Further, in the description of the present disclosure, it should be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", "top", "bottom", and the like, which are used in the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, are merely for convenience, and are described according to the positions and states of the conventional glasses when the glasses are worn, or are described according to angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that after rotating the structure in the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure or changing the direction and viewing angle of the view, "up" may also become "down" or "left" or "right", which does not obstruct the understanding of those skilled in the art.
In addition, the terms "first" and "second" etc. are used as labels only, and are not limiting on the number of objects thereof.
Glasses generally consist of a body, a frame and legs. In the prior art, eyeglasses come in a variety of types and wear scenarios. For example, for myopic people, glasses with vision correction function are required to be worn; for people who need to enter the environment such as factories, the protection glasses with protection and impact resistance functions are needed to be worn. However, the general safety glasses do not have the function of correcting eyesight, and when a myopic person needs to wear the safety glasses, he needs to wear the contact lenses additionally, or wear a protective cover outside the general myopia glasses, which is bad in comfort and affects the beauty. If the journey involves multiple scenes within one day, a plurality of glasses products need to be carried, which is very inconvenient.
In addition, in the process of carrying out some more violent sports, the myopia crowd has the problem that glasses have poor shock resistance and low structural strength, and the lens is deviate from easily from the picture frame when receiving the impact, has the potential safety hazard to can influence the effect of motion and the enthusiasm of motion.
In view of the above problems, the present disclosure provides an eyeglass comprising a eyeglass body and a frame, as shown with reference to fig. 1 to 7, wherein the eyeglass body comprises two lenses 1 and a lens connecting portion 2 connecting the two lenses 1; the frame includes a frame 3 and a nose bracket 4, the frame 3 is disposed around a portion of the side of the lens 1, and the nose bracket 4 is disposed adjacent to the lens connection portion 2. Wherein, a first hook 11 extending in a direction away from the lens connecting portion 2 is disposed on one lens 1, a second hook 12 extending in a direction away from the lens connecting portion 2 is disposed on the other lens 1, a protruding portion 21 is disposed on the lens connecting portion 2, and an extending direction of the protruding portion 21 is perpendicular to a direction from the first hook 11 to the second hook 12. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, wherein fig. 2 shows the first hook 11 and the second hook 12, fig. 3 to 6 show the protrusion 21, and the first hook 11 and the second hook 12 are not shown in fig. 3 to 6. Referring to fig. 7, the frame 3 is provided with a first opening 31 and a second opening 32, and the nose bracket 4 is provided with a recess 41; the lens body is connected to the lens frame, the first clamping hook 11 is matched with the first opening 31, the second clamping hook 12 is matched with the second opening 32, and the convex part 21 is matched with the concave part 41.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the lens body is detachably connected with the frame, and is fixed by the first hook 11 and the first opening 31, the second hook 12 and the second opening 32, and the cooperation of the protruding portion 21 and the recessed portion 41. When the glasses are impacted in a certain direction, if the glasses frame and the glasses body are required to be separated, the glasses frame is required to be opened to the left side and the right side of the lens 1; at the same time, it is also necessary that the nose piece 4 and the lens connecting portion 2 are distanced from each other so that the protruding portion 21 is disengaged from the recessed portion 41. Because the extending direction of the protruding part 21 is perpendicular to the direction from the first hook 11 to the second hook 12, the two directions of the glasses frame which are separated from the glasses body form interlocking, so that the glasses can be prevented from separating from the glasses frame when the glasses are impacted, and the quality and the safety performance of the glasses are improved.
Further, the inventors have found that, when preparing glasses with vision correction function, since the optical parameters of the lenses 1 need to be matched with the vision of the wearer, the wearer usually adopts a method that after optometrizing the vision, the wearer sends the optical parameters of the corresponding lenses 1 to a lens 1 processing factory, and the professional processing personnel respectively process the left and right glasses lenses 1 by using optical processing equipment, then assemble the lenses 1 into the finished glasses frames 3, and the left and right glasses frames 3 are connected by the nose brackets 4. This approach is cumbersome and complicated, and consumers sometimes take days to get complete eyeglasses, and the strength of the assembled eyeglasses is low. While glasses with protective functions, while having a high strength, generally do not have vision correcting functions, are produced and sold uniformly by factories, and are generally heavy in appearance, do not have selectable sizes, appearances, and the like.
