According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an account checking method.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an account checking method provided according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S102, the transaction system receives the target service initiated by the user and generates service identifiers and stream information according to the target service, wherein each service identifier is used for uniquely identifying the target service.
Specifically, the target service may be a service performed by the user at a bank, such as a loan or repayment service, and the transaction system is used for the user to perform a corresponding service, such as an automatic teller machine in the bank. When a user performs a service operation, for example, when repayment is performed, the transaction system generates a unique service identifier, for example, a global serial number, according to information of a target service, where the global serial number only corresponds to the target service, and the transaction system may generate flow information corresponding to the transaction according to repayment conditions of the user, for example: the user A initiates the flow information of repayment A to the bank A.
In order to make the service information unique, optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, generating the service identifier according to the target service includes: acquiring user information of a target service and creation time information of the target service, and acquiring a random ID; and combining the user information, the creation time information and the random ID to generate a service identifier.
It should be noted that, when the service identifier is generated, since the service identifier is used to track each transaction, it is necessary to ensure that the service identifier has uniqueness, so as to prevent that the service identifiers of the two services are repeated so as to cause abnormality in tracking the target service.
Specifically, the generation of the service identification may be performed based on the user information, the time of creation of the transaction, and the random ID. For example, the user information may be a name abbreviation of the user, the time may be a number string composed of time, month, day, time and second, and the ID randomly generated by the computer may be a number or a label, and the three parts are combined, so as to obtain a unique service label.
Step S104, the transaction system sends the business identification and the flow information to the account system, receives the transaction progress of the target business returned by the account system, and generates a first transaction account of the target business according to the transaction progress and the flow information, wherein the account system is used for acquiring the transaction progress of the target business, forming a second transaction account of the target business according to the transaction progress and the received flow information, and determining the business identification, the second transaction account and the received flow information as second business information.
Specifically, the accounting system is used for carrying out transaction backup, confirming the transaction state of the target service, and returning the transaction state to the transaction system. Since there are many systems in a bank, it is necessary to provide an accounting system for determining inflow and outflow of funds and for backing up transactions in each system. Therefore, after receiving the service identifier and the flow information sent by the transaction system, the accounting system needs to store the service identifier and the flow information, and determine the transaction progress of the target service, and since the execution time and the execution result between each service are different, the transaction progress can be: executing, completing execution, and failing execution.
After the transaction progress is obtained, the accounting system can generate a second transaction account according to the transaction progress, wherein the transaction account is a special accounting detail for the accounting industry, the service identification, the second transaction account and the received running water information are determined to be second service information, meanwhile, the transaction progress is sent to the transaction system, after the transaction progress is received, the transaction system can generate a first transaction account according to the transaction progress, and the service identification, the first transaction account and the received running water information are determined to be first service information.
Under the condition of different transaction progress, the generated transaction accounts are also different. Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, before generating the first transaction account of the target service according to the transaction progress and the flowing information, the method further includes: under the condition that the transaction progress indicates that the transaction fails, canceling the operation of generating a first transaction account of the target service according to the transaction progress and the flow information, and sending an instruction for deleting a second transaction account to an account system; and in the case that the transaction progress indicates that the transaction is completed, performing an operation of generating a first transaction account of the target business according to the transaction progress and the flow information.
Specifically, when the transaction progress indicates that the transaction fails, it indicates that the target transaction is not normally performed, for example, the payment transaction is not successfully paid, at this time, in the transaction system, generation of a transaction account corresponding to the target transaction is not performed, that is, only corresponding service identification and running information are reserved in the transaction system by the target transaction, and meanwhile, the transaction system sends an instruction for deleting the second transaction account to the account system, so that the second transaction account generated in the account system is deleted, only service identification and running information of the target service are saved in the transaction system and the account system, and no account deposit operation is performed. And under the condition that the transaction progress indicates that the transaction is completed, namely that the transaction is successfully completed, executing the posting operation, namely generating a first transaction account and a second transaction account.
In order to generate a corresponding transaction account through the running water information, optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, generating the first transaction account of the target service according to the transaction progress and the running water information includes: the fund transaction amount and the transaction type are obtained from the running information, and a first transaction account is generated according to the fund transaction amount and the transaction type.
Specifically, when the first transaction account is generated, the accounting operation of the target service can be performed through the fund transaction amount and the transaction type in the running information in the transaction system, so that an accounting record of fund change is generated in the transaction account, and the accounting record indicates that the fund change exists in the transaction.
