According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a checking method of accounts.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of checking accounts provided according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S102, the checking system acquires target account information of the transaction system and acquires general account information of the transaction system, wherein the target account information comprises account balances of all borrowings, the general account information is general account information of all borrowings, and the general account information at least comprises general account balances.
Specifically, the checking system may be configured to check a large amount of data to determine whether the data in the multiple systems are identical, where the target individual account information may be total account information of all borrowings in the transaction system and classified according to accounting subjects, for example, a borrowing balance in the principal subject is A1, and a lending balance in the principal subject is A2, so that the target individual account information may store current account balance and lending direction of all borrowings in the transaction system.
In order to obtain accurate target household account information, optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, before obtaining the target household account information in the transaction system, the method further includes: the checking system determines entry accounting information within a preset period, wherein the entry accounting information comprises a plurality of transaction accounting information which is used for recording account change conditions in the transaction system; classifying a plurality of transaction account information in the entry account information according to the account category to obtain a plurality of groups of transaction account information; and adding each group of transaction account information into the initial account information of the corresponding account type to obtain target account information of the individual account.
Specifically, the preset period may be the whole day time of a certain day, and the entry accounting information in the preset period may be all the borrowing information in a certain day. The entry accounting information may be information of occurrence of borrowing, that is, when the generation of borrowing occurs in the transaction system, one piece of information of occurrence of borrowing, that is, transaction accounting information, is added to the entry accounting information. The accounting subjects of the borrowing corresponding to each account information are different, so when the entry accounting information is added to the target household accounting information, the borrowing needs to be classified according to the accounting subjects of the borrowing, so that a plurality of groups of borrowing are obtained, namely a plurality of groups of transaction account information are obtained, and the borrowing is added to the corresponding storage position in the target household accounting information according to the accounting subjects of each group.
For example, the accounting subjects are borrowed by loans, and when the accounting subjects are added to the target household account information, the accounting subjects need to be added to a loan column in the target household account information, so that the data consistency can be ensured when the total amount of the accounting subjects is calculated.
In order to accurately determine the general ledger information, optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the general ledger information further includes: the method further comprises the steps of, before acquiring the general account information in the transaction system, the first transaction occurrence amount and the first transaction occurrence number of all borrowings within a preset period: the checking system determines entry accounting information within a preset period, wherein the entry accounting information comprises a plurality of transaction accounting information which is used for recording account change conditions in the transaction system; counting the number of transaction account information in the entry account information to obtain the occurrence number of the first transaction; calculating total transaction amount of all transaction account information in the entry account information to obtain a first transaction occurrence amount; adding the first transaction occurrence amount and the initial account balance to obtain a general account balance; and determining the first transaction occurrence number, the first transaction occurrence amount and the general account balance as general account information.
Specifically, the preset period may be the whole day time of a certain day, and the entry accounting information in the preset period may be all the borrowing information in the present day. The information amount of all the borrowing information on the present day can be used as the first transaction occurrence count, the total transaction amount of all the transaction account information on the present day, namely the borrower balance and the lender balance on the present day, is used as the first transaction occurrence count, the borrower balance and the lender balance on the present day are added with the total account balance calculated on the previous day, and the total account balance on the present day is obtained, so that the first transaction occurrence count, the first transaction occurrence count and the total account balance can be determined as the total account information.
Step S104, the checking system calculates the total sum of the account balances of all borrowings in the target individual account information to obtain the total balance of all borrowings.
Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, calculating a total amount of account balances of all borrowings in the target individual account information, and obtaining the total balance of the target individual account information includes: calculating the total balance in each group of transaction account information, and adding the total balance in all groups of transaction account information to obtain the total balance of the target household account information.
Specifically, after the borrowing information of each accounting subject is obtained, the borrowing balance and the lending balance corresponding to each accounting subject can be calculated, the borrowing balance corresponding to each accounting subject is summed to obtain the borrowing balance of all the borrowing subjects, and in the same way, the lending balance corresponding to each accounting subject can be summed to obtain the lending balance of all the borrowing subjects, and the borrowing balance and the lending balance of all the borrowing subjects are determined to be the total balance of the target household accounting information.
Further, the transaction system further includes total account information, where the total account information includes a first transaction occurrence amount and a first transaction occurrence number of all borrowings within a preset period, and a total account balance. Specifically, the details of borrowing in a preset term (for example, the day) are summarized by taking the subjects, the date and the organization as dimensions, the occurrence amount of the borrower and the occurrence amount of the lender are summarized, and the transaction amount of the borrower and the lender are summarized, meanwhile, the yesterday borrower balance plus the present borrower occurrence amount is equal to the present borrower balance, and the yesterday lender balance plus the present lender occurrence amount is equal to the present lender balance, so that the general account balance is obtained.
Step S106, the checking system checks the total account balance and the total balance of all borrowings.
Specifically, after the total balance of all borrowings is obtained through the target account information of the individual accounts and the total account balance is obtained through the total account information, the total balance and the debit balance in the total account balance can be compared, the credit balance is compared, under the condition that the debit balance and the credit balance are the same, account statistics in the transaction system can be determined to be correct, and if one or two of the debit balance and the credit balance are different after verification, the transaction system is considered to be abnormal.
Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, after the checking system checks the total account balance in the total account information and the total balance of the target individual account information to obtain the first checking result, the method further includes: and under the condition that the total account balance and the total balance are different, determining that the transaction system is abnormal, and generating alarm information of the transaction system.
