Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flat type installation quick-locking connector which is mainly applied to space suit surface installation occasions requiring connector plug operation by one hand.
Background
In aerospace surface mounting applications, the surface connector of the garment is required to have a small mounting height; when the plug is inserted into the socket, the rotating torque cannot be generated, so that the connection part of the socket and the clothes is protected from being damaged due to the torque; when the connector is operated in the weightless situation, the connector is required to be plugged and unplugged by one hand. There is a need for an aerospace surface connector with a flat mount, non-twist plug-in function, and one-handed operation capability.
At present, most of existing garment surface connectors are threaded connection type connectors, and a threaded connection structure is adopted, so that the garment surface connector has smaller installation height and meets the flat installation requirement. However, since the plug and socket connection structure is screw-threaded, when the plug and socket are connected, both hands are required to hold the plug and socket simultaneously so as to apply a rotation torque, and therefore, the connector cannot meet the requirements of non-torsion plug-in and single-hand operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a flat type installation quick-locking connector, which solves the technical problems of flat type installation, non-torsion plug and one-hand operation of a garment surface connector.
The invention relates to a flat mounted quick lock connector, comprising two parts: a plug and a socket. The plug comprises a spanner connecting ring, a plug shell, a torsion spring, a steel ball, an inner clamping ring, a clamping nail, a cable cover and other parts, and the socket comprises a socket shell, a sealing gasket, a cable cover and other parts.
The plug is provided with a spanner connecting ring which is provided with a spanner-shaped bulge, a torsion spring is arranged between the spanner connecting ring and the plug shell, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively fixed in round holes of the spanner connecting ring and the plug shell; round holes are uniformly distributed on the outer circle of the plug shell, a groove is formed in the inner cavity of the wrench connecting ring corresponding to the round holes, steel balls and springs are placed in the round holes of the plug shell, and the steel balls are pressed into the groove in the inner cavity of the wrench connecting ring by the aid of spring force; three clamping nails are uniformly distributed in the inner hole of the wrench connecting ring, and three clamping grooves meshed with the clamping nails are formed in the corresponding positions of the outer circle of the plugging end of the socket shell; the tail parts of the plug and the socket are provided with 90-degree bent outgoing cable covers.
When the plug and the socket are in butt joint, the wrench part of the plug shell and the connecting ring is held by one hand, the wrench is pulled by the thumb to enable the connecting ring to rotate anticlockwise, torsion of the torsion spring is needed to be overcome in the process, the steel ball is enabled to leave the locking groove, and the connecting ring is in an unlocking position; then align plug primary key and socket primary key groove, push forward the plug forward in the orthoscopic, until plug and socket top are tight, then the thumb loosens the spanner, and the spanner releases back initial position clockwise under torsional spring torsion effect, and the staple gets into the draw-in groove, and the steel ball falls into the locking inslot, and the go-between is in the locking position this moment, indicates that plug and socket are connected and are locked in place.
When the plug is separated from the socket, the wrench part of the plug shell and the connecting ring is held by one hand, the wrench is pulled by the thumb to enable the connecting ring to rotate anticlockwise, torsion of the torsion spring is needed to be overcome in the process, the steel ball is enabled to leave the locking groove, at the moment, the clamping nail is separated from the clamping groove, and the wrench connecting ring is positioned at the unlocking position; and then the plug is pulled out, so that the plug and the socket are unlocked and separated.
The flat type quick-locking connector has the advantages that the flat type quick-locking connector is adopted, the connector can be locked and unlocked by pulling the connecting ring spanner, the rotating acting force of pulling the connecting ring spanner is applied to the positions of the connecting ring spanner and the plug cable cover, and the force is closed in the plug and does not act on the socket. The connector has the functions of flat installation, non-torsion plug and one-hand operation.
Through the structural design, the connector has the functions of flat installation, non-torsion plug and one-hand operation.
