The invention will now be described with reference to preferred embodiments, and FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for processing a return funds flow provided in accordance with an embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG. 1, comprising the steps of:
step S101, determining a first target object to be monitored, and determining a loan fund type of the first target object, wherein the loan fund type is one of the following: trusted payment and autonomous payment;
step S102, if the loan fund type of the first target object is trusted payment, judging whether the first target object has fund reflux according to remittance transaction information of a second target object, wherein the second target object is a transacting opponent of the loan fund of the first target object;
step S103, if the loan fund type of the first target object is autonomous payment, judging whether the first target object has fund reflux according to the remittance transaction information and the collection transaction information of the first target object.
Specifically, the first target object to be monitored is determined, and since the objects for issuing loan funds of different loan funds types are different, it is necessary to determine the loan funds type of the first target object. Loan fund types are generally classified into trusted payments and autonomous payments.
A trusted payment refers to a loan of a borrower (i.e., the first target object) that has been paid by a financial institution to a borrower's opponent (i.e., the second target object), which is returned to the borrower by the opponent through the operations of the borrower and the opponent. And the autonomous payment is that the financial institution pays the loan funds to the borrower account directly under the condition of confirming that the borrower meets the withdrawal condition of the contract agreement according to the loan contract agreement, the borrower pays the borrower transaction object meeting the purpose of the contract agreement autonomously, and the opponent account pays the funds Jin Zhuaihui to the borrower through operation, so that the purpose of the loan funds is not regulated, and the loan funds are returned.
When the loan fund type of the first target object is a trusted payment, the loan fund is a trade partner of the loan fund directly issued to the first target object by the financial institution, that is, the second target object. Therefore, there is a need to monitor money transfer transaction information of the second target object to determine whether the first target object has a funds return problem through the money transfer transaction information of the second target object.
When the loan fund type of the first target object is autonomous payment, the loan fund is issued to the first target object by the financial institution, so that the remittance transaction information and the collection transaction information of the first target object need to be monitored to determine whether the first target object has a fund reflux problem or not through the remittance transaction information and the collection transaction information of the first target object.
In summary, when the first target object is a loan fund type for trusted payment, the fund reflux condition of the first target object is determined according to the remittance transaction information of the trading opponent of the loan fund of the first target object, and when the loan fund type of the first target object is an autonomous payment, the fund reflux condition is determined according to the remittance transaction information and the collection transaction information of the first target object, so that the fund flow direction of the first target object is prevented from being analyzed manually, and the monitoring efficiency of the financing loan is improved.
How to determine whether the first target object has the funds reflow according to the remittance transaction information of the second target object is important, so in the funds reflow processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, if the loan funds type of the first target object is trusted payment, determining whether the first target object has the funds reflow according to the remittance transaction information of the second target object includes: determining a first target time when the second target object receives loan funds; determining a plurality of pieces of first remittance transaction information from the second target object to the first target object after the preset time according to the first target time; and judging whether the first target object has funds reflux or not according to the plurality of pieces of first remittance transaction information.
Determining whether the first target object has funds reflow according to the plurality of pieces of first money transfer transaction information comprises: determining the remittance amount of each piece of first remittance transaction information, and accumulating the remittance amount of each piece of first remittance transaction information to obtain the total first remittance amount; calculating the fund reflux proportion of the first target object according to the first remittance total amount and the loan fund; and if the fund reflux proportion is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, characterizing that the first target object has fund reflux.
Specifically, a first target time for the financial institution to issue loan funds to a second target object is acquired, and then a plurality of pieces of first money transfer transaction information from the second target object to the first target object after a preset time from the first target time is determined. It should be noted that the preset time may be 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, etc. And obtaining the remittance amount of each piece of first remittance transaction information of the second target object to the first target object, and then adding the remittance amounts to obtain the first remittance total amount of the second target object to the first target object. And finally, calculating the fund reflux proportion of the first target object according to the first remittance total amount and the loan fund, and judging whether the first target object has the fund reflux according to the fund reflux proportion.
In an alternative embodiment, the funds return ratio of the first target object is obtained by calculating the ratio of the total money transfer amount and the loan funds.
If the ratio of funds to back flow is greater than a first preset threshold (e.g., 80%), then the first target object is indicated as being at risk of funds to back flow, and may be considered directly to be at risk of funds to back flow. If the fund reflux ratio is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value, the first target object and the second target object are characterized as normal transactions, and the first target object has no fund reflux problem.
In summary, the money transfer transaction information of the trading opponent of the loan funds of the first target object can accurately and rapidly judge whether the first target object has the problem of funds backflow.
In order to avoid missing the situation, in the method for processing the funds return provided in the embodiment of the present application, if the loan funds of the first target object are paid in a trusted manner, determining whether the funds return exists in the first target object according to the remittance transaction information of the second target object further includes: determining a first target time when the second target object receives loan funds, and determining a plurality of pieces of second remittance transaction information of the second target object after preset time according to the first target time; determining a plurality of money transfer objects of the second target object according to the plurality of pieces of second money transfer transaction information; determining a third target object from the plurality of money transfer objects, wherein the third target object is an object having a money transfer transaction with the first target object; acquiring a plurality of pieces of third money transfer transaction information of the third target object and the first target object; and judging whether the first target object has funds reflow according to the third remittance transaction information and the loan funds.
