Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging bottle processing, in particular to a stamping device and a stamping method for a sealing cover which is easy to pull, wherein the sealing cover is provided with a pre-breaking indentation, an outer edge flanging, a separable connecting piece, a pull ring, a connecting convex strip and a clamping hook; when the separable connecting piece is stripped, the bottle body can be sealed by the outer cover, so that objects in the bottle body are isolated from the outside.

Technical Field

Background
The traditional plastic packaging bottle is widely applied to various food packages, and the packaging bottle manufactured by blowing PET materials has the advantages of light weight, material saving, transportation cost reduction, bright color and luster, and is more easily accepted and favored by people.
In daily life, food packaging bottles are required to be sealed and should be easy for a person to open the closure member when in use, and such packaging bottles are often made with the closure member open in the form of a tear-open tab to form a spout in the closure cap.
In the prior art, the thickness of the pre-broken indentation of the easy-to-open bottle made of PET material, especially the closure cap, is not easy to control, when the thickness is too thick, the closure member is easy to be torn by consumers, and when the thickness is too thin, the closure member is easy to be broken in bearing pressure, so that the application of the bottle is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device and a method for stamping a pop-top closure cap, which aim to solve the problems that the thickness of a pre-broken indentation is not easy to control and the application of the pop-top bottle is limited in the traditional pop-top bottle made of ET material.

The invention also provides a device for stamping the easy-to-open sealing cover, which comprises a supporting component, a feeding component, a stamping component and a placing component, wherein the supporting component comprises a base and a supporting frame, the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the base and is positioned at the top of the base, the feeding component comprises a conveying line, a feeding box, a feeding track and a push-out device, the conveying line is rotatably connected with the supporting frame and is positioned at one side of the supporting frame, the feeding box is arranged at the top of the conveying line, the feeding track is connected with the feeding box and is positioned at the discharge hole of the feeding box, the push-out device is slidably connected with the feeding box and is positioned at the discharge hole, the stamping component comprises a jacking hydraulic cylinder, a jacking plate, a positioning table and a stamping head, the jacking hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the base, the jacking plate is fixedly connected with the output end of the jacking hydraulic cylinder and is positioned at the top of the jacking hydraulic cylinder, the positioning table is fixed on the jacking plate, and the stamping head is fixed on the top of the conveying line and is positioned at one side of the supporting frame, which is far away from the positioning component.
The feeding box comprises a box body, a cover plate and an alarm, wherein the cover plate is rotationally connected with the box body and positioned at the top of the box body, and the alarm is arranged in the box body and used for giving an alarm when the raw material of the sealing cover is lower than a threshold value.
The ejector comprises an ejector plate, an ejector cylinder and a top plate, wherein the ejector plate is in sliding connection with the box body and is positioned in a discharge hole of the box body, the output end of the ejector cylinder is fixedly connected with the ejector plate, and the top plate is fixedly connected with the ejector plate and is positioned at the top of the ejector plate.
Wherein, the ejector further includes a return spring disposed between the pushing cylinder and the ejector plate.
The feeding assembly further comprises two limiting plates, wherein the two limiting plates are fixedly connected with the feeding rail and located on two sides of the feeding rail.

According to the stamping equipment for the easy-to-open sealing cover, the separable connecting piece surrounded by the pre-breaking indentation is arranged on the front surface of the sealing cover, the pull ring for people to operate is arranged on the separable connecting piece, a plurality of connecting convex strips are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the pre-breaking indentation, of the back surface of the sealing cover, the end points of the two ends of the connecting convex strips are distributed on the two sides of the positions corresponding to the pre-breaking indentation, the connecting convex strips are used for connecting and supporting the pre-breaking indentation, the clamping hook can be clamped below the bottle body, so that the sealing cover and the bottle body are integrated, the sealing cover is not easy to separate from the upper part, and the outer cover and the bottle body can be connected through threads to seal the sealing cover in the bottle body; when the separable connecting piece is stripped, the bottle body can be sealed by the outer cover, so that the objects in the bottle body are isolated from the outside, the practicability is better, and in the use process, the separable connecting piece can be torn from the pre-breaking indentation under the action of being pulled by the pull ring; meanwhile, after the pre-breaking indentation part is torn, under the condition that the pull ring is further pulled up, the separated part pulls up and twists off other connecting convex strips, so that people can easily tear the separable connecting piece from the connecting convex strips, although the connecting convex strips are additionally arranged for improving the pressure bearing capacity of the separable connecting piece, the tearing force of the connecting convex strips is just used as the torsion force for pulling up the separable connecting piece, the force can be greatly reduced, great trouble is not brought to a consumer in operation, the structure enables a manufacturing sheet to be thinner, the separable connecting piece is easy to tear, the structure also has better pressure resistance, the problem that the thickness of the pre-breaking indentation is not easy to control and the application of the easy-to-pull bottle made of the traditional ET material is limited is solved, and the manufacturing sheet can be thinner, so that the separable connecting piece is easy to be torn and the bottle is further popularized and applied by adopting PET bottle blowing.
