Abstract
The invention discloses silage mulberry branch and leaf feed for beef cattle and a preparation method thereof, wherein the feed comprises 30-35% of silage mulberry branch and leaf, 30-35% of dried straw, 24-25% of corn, 2-3% of wheat bran, 5-6% of bean pulp, 2-3% of cotton seed cake, 3-4% of vegetable pulp, 0.3% of salt, 0.9% of stone powder, 1% of premix and 100% of total. The feed prepared by the method has reasonable components, rich nutrition and good palatability, and can obviously reduce the use amount of silage corn under the condition that the production performance of beef cattle is not reduced, thereby reducing the use amount of feed grains and being beneficial to relieving the problem of grain contending between people and livestock; the feed prepared by the invention contains rich protein and amino acid, can balance the daily ration structure, and improves the digestibility of crude protein, crude ash, neutral washing fiber and acidic washing fiber of beef cattle. The preparation method of the invention has strong operability and is suitable for industrial production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of animal feeds, and particularly relates to silage mulberry branch and leaf feed for beef cattle and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the gradual improvement of the living standard and the gradual improvement of the dietary structure of people, the beef is favored by people because of being rich in high-quality protein, B vitamins and various microelements, and the gradual increase of the consumption of the beef drives the development of beef breeding industry. In the beef cattle cultivation process, the storage of feed, which is the key for ensuring the growth of beef cattle, cannot be ignored. However, in recent years, the supply of grain raw materials such as domestic corn, bean pulp and the like is greatly challenged by the influence of global climate change and international situation, the cultivation cost is continuously increased, and the development of the livestock industry is severely restricted. Strengthen the development of unconventional feed, and is an effective way for relieving the supply of conventional feed raw materials and reducing the cost of the feed.
The feed mulberry belongs to Moraceae mulberry genus, and is a deciduous arbor with strong stress resistance and wide suitable cultivation range. The leaves are also known as protein mulberry because they are rich in proteins. The mulberry leaves as animal feed have the characteristics of containing a plurality of natural active substances with special effects, such as sterols, isoquercitrin, quercetin Pi Gusu, gamma-amino acids and the like, having the effects of immunity and health care, remarkably reducing the dosage of antibiotics and improving the quality of beef cattle. However, mulberry branches are hard in wood, difficult to digest and poor in palatability, and the digestibility of directly fed beef cattle is low (1, chen Renjie, guo Qun. A method for preparing biological feed for beef cattle by using mulberry stalks, mulberry leaves and urea [ P ] Guangxi Zhuang nationality autonomous region: CN103652434B,2016-01-20.; [2] Cai Ming. Safety of mulberry leaves as animal feed is evaluated and studied [ D ] university of Lanzhou, 2019.). The silage special for beef cattle is developed by utilizing the feed mulberry, so that the feeding value of the silage can be effectively improved, the feed grain consumption is further reduced, and the sustainable development of beef cattle cultivation is promoted.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the current situation of grain competition between people and livestock in China, the current cost-reducing and synergy requirements of beef cattle breeding industry and the development and development basis of feed mulberry development and utilization, the invention aims to provide silage mulberry branch and leaf feed for beef cattle and a preparation method thereof, so that the consumption of feed grain is reduced, and the problem of grain competition between people and livestock is facilitated to be relieved. In addition, the feed of the invention contains abundant protein and amino acid, can balance the ration structure and improve the digestibility of crude protein, crude ash, neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber of beef cattle.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for preparing silage mulberry branches and leaves, which comprises the following steps:
(a) Harvesting when the feed mulberry grows to 80-100 cm high or 30-45 days, and cutting mulberry branches and leaves into 2-3 cm after harvesting;
(b) Preparing raw materials of silage bacterial enzyme: the silage bacterial enzyme agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2-4 parts of lactobacillus plantarum, 2-4 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus, 2-3 parts of bacillus subtilis, 1 part of cellulase, 1 part of hemicellulase, 1 part of amylase, 0.5-1 part of xylanase and 0.5-1 part of laccase;
(c) Reviving the strain: pouring the silage bacterial enzyme into 1% syrup, fully dissolving, and standing for 1-2 h at normal temperature, wherein the proportion of the silage bacterial enzyme to the 1% syrup is as follows: 1:2000 (w/v, g/mL).
(d) Preparing silage bacterial liquid: pouring the revived strain into 0.7-1.0% saline solution, stirring uniformly, and preparing the prepared bacterial solution which cannot be used overnight; wherein, the ratio of the revived strain to the saline solution is as follows: 2:1 (v/v, mL/mL).
(e) Spraying silage bacterial liquid into mulberry branches and leaves, uniformly mixing, controlling the water content of the mixture to be 60% -70%, and obtaining
Silage mulberry branch and leaf mixture;
(f) Dividing, bundling and profiling silage mulberry branch and leaf mixture, and sleeving a double-layer bag for sealing;
(g) Fermenting at 35-37deg.C for 30-40 days, and stopping anaerobic fermentation when pH is 4.0-4.5 to obtain silage mulberry branch and leaf.
In the preparation method of the silage mulberry branches and leaves, preferably, the silage bacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3 parts of lactobacillus plantarum, 3 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus, 2 parts of bacillus subtilis, 1 part of cellulase, 1 part of hemicellulase, 1 part of amylase, 0.5 part of xylanase and 0.5 part of laccase.
In the preparation method of the silage mulberry branches and leaves, preferably, the silage bacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 parts of lactobacillus plantarum, 4 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus, 2 parts of bacillus subtilis, 1 part of cellulase, 1 part of hemicellulase, 1 part of amylase, 0.5 part of xylanase and 1 part of laccase.