Likewise, when the second transaction account is generated, the accounting operation of the target business can be performed through the fund transaction amount and the transaction type in the flow information in the account system, so that the second transaction account is obtained.
Step S106, the transaction system determines the service identifier, the first transaction account and the flow information as first service information, sends the first service information to the reconciliation system, and receives a check result obtained after the reconciliation system checks the first service information with the second service information.
Specifically, after the first transaction account is obtained in the transaction system, the service identifier, the first transaction account and the running information can be determined to be first service information, the first service information is sent to the reconciliation system, at this time, the reconciliation system can correlate the first service information and the second service information with the same service identifier according to the service identifier, and check the first service information and the second service information with the correlation relationship, so that whether an abnormal account or abnormal running water occurs in the transaction system or the reconciliation system is determined, and further, the effect of rapidly and accurately checking whether data between the systems are the same is achieved.
According to the account checking method provided by the embodiment of the application, the target service initiated by the user is received through the transaction system, and service identifiers and flow information are generated according to the target service, wherein each service identifier is used for uniquely identifying the target service; the transaction system sends the business identification and the flow information to the account system, receives the transaction progress of the target business returned by the account system, and generates a first transaction account of the target business according to the transaction progress and the flow information, wherein the account system is used for acquiring the transaction progress of the target business, forming a second transaction account of the target business according to the transaction progress and the received flow information, and determining the business identification, the second transaction account and the received flow information as second business information; the transaction system determines the service identifier, the first transaction account and the stream information as first service information, sends the first service information to the reconciliation system, and receives a check result obtained after the reconciliation system checks the first service information with the second service information. The problem of whether the data among the manual checking systems are consistent or not and the problem of low checking efficiency and accuracy rate in the related art are solved. And the running information in the transaction system, the running information in the first transaction account, the running information in the account system and the second transaction account are correspondingly checked through the service identification, so that the effect of quickly and accurately checking whether the data between the systems are the same is achieved.
Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, before sending the first service information to the reconciliation system, the method further includes: the transaction system receives a service information acquisition instruction sent by the reconciliation system and judges the transaction state of a target service; responding to the service information acquisition instruction and executing the operation of sending the first service information to the reconciliation system under the condition that the transaction state indicates that the transaction is successful or fails; in the event that the transaction status indicates that a transaction is in progress, a business identification is returned to the reconciliation system along with a transaction progress.
Specifically, the accounting system sends the acquiring instructions of the business information to the transaction system and the accounting system at regular time, after the transaction system and the accounting system receive the instructions, the transaction state of the business information which is not checked in the system needs to be determined first, when the transaction state indicates that the transaction is successful or fails, the business information acquiring instruction is responded, the operation of sending the first business information to the accounting system is executed, and the operation of sending the second business information to the accounting system is executed, however, when the transaction state indicates that the transaction is being performed, the business information cannot be sent to the accounting system because the corresponding transaction accounting and business information are not generated, and therefore the business identification and the transaction progress need to be returned to the accounting system, so that the accounting system can record and acquire again in the next acquisition period.
Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, after receiving a checking result obtained after the checking system checks the first service information and the second service information, the method further includes: the transaction system judges whether the checking result is abnormal, wherein the checking result is abnormal and represents that the first service information is different from the second service information, and the checking result is normal and represents that the first service information is the same as the second service information; when the checking result is abnormal, the transaction system determines the reason of the abnormal occurrence and generates alarm information corresponding to the reason of the abnormal occurrence.
Specifically, under the condition that the abnormality is checked, that is, under the condition that the first service information and the second service information are different, the target service can be determined through the service identifier, the reason of the abnormality is different in flow information or different in transaction accounts, and according to the reason of the abnormality, the flow information is generated to acquire the alarm information corresponding to the transaction accounts, so that a worker can check and maintain the abnormality.
Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the checking result includes a first checking result and a second checking result associated with the service identifier, where the first checking result is a checking result between the first transaction account and the second transaction account, and the second checking result is a checking result between the flowing information in the transaction system and the flowing information in the account system.
Specifically, when checking, the running information in the first service information and the running information in the second service information with the same service identifier are checked, the first transaction account and the second transaction account are checked, and under the condition that the running information is completely the same as the running information, the first transaction account and the second transaction account, the characterization checking result is normal, and the rest conditions are abnormal checking results.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative account checking method provided according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the transaction system may be a loan system, and may be used for paying and collecting money, where the credit card used by the user is the same bank as the bank where the loan system is located, the account system may be a core system, and where the credit card used by the user is not the same bank as the bank where the loan system is located, the account system may be a payment system. When a user performs service operation in the loan system, the loan system generates a unique service identifier, such as a global serial number, according to information of a target service, the global serial number only corresponds to the target service, and the loan system can generate serial information corresponding to the transaction according to repayment conditions of the user and send the service identifier and the serial information to a core system or a payment system, the core system or the payment system needs to store the service identifier and the serial information, and determines the transaction progress of the target service, and because execution time and execution results between each service are different, the transaction progress can be as follows: executing, completing execution, and failing execution.
