Before the assembly table 1 is installed on the ocean platform to monitor the point location, the flame detector 24 is firstly installed on the L-shaped regulating and controlling plate 12 through the arc-shaped rod seat 21 and the quick-mounting bolts 20, then the assembly table 1 can be quickly and stably installed on the monitoring point location on the ocean platform through the quick-mounting mechanism 3 in various modes, the limitation of installation can be effectively reduced through various installation modes, and different quick-mounting modes can be selected according to the existing installation conditions of the actual installation point location; after the assembly table 1 is installed, the flame detector 24 is rotationally adjusted through the adjusting mechanism 4 according to the actual monitoring angle condition.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, considering that the area of the ocean platform is large, a plurality of flame detectors 24 are required to be installed at different monitoring points to effectively monitor and alarm at the first time when a fire accident occurs, and in order to facilitate the installation of workers, the quick-mounting mechanism 3 comprises a side end seat plate 30, a rectangular sucker 31, an inner moment block 32, an outer connecting round rod 33 and a driving unit 5, and meanwhile, the installation efficiency can be improved; the two side end seat boards 30 are respectively and symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the upper side and the lower side of the assembly table 1, in this embodiment, four rectangular suckers 31 are preferably and respectively and symmetrically and fixedly clamped on the two side end seat boards 30, namely, every two rectangular suckers 31 are mounted on one side end seat board 30, and it is to be noted that the rectangular suckers 31 are preferably made of rubber, and the hardness of the materials is moderate and not easy to be soft, so that the assembly table 1 needs to be strongly supported.

Referring to fig. 10, considering that the assembling table 1 can be rapidly and firmly installed by clamping when there are related parts available for clamping at the mounting points, the clamp 7 includes a central vertical bar 71, a biconvex middle block 72, an internal screw 73, a connecting diagonal bar 74, a limiting middle block 75, and a rectangular cross bar 76; the middle vertical rods 71 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the inclined folded plates 61, the biconvex middle block 72 is arranged between the two middle vertical rods 71 in a limiting sliding manner, limiting sliding grooves 711 matched with the biconvex middle block 72 are formed in the two middle vertical rods 71, one end of the internal screw 73 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the gear rod seat 64, the other end of the internal screw 73 penetrates through the biconvex middle block 72 in a threaded manner to extend downwards, and middle threaded holes 721 matched with the internal screw 73 are formed in the biconvex middle block 72 in a threaded manner; when the driving knob 52 is rotated to drive the middle dovetail block 51 to slide, the driving of the driving rack 65 to the gear rod seat 64 drives the internal screw 73 to rotate, and the rotating internal screw 73 can drive the biconvex middle block 72 to slide up and down between the two middle vertical rods 71 under the cooperation of the internal screw 73 and the middle threaded hole 721 formed in the biconvex middle block 72.

When the driving knob 52 is rotated to drive the middle dovetail block 51, the gear rod seat 64 is driven to rotate by the driving rack 65, so that the internal screw 73 rotates to drive the biconvex middle block 72 to slide downwards, the synchronous rectangular cross rod 76 moves downwards and plays a clamping effect under the cooperation with the triangular cross rod 62, and therefore the assembly table 1 is rapidly installed on a monitoring point with clamping conditions in a clamping mode, for example: a flat plate, a transverse bar, or the like, which can be clamped by the rectangular cross bar 76 and the triangular cross bar 62.