Specifically, after the first target time when the second target object receives the loan funds is defined, determining a plurality of pieces of second remittance transaction information of the second target object after the preset time according to the first target time. And determining a plurality of remittance objects of the second target object through a plurality of pieces of second remittance transaction information, determining a third target object from the plurality of remittance objects according to whether the remittance transaction is carried out with the first target object, acquiring a plurality of pieces of third remittance transaction information between the third target object and the first target object, calculating the total remittance amount of the third remittance transactions, and calculating the fund return ratio by using the total remittance amount and the total remittance amount (namely the loan fund) of the second target object to the third target object. If the funds return ratio is greater than a second preset threshold (e.g., the second preset threshold may be set between 30% and 150%), then the first target object is indicated as having funds return problems.
Through the steps, whether the first target object realizes fund reflux through a third party can be accurately monitored, and the accuracy of loan fund monitoring is effectively improved.
Optionally, in the method for processing funds return provided in the embodiment of the present application, if the loan funds type of the first target object is autonomous payment, determining whether funds return exists in the first target object according to remittance transaction information and collection transaction information of the first target object includes: determining a second target time when the first target object receives the loan funds and determining a plurality of fourth target objects having money transfer transactions with the first target object according to money transfer transaction information of the first target object; determining multiple cash collecting transaction information of the first target object and each fourth target object after preset time according to the second target time; and judging whether the first target object has funds reflux or not according to the plurality of pieces of collection transaction information.
Judging whether the first target object has funds reflow according to the plurality of pieces of collection transaction information comprises: calculating the remittance amount of each fourth target object and the first target object according to the remittance transaction information of each fourth target object, and obtaining the remittance amount corresponding to each fourth target object; calculating according to the multiple collection transaction information corresponding to each fourth target object to obtain collection amount corresponding to each fourth target object; calculating according to the remittance amount corresponding to each fourth target object and the collection amount corresponding to each fourth target object to obtain the fund reflux ratio corresponding to each fourth target object; and if the existing funds reflux ratio is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, characterizing that the funds reflux exists in the first target object.
Specifically, if the loan fund type of the first target object is autonomous payment, the loan fund is directly issued to the account of the first target object, so that it is required to determine whether there is a fund reflux in the first target object according to the remittance transaction information and the collection transaction information of the first target object. And obtaining second target time when the first target object receives the loan fund and remittance transaction information of the first target object after the first target object receives the loan fund, and determining a plurality of fourth target objects with remittance transactions with the first target object from the remittance transaction information of the first target object.
After the fourth target object is determined, acquiring a plurality of pieces of collection transaction information of the first target object and each fourth target object after a preset time from the second target time. And calculating the remittance amount of each fourth target object to the first target object through the plurality of pieces of collection transaction information, and calculating the collection amount between the first target object and each fourth target object.
And finally, calculating by using the remittance amount corresponding to each fourth target object and the collection amount corresponding to each fourth target object to obtain the fund reflux ratio corresponding to each fourth target object. And if the existing funds reflux ratio is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, characterizing that the first target object has funds reflux. And if the fund reflux ratio is smaller than a first preset threshold value, indicating that the first target object does not have fund reflux.
In summary, through the above steps, whether the first target object has a funds return problem under autonomous payment can be accurately monitored.
Optionally, in the method for processing funds return provided in the embodiment of the present application, if the loan funds type of the first target object is autonomous payment, determining whether funds return exists in the first target object according to remittance transaction information and collection transaction information of the first target object includes: determining a second target time when the first target object receives the loan funds and determining a plurality of fourth target objects having money transfer transactions with the first target object according to money transfer transaction information of the first target object; determining a plurality of remittance objects of each fourth target object after the preset time according to the second target time; determining a fifth target object according to the plurality of remittance objects of each fourth target object, wherein the fifth target object is an object with remittance transaction with the first target object; and judging whether the first target object has funds reflux or not according to the fourth remittance transaction information of the fifth target object and the first target object and the fourth remittance transaction information of the fourth target object.
Specifically, there is also a problem of funds return by a third party at the time of autonomous payment, and thus, a second target time at which the first target object receives the loan funds is acquired, and remittance transaction information of the first target object after receiving the loan funds, and then a plurality of fourth target objects having remittance transactions with the first target object are determined from the remittance transaction information of the first target object. And then acquiring a plurality of remittance objects of each fourth target object after the preset time, determining a fifth target object which has remittance transaction with the first target object in the plurality of remittance objects of each fourth target object, and finally judging whether the first target object has funds reflux according to the plurality of fourth remittance transaction information of the fifth target object and the first target object.
In summary, by the method, whether the first target object realizes fund reflux through a third party can be accurately monitored, and the accuracy of loan fund monitoring is effectively improved.