Therefore, the purpose of this disclosure still includes the commonality that improves glasses, makes glasses compromise daily wear and most work protection scene, outdoor exercises work scene's demand, can be convenient for change the mirror body, has stronger shock resistance simultaneously, and the mirror body is difficult for droing in the mirror holder.
The glasses of the present disclosure are described in further detail below in conjunction with fig. 1-12.
Referring to the schematic view of the lens body shown in fig. 2, the lens 1 has an inner side 101, and a top surface 102 and a bottom surface 103 adjacent to the inner side 101, the top surface 102 being opposite to the bottom surface 103. When wearing the glasses of the present disclosure, the inner side 101 of the lens 1 is the side of the lens 1 near the bridge of the nose of the wearer, the top surface 102 and the bottom surface 103 are the sides of the lens 1 near the forehead and the cheek of the wearer, respectively, and the inner side 101, the top surface 102 and the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1 may be non-optical surfaces. The lens connecting portion 2 is disposed on the inner side 101 of the lens 1, specifically, the width of the lens connecting portion 2 may be smaller than the width of the lens 1, and the lens connecting portion 2 may be connected to the top, middle or bottom of the inner side 101 of the lens 1; the lens connecting portion 2 may also have a curvature adapted to the bridge of the nose of the wearer, which is not particularly limited by the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the first hook 11 is disposed on the top surface 102 of one lens 1, the second hook 12 is disposed on the top surface 102 of the other lens 1, and the ends of the first hook 11 and the second hook 12 extend in directions away from each other. The first hook 11 and the second hook 12 may be symmetrical with respect to the lens connecting portion 2. In other exemplary embodiments, the first hook 11 and the second hook 12 may be selected in various sizes or shapes according to the purpose of being convenient for manufacturing, being convenient for matching with, assembling with, and connecting with the frame 3, and the specific shape of the hooks is not particularly required in the present disclosure, for example, fig. 2 shows a specific example of the shape of the first hook 11 and the second hook 12.
The lens body comprises two lenses 1 and a lens connecting part 2 for connecting the two lenses 1. Specifically, the lens body may be integrally formed, that is, the two lenses 1 and the lens connecting portion 2 may be integrally formed, and the lenses 1 may be made of a material having good light transmittance and high mechanical strength, such as organic glass or PET plastic. For example, for glasses without myopia correction function, the glasses body can be obtained by adopting plastic integrated injection molding with high transparency, so that the glasses body has stronger anti-impact performance. In one exemplary embodiment, the strength of the mirror body integrated injection molding process is about 60 to 65Mpa. Alternatively, the mirror body can be obtained by adopting an integrated injection molding mode and combining the first clamping hook 11 and the second clamping hook 12 with a small amount of machining mode of the protruding part 21.
In another exemplary embodiment, the lens 1 may also be provided with vision correction. The two lenses 1 may be welded together by a plastic welding process. For another example, in order to increase the strength of the entire lens body, in still another exemplary embodiment, a first insert and a second insert made of metal are provided on one side of the two lenses 1 adjacent to each other, respectively, and are integrally connected by welding to form the lens connecting portion 2. Specifically, a first insert may be disposed on the right side of the left lens 1, a second insert may be disposed on the left side of the right lens 1, the first insert and the second insert may be austenitic stainless steel sheets, and are respectively and firmly connected with the left and right lenses 1, and the metal portions are exposed. Because the strength of the integral injection molding of the PET plastic is about 60-65 MPa, and the welding strength of the austenitic stainless steel can reach 350MPa, the effect of reinforcing the joint of the left lens and the right lens 1 through the connection of metal pieces can be achieved as long as the cross section area of the welding part reaches about 20% of the integral injection molding, and the strength of the lens body is basically consistent with the integral injection molding scheme. Moreover, by adopting the metal insert laser welding, the defects of bubbles and blackening which are easy to cause by simple plastic welding can be avoided, the attractive appearance is improved, and the reduction of the strength of the lens body and the reduction of the protective capability caused by the defects are prevented. In other exemplary embodiments, the first insert and the second insert may also be other high strength alloy materials.