Specifically, under the condition that the transaction system is abnormal, alarm information of the abnormal transaction system can be displayed to operation and maintenance personnel, and the fact that the debit balance is abnormal or the credit balance is abnormal is displayed, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can accurately determine the abnormal occurrence point and timely perform data accounting to determine abnormal transaction.
Step S108, under the condition that the total account balance is the same as the total balance of all borrowings, the checking system acquires the end-of-term account information in the total account system, and checks the end-of-term balance in the end-of-term account information with the total account balance to obtain a first checking result.
Specifically, under the condition that the total account balance is the same as the total balance of all borrowings, the fact that the accounts inside the transaction system are correct is indicated, and then the total account information of the transaction system can be compared with the end-of-term account information in the total account system, so that a comparison result is obtained.
It should be noted that, the end-of-term account information in the general ledger system may be the sum of the end-of-term account information of the previous day and the newly added account information of the present day, where the newly added account information of the present day may be obtained from the entry account information in the transaction system, and the entry account information may be added to the end-of-term account information of the previous day, so as to obtain the end-of-term account information of the present day.
After the end-of-term account information is obtained, the end-of-term balance in the end-of-term account information can be checked with the general ledger balance, wherein the check comprises comparison of the end-of-term credit balance with the credit balance in the general ledger information and comparison of the end-of-term debit balance with the debit balance in the general ledger information, so that whether the accounts in the general ledger system and the transaction system are abnormal or not is determined.
In order to improve accuracy of the checking result, optionally, in the checking method of accounts provided in the embodiment of the present application, the end-of-term account information further includes: the method further comprises the steps of after checking the end-of-term balance in the end-of-term account information with the general account balance to obtain a first checking result: checking the first transaction occurrence amount and the second transaction occurrence amount to obtain a second checking result; checking the first transaction occurrence number and the second transaction occurrence number to obtain a third checking result; and combining the first check result, the second check result and the third check result into check results of the end-of-term balance and the general account balance.
Specifically, the end-of-term account information further includes: the second transaction occurrence amount and the second transaction occurrence amount of all borrowing data in the preset period can be compared with the first transaction occurrence amount and the second transaction occurrence amount after the comparison of the total balance is carried out, and the first transaction occurrence amount and the second transaction occurrence amount are compared, so that the consistency of the entry accounting information of the current day in the two systems is ensured, and the consistency of the information in the transaction system and the general account system is ensured.
According to the account checking method provided by the embodiment of the application, the target account information of the individual accounts in the transaction system is obtained through the checking system, and the general account information in the transaction system is obtained, wherein the target account information contains account balances of all borrowings, the general account information is general account information of all borrowings, and the general account information at least contains the general account balances; the checking system calculates the total amount of account balances of all borrowings in the target household account information to obtain the total balance of all borrowings; the checking system checks the total account balance and the total balance of all borrowings; and under the condition that the total account balance is the same as the total balance of all borrowings, the checking system acquires the end-of-term account information in the total account system, and checks the end-of-term balance in the end-of-term account information with the total account balance to obtain a first checking result. The problem of whether the data among the systems are consistent through artificial checking is solved, and the problem of low checking efficiency and accuracy rate in the related art is solved. The accuracy of the general account information is ensured by checking the general balance in the transaction system, and the general account information is checked with the end-of-term account information, so that the consistency and accuracy of accounts in the transaction system and the general account system are ensured, and the effect of quickly and accurately checking whether the data between the systems are the same is achieved.
Optionally, in the account checking method provided in the embodiment of the present application, after checking the end-of-period balance in the end-of-period account information with the general account balance to obtain the first checking result, the method further includes: the transaction system judges whether the second checking result is abnormal, wherein the second checking result is abnormal to represent that the general account information and the general account information are different; and under the condition that the second checking result is abnormal, determining that the general ledger system is abnormal, and generating alarm information of the general ledger system.
Specifically, since the first checking result is determined to be correct when the second checking result is obtained, the general ledger information provided in the transaction system can ensure that the content is correct, and therefore, when the second checking result is abnormal, the general ledger information can be determined to be abnormal in the final ledger information in the general ledger system, and therefore, the abnormal alarm information of the general ledger system can be displayed to the operation and maintenance personnel, and the abnormal debit balance or the abnormal credit balance or the abnormal amount and the abnormal number of the second transaction are displayed, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can accurately determine the abnormal occurrence point and timely perform the data check to determine the abnormal transaction.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative account checking method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the entry accounting information first adds the borrowing information to the target individual account information in real time according to the updating of the borrowing, and adds all the entry accounting information of the present day to the total accounting information after the end of the present day.
Further, the general account balance and the total balance of all borrows are checked to obtain a first check result, the transaction system is determined to be abnormal under the condition that the general account balance is the same as the general account balance, then the general account information is compared with the end-of-term balance information, wherein the end-of-term balance information is account information obtained after the beginning-of-term balance information and the entry account information of the present day are combined, and the account is determined to be abnormal under the condition that the comparison result of the general account information and the end-of-term balance information is abnormal.
When checking the general ledger balance and the total balance of all borrowing, if the general ledger balance is abnormal, the transaction system is proved to send out alarm information, when checking the general ledger information and the end balance information, if the general ledger balance is abnormal, the general ledger system is proved to send out alarm information, so that abnormal points can be accurately determined, and the problem of low checking efficiency and accuracy rate of whether the data among the manual checking systems are consistent in the related technology is solved.
