技术领域
本发明涉及碳化硼陶瓷板领域,尤其涉及一种防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板。
背景技术
碳化硼陶瓷板是由碳化硼粉末通过高温烧结工艺制成的一种陶瓷材料。碳化硼是一种硬度很高的化合物,具有优异的物理和化学性质。碳化硼陶瓷板具有良好的综合性能,包括:高硬度,碳化硼陶瓷板的硬度接近于钻石,是一种非常硬的材料,具有出色的耐磨性和抗刮擦性;高熔点,碳化硼的熔点较高,可达到约3000℃,使碳化硼陶瓷板在高温环境下具备良好的稳定性和耐热性;优异的耐腐蚀性,碳化硼陶瓷板在很多酸、碱和溶剂中都具有出色的耐腐蚀性,能够抵御腐蚀性介质的侵蚀;高强度,尽管碳化硼是一种脆性材料,但通过精细的烧结工艺,碳化硼陶瓷板可以具备相对较高的强度和抗拉伸性能。
碳化硼陶瓷板由于其独特的性能,在航空航天、国防、化工、电子、机械制造等领域得到广泛应用,如高温炉具、切割工具、防护装备和电子元件等。
其中,在防护应用领域,碳化硼陶瓷板需要能够抵抗快速运动物体的冲击,避免被飞驰物体穿透,对防护侧形成有效保护。在实际市场上,普通产品通常通过简单加厚碳化硼陶瓷板以提升碳化硼陶瓷板的抗穿透性能,但这种方案通常导致产品笨重,生产成本也居高不下。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提一种防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板,提高产品的防穿透性能,同时节约碳化硼材料用量,提升产品的轻便性。
一种防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板,包括完整碳化硼板以及钛合金板,完整碳化硼板以及钛合金板之间还设有碳化硼碎片板,碳化硼碎片板包括碳化硼碎片以及固化剂,一定数量的碳化硼碎片密集平铺形成碎片层,碎片层至少有两层并层层堆叠,相邻两层碎片层的碳化硼碎片相互覆盖间隙,固化剂以流体状态溢满碳化硼碎片之间的间隙后固化而形成碳化硼碎片板,碳化硼碎片板的两面分别与完整碳化硼板以及钛合金板固定连接。
尽管通过一定的工艺和配方,碳化硼陶瓷材料可以具备一定的韧性以改善易碎性,但碳化硼陶瓷材料依然属于脆性材料,当飞驰物体穿入碳化硼陶瓷,会导致未被穿透陶瓷部分强度瞬间丧失而裂开。采用如上的结构后,飞驰物体穿透完整碳化硼板后,后续的碳化硼碎片与完整碳化硼板独立,不会受穿透影响而开裂,对飞驰物体可以形成多次阻挡,且由于碳化硼碎片相互堆叠,可以有效将冲击力分散,最后分散后的作用力作用于高强度的钛合金板。如此,完整碳化硼板的厚度可以减小,但可大幅提升产品防穿透性能,也节约了碳化硼材料用量,同时确保了轻便性。
作为优选,碳化硼碎片呈瓦片形,碳化硼碎片的中部上拱而形成背部,碳化硼碎片的两边形成足部,同层相邻的碳化硼碎片的足部左右抵靠,碳化硼碎片的足部与相邻层碳化硼碎片的背部上下抵靠。碳化硼碎片采用这样的结构后,相对于平直的结构,可以进一步提升力学性能,也有利于冲击力的分散传导。
进一步的,碳化硼碎片的背部顶端下凹形成插接槽,插接槽供碳化硼碎片的足部插接。碳化硼碎片具有具体设计后,固化剂在溢满碎片层时,可能使得碳化硼碎片移位,使得相邻两层碎片层的碳化硼碎片不能相互覆盖间隙,插接槽的设计可以避免上述问题。
更进一步的,碳化硼碎片的一个足部底部向外延伸形成卡接凸起,碳化硼碎片的另一个足部设有卡接缺口,卡接凸起可插置在卡接缺口中。采用这样的足部结构后,碳化硼碎片可以在水平方向形成连接,进一步提升受力能力。
此外,防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板还包括PE板,所述PE板固定连接在钛合金板背对完整碳化硼板的一面。PE板具有一定韧性,可以有效吸收飞驰物体穿破前端防护层后的残余动能,进一步提升防穿透性能。
同时,防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板还包括芳纶板,所述芳纶板固定连接在PE板背对钛合金板的一面。芳纶板可以作为减震层,有效减少PE板的背凸量。
作为优选,PE板与钛合金板之间还设有第一芳纶布层。一方面,第一芳纶布层可以防止各层破裂后碎片散落,另一方面还可以增加界面的结合度。
另外,防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板还包括第二芳纶布层以及聚脲层,所述第二芳纶布层完整包覆在完整碳化硼板以及芳纶板的面板部分和边缘,所述聚脲层包覆在第二芳纶布外侧。第二芳纶布层主要起到束缚作用,防止符合陶瓷板破裂后碎片散落,聚脲层则提升了产品的耐化学腐蚀性以及耐磨损性。
综上所述,这样的防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板,可大幅提升产品防穿透性能,也节约了碳化硼材料用量,同时确保了轻便性。

一种防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板,包括完整碳化硼板1以及钛合金板2,完整碳化硼板1以及钛合金板2之间还设有碳化硼碎片板3,碳化硼碎片板3包括碳化硼碎片31以及固化剂32,一定数量的碳化硼碎片31密集平铺形成碎片层,碎片层至少有两层并层层堆叠,相邻两层碎片层的碳化硼碎片31相互覆盖间隙,固化剂32以流体状态溢满碳化硼碎片31之间的间隙后固化而形成碳化硼碎片板3,碳化硼碎片板3的两面分别与完整碳化硼板1以及钛合金板2固定连接。

具体的,本发明中碳化硼碎片31有两种实施方式:
第一种实施方式:
碳化硼碎片31呈瓦片形,碳化硼碎片31的中部上拱而形成背部311,碳化硼碎片31的两边形成足部,同层相邻的碳化硼碎片31的足部左右抵靠,碳化硼碎片31的足部与相邻层碳化硼碎片31的背部311上下抵靠。相对于平直的结构,碳化硼碎片31采用这样的结构后可以进一步提升力学性能,也有利于冲击力的分散传导。
本实施例中,碳化硼碎片31的背部311顶端下凹形成插接槽312,插接槽312供碳化硼碎片31的足部插接。碳化硼碎片31具有具体设计后,固化剂32在溢满碎片层时,可能使得碳化硼碎片31移位,使得相邻两层碎片层的碳化硼碎片31不能相互覆盖间隙,插接槽312的设计可以避免上述问题。
更进一步的,碳化硼碎片31的一个足部底部向外延伸形成卡接凸起313,碳化硼碎片31的另一个足部设有卡接缺口314,卡接凸起313可插置在卡接缺口中314。采用这样的足部结构后,碳化硼碎片31可以在水平方向形成连接,进一步提升受力能力。
此外,本发明的防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板还包括PE板4,所述PE板4固定连接在钛合金板2背对完整碳化硼板1的一面。PE板4具有一定韧性,可以有效吸收飞驰物体穿破前端防护层后的残余动能,进一步提升防穿透性能。

需要指出的是,本发明中各种材料的固定连接可采用胶膜粘接,其他常规的固定连接方式也可使用在本发明的场合中。
综上所述,这样的防穿透复合碳化硼陶瓷板,可大幅提升产品防穿透性能,也节约了碳化硼材料用量,同时确保了轻便性。
