Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile cleaning and nursing, in particular to a car washing liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The vehicle is exposed to air, and dust and particulate matter in the air may adhere to the vehicle surface. These particulates react with oxygen and moisture in the air to form an oxide layer that gradually tarnishs the vehicle surface. In addition, rainwater or air conditioner water vapor can be adsorbed on the metal surface of the vehicle, and dirt is formed after drying. These soils not only affect the appearance and gloss of the vehicle, but also can cause corrosion and damage to the components and circuitry of the vehicle. In addition, bacteria carried on people easily stay on the vehicle after contacting the vehicle, and are not easily removed, so that the vehicle becomes dirty. Therefore, periodic car washing is critical to maintaining the appearance and value of the vehicle.
The lotus leaf effect is a natural phenomenon, namely the surface of the lotus leaf has superhydrophobicity, and water drops can form water drops on the surface of the lotus leaf to quickly slide off, so that the water drops are not easy to stay. The hydrophobicity of the lotus leaf effect is due to the rough microstructure and hydrophobic surface wax on the lotus leaf surface, which form the water drops on the lotus leaf surface into spheres and can prevent pollution by sewage, and the characteristics enable the lotus leaf to be self-cleaned and keep the clean appearance. The car washing liquid can be used for referring to the effect, and the car washing liquid is enabled to have superhydrophobicity by adding the corresponding surfactant and the additive, so that dirt and mud stains are removed more easily in the cleaning process, water drops can slide off the car body rapidly, moisture cannot be remained, and the cleaning efficiency and quality are improved. In addition, the car washing liquid can form a protective film which can protect the car paint from being corroded and damaged by the external environment, so that the service life of the car paint is prolonged.
The Chinese patent document with the application publication number of CN107881024A discloses an automobile windshield cleaner and a preparation method thereof, but the formula of the cleaner contains a large amount of fluorine-containing surfactant (10-15 percent) which is easy to pollute the environment; the Chinese patent document with the application publication number of CN109055057A discloses hydrophobic anti-pollution self-cleaning car washing powder and car washing liquid, when the car washing powder is used, the car washing powder needs to be dissolved in water, if the car washing powder is not sufficiently stirred and uniformly dispersed, the film forming property of the car washing powder attached to a car body is poor, and the visibility of a windshield and a car window can be influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a car washing liquid, which can clean and remove dirt on the surface of a car, and form a hydrophobic protective film on the surface of the car body to form a lotus leaf effect, thereby improving the dirt resistance and self-cleaning property of the car.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the invention provides a car washing liquid which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
hydrophobically modified SiO of silanes 2 0.5-3 parts of nano particles, 10-50 parts of ethanol, 5-10 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 2-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 25-40 parts of surfactant, 1-10 parts of chelating agent, 5-10 parts of simethicone and 80-150 parts of deionized water.
Hydrophobically modified SiO of silanes 2 Nanoparticles having hydrophobic functional groups on their surfaces can be used to prepare water-repellent coatings. When the coating is applied to the surface of a material, a layer of dense waterproof film is formed, and the waterproof film has superhydrophobicity, so that water drops are highly spherical on the surface and roll off rapidly, and moisture penetration is effectively prevented. At the same time, siO due to hydrophobic modification of the silane 2 The nano-scale size and the good surface effect of the nano-particles can improve the physical and chemical properties of the coating and improve the waterproof performance and durability of the coating. Furthermore, silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The nanoparticle waterproof film also has transparency, does not change the color and appearance of the coating surface, and is suitable for waterproof treatment of various materials.
The hydroxy acrylic resin has excellent film forming performance, can form a layer of transparent film on the surface of a vehicle by methods such as painting, spraying and the like, and can repair micro scratches of the vehicle paint, thereby providing good protection effect. Compared with the direct hydrophobic modification of silaneSiO 2 The nano particles form a film on the surface of the automobile, and the hydroxyl acrylic resin is added to play a role in supporting and connecting, so that the SiO modified by silane in a hydrophobic manner is improved 2 The uniformity of nanoparticle distribution and the compactness of adhesion make it difficult to fall off.
