All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and detailed description below in order to make the objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a control method of a super-oxygen atomization sterilizer according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101, receiving a touch control instruction input by a user.
Specifically, the user can input a touch instruction on a control panel of the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer, and the control panel is used for realizing specific operation of the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer: such as opening, closing, adjusting, timing or nano-sterilizing, the control panel may be a control panel formed by collectively mounting a plurality of control buttons on a mounting plate, or may be a liquid crystal time type control panel or any other panel capable of realizing a control function, which will not be described in detail herein.
As an optional implementation manner, the touch control instruction is a touch control instruction of a switch key.
As an alternative implementation manner, the touch control instruction is a combination touch control instruction of a switch key and a nano disinfection key.
As an optional implementation manner, the touch control instruction is a combined touch control instruction of a switch key, a nano disinfection key and a timing key.
S102, determining a current working mode according to the touch control instruction, wherein the working mode comprises a direct spraying mode, a first disinfection spraying mode and a second disinfection spraying mode. The test mode may be manually input by the user, and if the test mode is the direct spray mode, the test mode is entered into the direct spray mode, and step S103 is executed; if the first disinfection spray mode is adopted, entering the first disinfection spray mode, and executing step S104; if the second disinfection spray mode is set, the second disinfection spray mode is entered, and step S105 is executed.
And S103, if the spray mode is a direct spray mode, entering the direct spray mode, starting an ultrasonic transduction piece and a negative ion generator, driving water to vibrate and atomize through high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic transduction piece, and directly spraying and outputting mist gas through a fan.
Specifically, when the touch control instruction received by the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer is the touch control instruction of the on-off key, the current working mode is determined to be a direct spraying mode according to the touch control instruction of the on-off key, the direct spraying mode link is entered, the ultrasonic transduction sheet and the negative ion generator are started, the high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic transduction sheet drives water to vibrate and atomize and directly spray and output mist gas through the fan, and at the moment, the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer only has a humidifying function, and the sterilizing function is not started.
In this embodiment, the atomizing part of the water is mainly formed by the water tank, the ultrasonic transducer, the driving power supply and other parts; the principle is as follows: after the water tank is filled with water, the ultrasonic wave transduction piece is controlled to be driven to generate high-frequency mechanical vibration, so that the water is driven to vibrate and atomize, and the atomized gas is directly sprayed by the fan. The ozone generator module combines positrons generated by direct current high voltage with oxygen ions in the air to form positive ions or negative ions.
And S104, if the first disinfection spray mode is adopted, entering the first disinfection spray mode, starting an ozone generator to generate ozone within a preset first time threshold while driving water to vibrate and atomize through high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic energy conversion sheet, forming ozone or negative ion mist gas and spraying and outputting, stopping generating the ozone by the ozone generator after the preset first time threshold expires, and entering an independent spraying link.
In particular, when the super-oxygen atomizing sterilizer receives theWhen the touch control instruction is a switch key and nano disinfection key combined touch control instruction, the current working mode is determined to be a first disinfection spray mode according to the switch key and nano disinfection key combined touch control instruction, the first disinfection spray mode link is entered, the ozone generator is started to generate ozone in a preset first time threshold while the high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic wave transduction piece drives water to vibrate and atomize, so that mist gas of ozone or negative ions is formed and sprayed and output, at the moment, ultrasonic atomization, ozone and negative ion generation of the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer work simultaneously, the atomized gas generates mist gas containing ozone or negative ions after ozone disinfection, so that a disinfection function is realized, the ozone generator stops generating ozone after the preset first time threshold expires, and enters an independent spray link, at the moment, the ozone generator stops generating ozone, and the disinfection function is suspended, and only the high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic wave transduction piece drives water to vibrate and atomize and directly sprays and outputs the mist gas through a fan. As the ozone concentration of the current Chinese air products is required to be 0.5-2mg/m 3 However, the requirement is easily met or exceeded in a closed environment to produce adverse effects, so the embodiment can effectively control the alternative work of the spray, the ozone generator and the anion generator by controlling the ozone generator to produce ozone within the preset first time threshold value, thereby achieving the aim that the concentration of the discharged ozone is far lower than 0.15mg/m of the standard 3 The allowable ozone concentration can effectively inhibit and eliminate viruses growing in small-sized closed or semi-closed occasions such as families, offices and the like.
In this embodiment, the preset first time threshold is 30 minutes, which is not limited to the first time threshold being preset to only 30 minutes, and other times may be preset as required.
In this embodiment, the ozone and negative ion generator is generated by a special module, and the principle is that oxygen molecules in air are separated by high-voltage electric shock; ozone is an active oxidant which is far more oxidizing than oxygen, mainly because it has delocalized pi bonds, which can generate oxygen radicals. And for this reason it is a polar molecule. Ozone is strong in oxidizing property, has pungent smell exceeding a certain concentration, has the international safety concentration of 0.1ppm, is an allotrope of oxygen due to the characteristics, is decomposed into oxygen and has no residues, so that the fields of pure water sterilization, high-end swimming pools, space sterilization GMP and the like are sterilized by ozone at present, and the ozone has very active chemical properties, so that the decomposition is quick.
S105, if the water is in the second disinfection spraying mode, entering the second disinfection spraying mode, driving water to vibrate and atomize through high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic transduction piece, and starting an ozone generator, wherein the ozone generator can generate ozone within a working time threshold value which is arbitrarily set between the first time threshold value and a preset second time threshold value to form ozone or negative ion mist gas and spray and output, and stopping generating ozone after the working time threshold value is set by the ozone generator to enter an independent spraying link; wherein the second time threshold is greater than the first time threshold.
Specifically, when the touch control instruction received by the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer is a combined touch control instruction of an on-off key, a nano disinfection key and a timing key, determining that the current working mode is a second disinfection spray mode according to the combined instruction of the on-off key, the nano disinfection key and the timing key, entering a second disinfection spray mode link, driving water to vibrate and atomize through high-frequency mechanical vibration generated by the ultrasonic transduction piece, starting an ozone generator, generating ozone in a working time range which is arbitrarily set between a first time range value and a preset second time range value, forming ozone or negative ion fog gas and spraying and outputting, at the moment, generating ultrasonic atomization, ozone and negative ion of the super-oxygen atomization sterilizer to work simultaneously in the maximum control duration, generating ozone or negative ion fog gas after ozone disinfection, so as to realize a disinfection function, stopping generating ozone after the set working time range value, entering an independent spray link, and stopping the ozone production and sterilizing functionIn the embodiment, ozone is generated within a preset working time threshold value by controlling an ozone generator, and the spraying, the ozone generator and the negative ion generator can be effectively controlled to work simultaneously within the maximum control duration, so that the concentration of discharged ozone is far lower than 0.15mg/m of standard 3 The allowable ozone concentration can effectively inhibit and eliminate viruses growing in small-sized closed or semi-closed occasions such as families, offices and the like.
In this embodiment, the second time threshold is greater than the first time threshold.
In this embodiment, the preset second time threshold is 120 minutes, which is not limited to the second time threshold being preset to 120 minutes, and other times may be preset as required, so long as the second time threshold is ensured to be greater than the first time threshold.
It should be noted that, compared with the conventional ozone air sterilization, this embodiment: 1. nitrogen oxides exist in the air after the traditional ozone disinfection, and after the ultrasonic atomization and ozone gas premixing and fusion, the discharged product is free of nitrogen oxides (with authority certification and detection data); 2. the embodiment can effectively solve the problem of ionization activity which is difficult to control in the air by the traditional ozone generator and the problem of sedimentation of oxidized pollutants by ultrasonic atomization and ozone.