Referring to fig. 8, the lens 1 may include an optical portion 13 and an outer peripheral portion 14, the outer peripheral portion 14 surrounding the optical portion 13 entirely or partially outside the optical portion 13, the outer peripheral portion 14 being connected to the lens connecting portion 2. In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the outer edge portion 14 is thicker than the optical portion 13. Specifically, in the case where the optical portion 13 can secure a good optical perspective range, the outer edge portion 14 outside the optical portion 13 has less influence on the visual effect and the imaging accuracy, and the thickness of the outer edge portion 14 of the glasses of the present disclosure is larger than that of the optical portion 13, so that the strength of the lens 1 can be significantly increased without greatly influencing the visual effect. Further, the outer edge portion 14 may increase in thickness from the inner side adjacent to the optical portion 13 to the outer side remote from the optical portion 13, i.e., the thickness of the entire lens 1 may increase from center to edge, resulting in a higher overall strength of the lens 1.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 8, the optical part 13 includes a body part 131, an inner canthus expansion part 132, an in-eye expansion part 133, and an outer canthus expansion part 134, and the body part 131, the inner canthus expansion part 132, and the in-eye expansion part 133 are integrally provided with the outer canthus expansion part 134. The projection of the main body 131 in the thickness direction of the optical portion 13 may be approximately elliptical, the inner corner extension 132 protrudes toward the lens connecting portion 2 on the side of the main body 131 close to the lens connecting portion 2, the outer corner extension 134 protrudes away from the lens connecting portion 2 on the side of the main body 131 away from the lens connecting portion 2, the middle eye extension 133 is located between the inner corner extension 132 and the outer corner extension 134, and the middle eye extension 133 protrudes toward the direction perpendicular to the connecting line of the two lenses 1 on the main body 131. The inner canthus expansion portion 132, the middle canthus expansion portion 133 and the outer canthus expansion portion 134 expand the range of optical perspective at the inner canthus, the center of the field of view and the outer canthus of the wearer, respectively, and conform to the visual observation habit of the person, thereby facilitating the wearer to obtain a larger field of view.
In one embodiment, the mid-eye extension 133 may be located on a side of the body portion 131 adjacent the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1 and protrude toward the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1 to expand the range of optical perspectives below the center of the wearer's field of view, consistent with the viewing habits of a person. Meanwhile, the top surface 102 of the lens 1 may be relatively gentle, which is beneficial to the arrangement of the first hook 11 and the second hook 12, and the assembly of the lens frame 3 and the lens 1. In another embodiment, the in-eye extension 133 may also include both a portion protruding toward the upper side, i.e., the top surface 102 of the lens 1, and a portion protruding toward the lower side, i.e., the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1, to expand the range of optical perspective in both the up and down directions of the center of the wearer's field of view. The outer edge portion 14 may gradually transition to the thicker outer edge portion 14 beyond the optical portion 13 until the edge of the lens 1, and the outer edge portion 14 may transition to shrink to form a rounded edge of the lens 1, thereby improving impact resistance.
Further, referring to fig. 9, the whole lens body may be in a shape protruding toward the thickness direction of the lens 1, that is, the whole lens 1 may be arched when viewed in the thickness direction, which is in favor of distributing the impact force to the whole lens body and the whole lens frame when the impact force from the opposite direction of the face is received, so as to realize uniform stress.