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in order to allow corresponding rapid adjustment of the angle of the flame detector 24 according to the actual monitoring angle requirement, the adjustment mechanism 4 comprises a polygonal end block 41, an inner diameter cylinder 42, a locking post 43, an L-shaped rod 44 and a regulator 8; the polygonal end block 41 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the middle cylinder 11, the inner diameter cylinder 42 is fixedly arranged at the upper side of the polygonal end block 41, the locking column 43 is sleeved on the inner diameter cylinder 42 in a vertically sliding way, an inner circular slot hole 431 matched with the diameter of the inner diameter cylinder 42 and a polygonal inner opening 432 matched with the polygonal end block 41 are formed in the locking column 43, and the locking column 43 cannot rotate at the moment because the assembling table 1 is already installed when the locking column 43 slides down to the position where the polygonal end block 41 is positioned at the polygonal inner opening 432; the L-shaped rod 44 is fixedly hung on one side of the L-shaped regulating plate 12 facing the middle cylinder 11, a vertical groove 433 matched with the L-shaped rod 44 is formed in the outer side wall of the locking column 43, the L-shaped rod 44 is always positioned in the vertical groove 433 on the locking column 43 in a position relation, and the effect is achieved that the locking column 43 needs to synchronously follow rotation when the L-shaped regulating plate 12 is rotated; the regulator 8 is disposed on the L-shaped regulating plate 12, and is used for controlling the locking column 43 to slide up and down, and the locking effect on the rotation angle of the L-shaped regulating plate 12 is achieved through the locking column 43.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in order to show the structure of the regulator 8 in the present embodiment, the regulator 8 includes a square block 81, a pressing spring 82, a lower roller 83, a dovetail adjustment block 84, a tapered abutment block 85, and a side block 86; the square block 81 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the vertical groove 433, one end of the pressing spring 82 is fixedly arranged at the upper side of the square block 81, the other end of the pressing spring 82 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the L-shaped rod 44, an inner groove 441 for the pressing spring 82 to shrink is formed in the L-shaped rod 44, and the pressing spring 82 always has a driving force for driving the locking column 43 to slide downwards through the square block 81; the lower roller 83 is rotatably arranged on the lower side of the square block 81 outside the vertical groove 433, the dovetail adjusting block 84 is arranged on the L-shaped adjusting plate 12 below the L-shaped rod 44 in a limiting sliding manner, the L-shaped adjusting plate 12 is provided with a transverse dovetail groove 123 for installing the dovetail adjusting block 84, the conical supporting block 85 is fixedly clamped on one side of the dovetail adjusting block 84 facing the lower roller 83 and is abutted against the lower roller 83, and the side block 86 is fixedly arranged on one side of the L-shaped adjusting plate 12 and covers the port of the transverse dovetail groove 123.
When the assembly table 1 is installed and the angle of the flame detector 24 needs to be adjusted, the dovetail adjusting block 84 is pushed towards the square block 81 so that the conical supporting block 85 slides towards the lower roller 83 gradually, the conical supporting block 85 is positioned below the lower roller 83, and then the lower roller 83 and the square block 81 can be driven to slide upwards, namely the locking column 43 is driven to slide upwards, so that the polygonal inner opening 432 on the locking column 43 is separated from the polygonal end block 41, the L-shaped adjusting plate 12 can be rotated at the moment, the angle of the flame detector 24 is adjusted, after the adjustment is completed, the dovetail adjusting block 84 is pulled back, the locking column 43 slides downwards under the action of the pushing spring 82 so that the polygonal end block 41 is positioned at the polygonal inner opening 432 again to limit the locking column 43, namely the L-shaped adjusting plate 12 is limited.
It should be noted that, because the polygonal internal opening 432 on the locking post 43 has a position difference with the polygonal end block 41 after rotating, the locking post 43 may not slide down for resetting at any angle, but does not need to perform high-precision angle rotation when adjusting the angle of the flame detector 24, and further, when the flame detector 24 is rotated and the locking post 43 cannot move down for resetting, small-angle rotation correction is performed, so that the polygonal internal opening 432 on the locking post 43 is aligned with the polygonal end block 41, and can slide down for resetting under the action of the pressing spring 82.