The silane coupling agent is a substance with two functional groups with different properties, and the molecular structural formula is Y-R-Si (OR) 3 Wherein Y is an organofunctional group and SiOR is a siloxy group. The siloxy groups are inorganically philic groups which are readily chemically reactive with the inorganic surface, and the organofunctional groups are organophilic groups which are chemically reactive with synthetic resins or other polymers or which form hydrogen bonds which dissolve therein. Therefore, the coupling agent is called a "molecular bridge", and when the silane coupling agent is interposed between the inorganic and organic interfaces, an organic matrix-silane coupling agent-inorganic matrix bonding layer can be formed, thereby improving the interface effect between the inorganic and organic matters
When the car washing liquid is used, the car washing liquid is uniformly sprayed on the surface of a car body, the hydroxy acrylic resin forms a layer of organic protective film on the surface of the car body, and the silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The nano particles are distributed on the organic film of the hydroxy acrylic resin through the molecular bridge function of the silane coupling agent, so that the hydrophobic self-cleaning performance of the film is improved.
The car washing liquid of this application makes the automobile body obtain hydrophobic surface through two kinds of effects: the hydrophobic groups on the surface of the nano particles and the roughness of the microstructure of the film on the surface of the car body are enhanced. In one aspect, a silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The surface of the nano particle has hydrophobic groups, the hydrophobic groups tend to be away from water molecules, the contact area between the water molecules and water is reduced, and the repulsive interaction leads the water to hydrophobically modify the SiO on the silane 2 The surfaces of the nano particles form spheres and roll off rapidly, so that dust and stains are taken away; on the other hand, silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The nano particles are distributed on the hydroxyl acrylic resin organic film, so that the roughness of the film can be improved from a microscopic level, namely, nano-level concave-convex structures are formed on the surface of the film, and the concave-convex structures can enable liquid to be unable to fully contact the surface of an object, so that a hydrophobic effect is realized.
The silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The preparation method of the nano-particles comprises the following steps: siO is made of 2 The nanoparticles are exposed to a solution containing silane, silane and SiO 2 The surface of the nanoparticle reacts to introduce hydrophobic groups on the particle surface.
After hydrophobic modification treatment of silane, siO 2 Nanoparticles will generally exhibit repellency to water, that is to say they have hydrophobic properties. This hydrophobic nature allows the dispersibility of these particles in water to be improved, prevents them from agglomerating, and enhances their stability in a wet environment.
Based on the above technical scheme, preferably, the silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The nano particles are made of SiO 2 The nano-particles and the silane are mixed and heated for reaction to prepare the nano-particles and the silane.
On the basis of the above technical scheme, preferably, the silane is one or more of n-octyl trimethoxysilane, n-decyl trimethoxysilane, ethoxy dimethylvinyl silane, methoxy trimethylsilane and methoxy dimethyloctyl silane.
Silane and SiO 2 The reaction mechanism of the nano particle surface is mainly silicon hydroxyl and SiO in silane 2 The hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of the nano particles undergo condensation reaction to form covalent bonds, so that silane molecules are fixed on SiO 2 Nanoparticle surfaces. At the same time, the hydrophobic group in the silane molecule is also exposed during the modification treatment, thereby imparting SiO 2 Hydrophobic properties of nanoparticles.
Based on the above technical scheme, preferably, the silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The particle size of the nano particles is 15-50nm.
Hydrophobically modified SiO of silanes 2 The smaller the particle size of the nano particles, the larger the specific surface area, the higher the surface energy, and the better the hydrophobic effect can be provided. However, too small a particle size of the nanoparticles may cause agglomeration phenomenon, affecting the dispersibility and stability thereof, and thus affecting the quality of the film formation.
On the basis of the above technical scheme, preferably, the number average molecular weight of the hydroxy acrylic resin is 3000-4000.
The molecular weight of the hydroxy acrylic resin directly affects its properties and applications. The resin with lower molecular weight has better fluidity, and can be conveniently processed and formed into various shapes; while higher molecular weight resins have better hardness and chemical resistance.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the silane coupling agent is preferably tetramethoxy silane and/or tetraethoxy silane.
Tetramethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane are compatible with a wide variety of inorganic and organic materials and can be used to treat a wide variety of different types of materials, which makes them exhibit good versatility in treating different types of composite materials; moreover, both compounds have better weatherability and corrosion resistance, which can maintain stable performance under severe environmental conditions, which makes them exhibit good durability in outdoor applications, such as building exterior walls, automobile housings, etc.; in addition, tetramethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane are less toxic, are also prone to degradation, and have less negative impact on the environment and human health than other organic compounds.
On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, the surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine and/or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
The cocamidopropyl betaine is a zwitterionic surfactant, has excellent stability under acidic and alkaline conditions, respectively shows cationic and anionic properties, is often used together with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants, has small irritation, is easy to dissolve in water, is stable to acid and alkali, has multiple foams and strong detergency, has excellent thickening property, softness, bactericidal property, antistatic property and hard water resistance, and has good foaming effect.
The fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is a nonionic surfactant, has excellent detergency, hard water resistance, mildness, antistatic performance and biodegradability, can effectively remove stains and dirt on the surfaces of a vehicle body and metals, does not irritate skin, is environment-friendly, and meets the requirement of environmental protection sustainable development. The fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is added into the car washing liquid, so that the washing effect can be obviously improved, the surface of the car body is cleaner and brighter, and meanwhile, the car paint can be protected from being damaged.
On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, the chelating agent is one or more of sodium gluconate, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, sodium tartrate and sodium citrate.
The chelating agent is capable of binding metal ions to form a stable complex, thereby helping to remove stains and greasy stains from the vehicle body surface. In addition, the chelating agent can improve the cleaning effect of the car washing liquid, so that the car washing liquid has more cleaning power and decontamination capability.

An ultrasonic homogenizer is a device that uses ultrasonic technology to homogenize nanoparticles, emulsions, suspensions, colloids, liposomes, and other samples by cavitation of ultrasonic waves. The main working principle of the ultrasonic homogenizer is that when ultrasonic waves propagate in liquid, a special sound pressure is generated, when the sound pressure reaches a certain intensity, gas in the liquid can form bubbles, the bubbles can expand rapidly along with the sound waves and then close rapidly, an instantaneous high-pressure space is formed, and the high pressure can destroy agglomeration of nano particles, so that the nano particles can be dispersed.

s3: the residual foam was rinsed off with clean water.
The method for evaluating the liquid of the car washing liquid comprises the following steps:
cleaning performance: after washing the automobile with the automobile washing liquid of the first to ninth examples and the first comparative example, scratches, glossiness and surface stains of the automobile paint surface are observed;
hydrophobic properties: preparing a plane plate which is the same as the material of the surface of an automobile, treating the plate by using the car washing liquid in the first embodiment to the ninth embodiment and the first comparative embodiment, dripping 5uL deionized water on the surface of the plate, measuring the Contact Angle (CA) between the surface of the automobile and the plate, respectively measuring different parts of the plate for 5 times, and then taking an average value;
the contact angle is an important index for measuring the hydrophobicity of the solid surface, the larger the contact angle is, the worse the wettability of water drops on the solid surface is, the less the solid surface is wetted easily, and the better the hydrophobicity of the solid surface is, because the automobile surface is irregular, the water contact angle of the automobile surface is not as simple as the water contact angle of plane glass or other regular surfaces measured in a laboratory, and the plane plate material which is the same as the material of the automobile surface is used for replacing the water contact angle, so that the measurement is convenient.
Self-cleaning anti-fouling performance: after the car washes of the examples one to nine and the comparative example one are used, dust is blown to the surface of the car, then water drops are sprayed on, the dust removal rate of the car is tested, and the self-cleaning performance of the car is evaluated.
Evaluation results:
analysis of results: the car washing liquid has good cleaning effect and high glossiness, can fill micro scratches on the surface of the car body, and can form a hydrophobic film with lotus leaf effect on the surface of the car body, so that the car washing liquid has good self-cleaning and anti-fouling performances.
Furthermore, the performance of the car washing liquid disclosed by the application is similar to that of SiO hydrophobically modified by silane 2 Weight part ratio of nano particles and SiO modified by silane hydrophobicity 2 The particle size of the nanoparticles and the weight part ratio of the hydroxy acrylic resin are related. Increasing silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The weight parts of the nano particles can cause excessive particle accumulation on the film, and influence the quality and transparency of the film; reduction of silane hydrophobically modified SiO 2 The weight parts of the nano particles lead to insufficient hydrophobic groups on the surface and influence the hydrophobicity; hydrophobically modified SiO of silanes 2 The particle size of the nano particles is too small, so that the particles on the film are agglomerated, the dispersibility and the stability of the film are affected, and the film forming quality is affected; hydrophobically modified SiO of silanes 2 The particle size of the nano particles is too large, so that the specific surface area of the nano particles is reduced, the exposure of hydrophobic groups is influenced, and the adhesive force of the nano particles on the surface of the film is reduced, so that the distribution uniformity is influenced; too small or too large a weight part of the hydroxy acrylic resin affects the film forming quality.
Characterization analysis:
a planar plate material having the same material as the surface of the automobile was prepared, and after the plate material was treated with the car wash of example one, the microstructure of the plate surface was characterized by a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and a Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), and the results were shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