In one exemplary embodiment, in the width direction of the wearer's face, the radius of curvature of a portion of the mirror body near the center of the face is relatively large and protrudes forward; the curvature radius of the partial mirror body close to the two sides of the face can be relatively smaller, the mirror body has a tendency of bending towards the rear of the wearer, the side face of the wearer and fragile parts such as temples can be protected when the side of the wearer from the narrow visual field is impacted, the mirror body can be attached to the face of the wearer, the occupied space of the glasses on the outer side of the front of the wearer is reduced, the structure of the glasses is more compact, and the glasses are not easy to collide with the external environment in the moving process of the wearer.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the width of the outer rim portion 14 adjacent to the outer corner of the eye extension 134 may be the maximum of the width of the outer rim portion 14, such that the outer corner of the eye extension 134 has a targeted protective effect against an impact from the wearer's side without having to add protective structures such as a shielding sheet to the side; at the same time, the solution of the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure may be more lightweight and aesthetically pleasing than increasing the area of the lens 1 as a whole, or making the lens 1 into an integral eyeshade.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 9, the entire lens body may be a continuous curved surface protruding forward of the face, the curvature of the lens body at the junction of the lens 1 and the lens connecting portion 2 is continuous, and when any one of the lens body is impacted externally, the force is easily dispersed and born in all directions in a curved arched beam manner, which is beneficial to resisting the damage caused by the impact in the external direction. Through tests, the impact resistance of the lens body of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure can be significantly improved, and in experiments, the lens 1 does not generate cracks when the lens body of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is impacted at a speed of 45 m/s (162 km/h) in the face of a steel ball with a diameter of 6 mm and a mass of 0.86 g; the lens 1 does not fracture or fail when impacted against a steel ball of diameter 22 mm and mass 43 g falling at a height of 1.3 m (equivalent speed 5 m/s, 18 km/h).
Further, the thickness of the outer edge 14 adjacent to the outer corner extension 134 may be the maximum thickness of the outer edge 14, and since the outer edge 14 adjacent to the outer corner extension 134 is already at the edge of the wearer's field of view, increasing the thickness does not significantly affect the wearer's field of view, and since the area is at the edge of the wearer's field of view, the impact from that direction is easily ignored by the wearer, and therefore providing a thicker outer edge 14 at that area is beneficial for protecting the wearer from damage caused by the impact in that direction.
The frame includes a frame 3 and a nose bracket 4. In particular, the frame can be made of a material that is more resilient than the body, such as plastic or rubber, resin, and the like. The frame may also be formed by injection molding and in one exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the side of the frame facing away from the lens attachment portion 2 may be provided with a skin friendly layer 5, the skin friendly layer 5 being of a material different from the material of the nose piece 4. For example, since the nose pad 4 is matched with the lens connecting portion 2 through the recess 41, the nose pad 4 may be made of hard plastic, rubber, resin, or the like having better tensile strength, elasticity, or the like. The skin-friendly layer 5 is arranged on one surface of the eyeglass frame, which is far away from the lens connecting part 2, and can be made of softer plastics or rubber with antiallergic performance, so that wearing comfort is improved. The eyeglass frame and the skin-friendly layer 5 can be manufactured in a multi-material injection molding mode, for example, a co-molding or double-color injection molding mode is adopted, so that the wearing comfort is guaranteed, and the attractive appearance of the eyeglass frame can be improved.
The frame 3 is disposed around a part of the side surface of the lens 1, specifically, for example, referring to fig. 1, the frame 3 surrounds and covers the top surface 102 of the lens 1, and when the frame and the lens body are assembled together, the frame can be assembled in a manner similar to arrow winding, that is, the first opening 31 is clamped to the first clamping hook 11, then the frame is transversely stretched towards the second clamping hook 12, and the second opening 32 is used to clamp the second clamping hook 12; the nose bracket 4 is then pulled in the direction of the lens connecting portion 2 to engage the convex portion 21 with the concave portion 41, thereby fixing the lens body to the frame. In other exemplary embodiments, the frame 3 may also surround and cover the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1, the outer side surface opposite to the inner side surface 101 of the lens 1, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 7, the cross-sectional area of the rim 3 at the portion covering the top surface 102 of the lens 1 may be slightly smaller than the cross-sectional area of the rim 3 at other portions, so that the rim 3 has a slightly lower local strength at the portion and higher elasticity, which is advantageous for assembling the first hook 11 and the first opening 31, and the second hook 12 and the second opening 32.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown with reference to fig. 3 to 6, the height of the side of the protrusion 21 near the top surface 102 of the lens 1 is different from the height of the side of the protrusion 21 near the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1, so that the surface of the protrusion 21 away from the lens connecting portion 2 is an inclined surface. For example, in one embodiment, the ends of the first hook 11 and the second hook 12 extend in directions away from each other, the first hook 11 also extends in a direction toward the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1, and the second hook 12 also extends in a direction toward the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1, and the height of the protruding portion 21 on the side near the top surface 102 is greater than the height of the protruding portion 21 on the side near the bottom surface 103, so that the surface of the protruding portion 21 away from the lens connecting portion 2 is a slope inclined from the top surface 102 of the lens 1 toward the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1.
