The drying mechanism is detachably arranged at the upper end of the stirring container 6. The fan 3 inside the shell 1 sucks natural wind, hot wind is formed by heating of the heater I2 (PTC heater is adopted), and the direction of the air duct 4 is as follows: the hot air is blown vertically downwards from the side edges of the holding container 5, and because the circular stirring bracket 10 is matched with the bottom surface of the holding container 5, the hot air is blown to the food material on the stirring bracket 10, and finally the hot air is blown to the outside from bottom to top through the exhaust hole 19. The air path is designed, so that the contact area between hot air and food materials is more effective, and the temperature is ensured to be more uniform.
According to the complementary food machine, a user can dry, cook or break different food materials singly or process two or more steps according to the use requirement, the first heater 2, the second heater 12, the stirring motor 7, the driving motor 14, the fan 3 and the knob 13 on the shell are electrically connected with the control unit 15 (PCB) in the shell 1, the knob 13 is further controlled to start up through the control unit 15 to work, and the knob 13 rotates to different positions to correspondingly dry, cook or cut different functions. (2) Supplementary food function: for example carrot paste and the like

In the embodiment, in the step S2, after the food material falls into the stirring blade of the stirring blade and moves from the high position near the rotating shaft side to the low position at the edge side or moves from the low position to the high position in the width direction of the stirring blade, the food material collides with a plurality of bosses d uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the stirring bracket in the holding container.
