2. the crushed garbage flows to the rear side of the interception box (2) along with sewage, at the moment, the first direct current motor (34) drives the top driving roller (31) to rotate through the cooperation of the two chain plates (35) and the chain, so that the chain net conveying belt (32) rotates, the grating fishing plate (33) is driven to fish garbage in the sewage, the sewage flows to the rear side from a gap on the surface of the chain net conveying belt (32), the grating fishing plate (33) drives the garbage to be conveyed upwards along with the rotation of the chain net conveying belt (32), when the chain plate (35) to be loaded with the garbage moves to the rearmost side of the chain net conveying belt (32), the grating fishing plate (33) is overturned for one hundred eighty degrees, at the moment, the garbage which is lost from the chain plate (35) falls under the action of gravity and enters the inner cavity of the receiving box (7), and finally the garbage is discharged from the inner cavity of the water pool (1) under the spiral pushing action of the spiral conveyer (8);