When the glasses are impacted in a certain direction, if the glasses frame and the glasses body are required to be separated, the glasses frame is required to be opened to the left side and the right side of the lenses 1, and the nose bracket 4 and the lens connecting part 2 are far away from each other; meanwhile, since the ends of the first hook 11 and the second hook 12 extend in a direction approaching the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1, if the first hook 11 is to be separated from the first opening 31 and the second hook 12 is to be separated from the second opening 32, the left and right sides of the frame are required to be bent downwards, and the concave portion 41 on the nose bracket 4 is separated from the upper side of the lens connecting portion 2 after being deformed by extrusion. Because the height of the protruding portion 21 near the top surface 102 is greater than the height of the protruding portion 21 near the bottom surface 103, the concave portion 41 is blocked by the side wall of the protruding portion 21 near the bottom surface 103, and is less likely to separate from the protruding portion 21 during the upward movement of the nose pad 4 relative to the lens connecting portion 2.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3 to 6, a groove 22 is further provided on the lens connecting portion 2, the groove 22 is adjacent to the boss 21, and a sidewall of the groove 22 near the top surface 102 is coplanar with a sidewall of the boss 21 near the bottom surface 103. Thereby, the drop height of the side wall of the convex portion 21 near the bottom surface 103 can be increased, and the upward movement of the nose pad 4 relative to the lens connecting portion 2 can be suppressed. Further, referring to fig. 7, the nose pad 4 may further be provided with an auxiliary boss 42, wherein the auxiliary boss 42 is adjacent to the recess 41, and a side wall of the auxiliary boss 42 near the top surface 102 is coplanar with a side wall of the recess 41 near the bottom surface 103. The auxiliary boss 42 can cooperate with the recess 22 to enhance the securement of the frame.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 2, a limiting groove 23 is provided on the lens connecting portion 2, and an opening direction of the limiting groove 23 is perpendicular to an extending direction of the protruding portion 21. Referring to fig. 7, the nose bracket 4 is further provided with a limiting portion 43, and the limiting portion 43 is matched with the limiting groove 23. Specifically, the opening direction of the limiting groove 23 may be toward the top surface 102 or the bottom surface 103 of the lens 1. For example, the shape of the limiting groove 23 may be approximately n-shaped and open towards the top surface 102 of the lens 1, and the nose bracket 4 is provided with a limiting portion 43 for matching with the limiting groove 23, so that when the lens body and the lens frame are assembled into a whole, the limiting portion 43 is clamped in the limiting groove 23, the connection is more compact, and the positioning function of assisting the lens body and the lens frame is also achieved.

For the lens 1 having the vision correcting function or not having the vision correcting function, the lens body of the present disclosure may be formed in the same shape, and thus may match the same type of frame, and thus, the glasses of the present disclosure may facilitate the selection and replacement of the lens body.
In particular, the lens bodies, frames and temples 6 can be grouped in standardized fashion. The size and the shape of the head and the face of a person can be divided into a plurality of groups of standardized models, and the mirror body, the mirror frame and the mirror legs 6 with corresponding models are prefabricated according to the standardized models. In addition, standardized grouping can be performed according to appearance colors and the like, and different types of eyeglass frames and eyeglass legs 6 can be prefabricated.
In particular, there is a distinction between the lens body and the lens 1 having or not having the vision correcting function. However, since the frame 3 is disposed around a portion of the side surface of the lens 1, whether the lens 1 has a vision correcting function or does not have a vision correcting function, since the lens body of the present disclosure includes two lenses 1 and a lens connecting portion 2 connecting the two lenses 1, it is possible to form the same shaped lens body to match a standardized prefabricated frame.
For the lens 1 without vision correction function, a plurality of groups of integral injection molding lens bodies with standardized models can be prefabricated according to the head and face sizes and shapes of people.