Embodiment two:

The configuration bolts 395 are symmetrically and rotatably arranged on the transverse rectangular plate 393, the transverse rectangular plate 393 is symmetrically provided with assembly threaded holes 399 matched with the configuration bolts 395 through threads, and the assembly table 1 can be installed on a component with the internal threaded holes 122 in a spiral installation mode through the configuration bolts 395; the inner magnet 396 is symmetrically and fixedly embedded on one side of the assembly table 1 far away from the L-shaped regulating plate 12, and rectangular grooves 103 for installing the inner magnet 396 are symmetrically formed in the assembly table 1. referring to fig. 15 and 16, on the basis of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, after the assembly table 1 is quickly installed at the corresponding installation point, the flame detector 24 needs to be safely protected to reduce damage to the flame detector 24 caused by an external severe environment, and the protection mechanism 9 is arranged on the flame detector 24, wherein the protection mechanism 9 comprises a conical cylinder 91, an outer conical cylinder 92, a middle filter plate 93, a rear filter plate 94 and an internal air supply assembly 99; the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92 are covered on the flame detector 24, the conical cylinder 91 is fixedly connected with the outer conical cylinder 92, the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92 are provided with middle end holes 911 which are matched with the middle rod block 23, and the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92 are fixedly connected with the middle rod block 23; the middle part filter plate 93 is fixed between the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92, and is located below the flame detector 24, the arc-shaped notch 912 for installing the middle part filter plate 93 is formed in the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92, the rear part filter plate 94 is fixedly embedded on the conical cylinder 91 and is far away from the middle part filter plate 93, the rear notch 913 for installing the rear part filter plate 94 is formed in the conical cylinder 91 and communicated with the inner cavity, and the inner air supply assembly 99 is arranged in the conical cylinder 91 and used for better ventilating and cooling the flame detector 24 when wind force acts outside.
When in severe weather, rainwater, sea water and the like can be blocked by the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92, so that a large amount of sea water and rainwater can be prevented from directly flushing on the flame detector 24 in severe weather, and damage to external parts, internal sensors and circuit boards of the flame detector 24 is caused over time; however, since the tapered cylinder 91 and the outer cone 92 are not completely closed, it is difficult to avoid that a small amount of rainwater enters the tapered cylinder 91 and the outer cone 92, and due to the inclined shape of the tapered cylinder 91 and the outer cone 92, the rainwater entering the tapered cylinder 91 and the outer cone 92 is discharged through the middle filter hole sheet 93 and the rear filter hole sheet 94, so that the rainwater is prevented from accumulating in the tapered cylinder 91 and the outer cone 92.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in order to better ventilate the inside of the tapered cylinder 91 and the outer tapered cylinder 92 and to perform the effect of cooling the flame detector 24, the inner air supply assembly 99 includes an inner circular ring 991, an inner circular plate 992, an inner arc-shaped magnet 993, an outer arc-shaped magnet 994, an outer link 995, and a transmission fan 996; the inner circular ring 991 is fixedly arranged in the conical cylinder 91, the inner circular disc 992 is rotationally arranged in the inner circular ring 991 through the side circular rod 997, the inner circular ring 991 is provided with an inner concave rectangular groove 998 for installing the side circular rod 997, the inner arc-shaped magnet 993 is fixedly wrapped on the side circular rod 997, the outer arc-shaped magnet 994 is fixedly arranged in the inner concave rectangular groove 998, the inner arc-shaped magnet 993 and the outer arc-shaped magnet 994 are required to be mutually attracted, and the effect is realized that the inner circular ring 991 is always closed by the inner circular disc 992 under the action of no other external force, and because the outer diameter of the inner circular disc 992 is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner circular ring 991, the inner circular disc 992 can rotate in the inner circular ring 991 conveniently, so that the inner circular disc 992 can not completely close the inner circular ring 991; the outer connecting rod 995 penetrates through the conical cylinder 91 and the inner circular ring 991 to be fixedly connected with the inner circular plate 992, the conical cylinder 91 and the inner circular ring 991 are provided with outer connecting holes 914 for the outer connecting rod 995 to penetrate through and be installed, and when the outer connecting rod 995 is stressed, the outer connecting rod 995 can rotate, namely the inner circular plate 992 is driven to rotate; the transmission fan 996 is fixedly sleeved on the outer connecting rod 995 which is positioned outside the conical cylinder 91.
When external wind force acts on the transmission fan 996, the inner disc 992 can be driven to rotate by the outer connecting rod 995, so that the purpose of ventilating the interiors of the conical cylinder 91 and the outer conical cylinder 92 is better achieved, and a certain cooling and heat dissipation effect can be achieved for the flame detector 24; it should be noted that, due to the shape of the driving fan 996, the driving fan 996 can be subjected to wind forces in different directions, so that the driving fan 996 is easier to rotate under the wind force.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
