of modified antibacterial agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of softening agent, 1-1.5 parts of color fixing agent and 100-120 parts of water.
The moisture-absorbing, sweat-releasing and crease-resistant fabric prepared in the embodiment is tested according to the standard of GA573-2008 of the Ministry of public security, the moisture drying rate is 9%, and the diffusion time is 2-3 seconds.
The above description of the specific embodiments of the present invention has been given by way of example only, and the present invention is not limited to the above described specific embodiments. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions for this practical use will also occur to those skilled in the art, and are within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope thereof.
