As shown in fig. 2, the leveling unit 45 includes a vertical slot 450, opposite surfaces of the side plates 3 and the drying box 40 are provided with vertical slots 450, vertical blocks 451 moving up and down are slidably provided in the vertical slots 450, a horizontal shaft 452 is slidably provided between the two vertical blocks 451 on the same side, opposite surfaces of the two horizontal shafts 452 are fixedly provided with opposite plates 453, opposite surfaces of the two opposite plates 453 are fixedly provided with a transverse moving plate 454, a plurality of diamond blocks 455 arranged equidistantly from front to back are fixedly provided on a lower end surface of the transverse moving plate 454, a leveling plate 456 is sleeved in a middle part of each diamond block 455, and a driving unit two 46 is commonly provided between the two side plates 3.

Initially, the electric push rod three 44 works to enable the telescopic end of the electric push rod three 44 to extend out and keep a specified length, the telescopic end of the electric push rod three 44 drives the extrusion column 440 to synchronously move to a specified position, the extrusion column 440 and the corresponding inclined plate 442 cooperate to enable the inclined plate 442 to drive the corresponding swinging plate 41 to approach the drying box 40, the meshing blocks 43 on the two swinging plates 41 are meshed with each other, finally the two swinging plates 41 seal the opening at the lower end of the drying box 40, then poultry manure needing to be processed is manually thrown into the drying box 40, the electric heating plate in the strip-shaped groove 42 is electrified to heat and transfer heat to poultry manure in the drying box 40 through the swinging plates 41, so that the poultry manure is dried, after the drying operation is finished, the electric push rod three 44 drives the telescopic end of the electric push rod three 44 to retract, the inclined plate 442 does not have acting force, the swinging plates 41 swing towards the corresponding side plates 3 under the action of gravity of the poultry manure, the arranged cooperation plates 47 and the poultry manure after the drying is finished freely drops into the processing cylinder 2, the poultry manure after the drying is stopped is convenient to drop into the processing cylinder 2.
In the process of drying the poultry manure, the two electric sliders work to move circumferentially synchronously along the corresponding annular grooves 461, see fig. 4, the left electric slider moves circumferentially clockwise, the right electric slider moves circumferentially anticlockwise, the electric sliders in the left annular grooves 461 are used for explaining, the left electric sliders drive the horizontal shafts 452 to move synchronously through the rotating shafts 462 and the horizontal strips 463, when the left electric sliders move from the right side below the corresponding annular grooves 461 to the left side, the electric sliders drive the horizontal shafts 452 to move left through the rotating shafts 462 and the horizontal strips 463, the horizontal shafts 452 drive the counter plates 453 to move left, the counter plates 453 on the electric sliders drive the rhombic blocks 455 and the rhombic blocks 455 on the transverse plates 454 to move left synchronously, and the diamond blocks 455 on the rhombic blocks 455 cooperate with each other to sweep the poultry manure, and the poultry manure is evenly laid on the swinging plates 41 in the moving process of the rhombic blocks 455, so that the poultry manure can be fully heated and dried.
When the left electric sliding block moves to the upper horizontal section area of the annular groove 461 through the left arc area of the annular groove 461, the rotating shaft 462 drives the horizontal shaft 452 to move upwards, the rotating shaft 462 drives the transverse moving plate 454 to move upwards through the horizontal shaft 452, then the electric sliding block drives the transverse moving plate 454 to move right to the middle position of the drying box 40 through the left side of the annular groove 461, then the electric sliding block moves to the lower horizontal section area of the annular groove 461 through the right arc area of the annular groove 461, namely, the rotating shaft 462 drives the transverse moving plate 454 to move downwards through the horizontal shaft 452, and the above operation is repeated, namely, the diamond blocks 455 on the transverse moving plate 454 are mutually matched to sweep out the poultry manure, meanwhile, the flattening plates 456 on the diamond blocks 455 flatten the poultry manure in the moving process of the diamond blocks 455, and the two transverse moving plates 454 stir the poultry manure in the drying box 40 from the middle area of the drying box 40 to the left side area and the right side area thereof, so that the poultry manure is uniformly paved on the swinging plate 41.
When the stoving operation is finished, two swinging plates 41 all swing downwards to poultry excrement and urine free fall on the swinging plates 41 sets up the scraper blade 482 and hugs closely with corresponding swinging plates 41 all the time under the elasticity effect of spring 483, and L shape slider 480 moves down under the outside drive, and L shape slider 480 drives scraper blade 482 and moves down in step, and scraper blade 482 scrapes on the swinging plates 41 at the process of moving down, and the poultry excrement and urine after helping the stoving drops to processing section of thick bamboo 2 fast, avoids appearing that poultry excrement and urine adheres to the problem that influences follow-up stoving operation on the swinging plates 41.
During the working process, firstly, quantitative poultry manure to be processed is manually thrown into the drying box 40, the electric heating plates in the strip-shaped grooves 42 are electrified and heated, and heat on the electric heating plates is transferred to the poultry manure in the drying box 40 through the swinging plates 41, so that the poultry manure is dried, meanwhile, in the drying process, the plurality of diamond blocks 455 on the transverse moving plates 454 are mutually matched to sweep the poultry manure through the operation of the driving groups II 46, and meanwhile, the flattening plates 456 on the diamond blocks 455 flatten the poultry manure in the moving process of the diamond blocks 455, so that the poultry manure in the drying box 40 is stirred to the left side area and the right side area of the drying box 40 through the middle area of the drying box 40, and the poultry manure is uniformly laid on the swinging plates 41.
When the drying operation is finished, the two swinging plates 41 swing downwards, so that the poultry manure on the swinging plates 41 falls into the processing cylinder 2 freely, the external motor I works to drive the rotating shaft 50 to rotate positively, the rotating shaft 51 drives the corresponding crushing column 52 to rotate synchronously through the fixed sleeve 510 on the rotating shaft through the transmission of the driving group I53, the fallen poultry manure is crushed through the rotation of the crushing column 52, the crushed poultry manure falls out from the discharge chute I55 and the discharge chute II 564 to be collected after the crushing is finished, and the equipment resets and repeats the operation.