After the transaction progress is obtained, the core system or the payment system can generate a second transaction account according to the transaction progress, wherein the transaction account is a special accounting detail for the accounting industry, the service identifier, the second transaction account and the received running water information are determined to be second service information, meanwhile, the transaction progress is sent to the loan system, and after the transaction progress is received, the loan system can generate a first transaction account according to the transaction progress and determine the service identifier, the first transaction account and the received running water information as first service information. And sending the first business information and the second business information to the reconciliation system.
The account checking system correlates the first business information and the second business information with the same business identification according to the business identification, checks the first business information and the second business information with the correlation, so as to obtain a checking result, determines the position of abnormality occurrence, namely abnormal flow information or abnormal account information according to the checking result, and completes abnormality checking through information checking, so that the effect of quickly and accurately checking whether the data between the systems are the same is achieved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
The embodiment of the application also provides an account checking system, and it should be noted that the account checking system of the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the account checking method provided by the embodiment of the application. The account checking system provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an account checking system provided according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes:
the transaction system 301 is configured to receive a target service initiated by a user, generate service identification and running water information according to the target service, send the service identification and the running water information to the accounting system 302, receive a transaction progress of the target service returned by the accounting system 302, generate a first transaction account of the target service according to the transaction progress and the running water information, determine the service identification, the first transaction account and the running water information as first service information, send the first service information to the accounting system 303, and receive a check result obtained after the accounting system 303 checks the first service information with the second service information, where each service identification is used for uniquely identifying the target service.
Specifically, the target service may be a service performed by the user at a bank, such as a loan or repayment service, and the transaction system 301 is used for the user to perform a corresponding service, such as an automatic teller machine in the bank. When a user performs a service operation, for example, when repayment is performed, the transaction system 301 generates a unique service identifier according to information of a target service, where the identifier only corresponds to the target service, and the transaction system 301 may generate running information corresponding to the transaction according to repayment condition of the user, for example: the user A initiates the flow information of repayment A to the bank A.
Further, after receiving the transaction progress of the target service returned by the accounting system 302, a first transaction account of the target service may be generated according to the transaction progress and the flow information, where the first transaction account is a special accounting detail of the accounting industry generated according to the flow information, the service identifier, the first transaction account and the flow information are determined as first service information, and the first service information is sent to the accounting system 303.
Accounting system 302 is configured to receive the service identifier and the running water information sent by transaction system 301, obtain the transaction progress of the target service, determine the service identifier, the second transaction account and the received running water information as second service information according to the transaction progress and the received running water information as a second transaction account of the target service, send the second service information to accounting system 303, and send the transaction progress to transaction system 301.
Specifically, the accounting system 302 is configured to perform backup of the transaction, confirm the transaction status of the target service, and return the transaction status to the transaction system 301. Since there are many systems in the bank, it is necessary to provide an accounting system 302 for determining inflow and outflow of funds and for backing up transactions in each system. Therefore, after receiving the service identifier and the flow information sent by the transaction system 301, the accounting system 302 needs to store the service identifier and the flow information, and determine the transaction progress of the target service, where the execution time and the execution result are different between each service, so the transaction progress may be: executing, completing execution, and failing execution.
After obtaining the transaction progress, the accounting system 302 may generate a second transaction account according to the transaction progress, where the transaction account is a special accounting detail for the accounting industry, determine the service identifier, the second transaction account and the received running water information as second service information, and send the transaction progress to the transaction system 301.
And the reconciliation system 303 is configured to obtain the first service information and the second service information, and check the first service information with the second service information to obtain a check result.
Specifically, the accounting system 303 may correlate the first service information and the second service information with the same service identifier, and check the first service information and the second service information with the correlation, so as to determine whether an abnormal account or abnormal running water occurs in the transaction system 301 or the accounting system 303, thereby achieving the effect of quickly and accurately checking whether the data between the systems are the same.
The embodiment of the application also provides an account checking device, and it is to be noted that the account checking device of the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the account checking method provided by the embodiment of the application. The account checking apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below.
