The invention belongs to the field of cable treatment training equipment, and particularly relates to multifunctional adjustable training cable treatment equipment and a processing technology thereof.
Background
Cable tail handling in everyday life depends on the specific implementation, and typically we will perform stripping and insulation stripping on the cable tail, which is to ensure electrical connection of conductors. Electrical connections between conductors, such as soldering, crimping, or bolting, can be made by stripping the conductors to expose them, and stripping the insulation helps ensure proper electrical insulation and safe operation. The insulating layer is typically intended to prevent electrical current from shorting or leaking between conductors or between a conductor and the surrounding environment. Under certain connection or installation requirements, it is necessary to strip portions of the insulation layer for connection or grounding, with stripping and insulation stripping being used to install the connector or header. Connectors and splices often require direct contact with conductors to ensure a reliable connection. Stripping the insulation provides sufficient space and conductor exposed area for the connector during installation.
However, when implementing the above-described patent examples, the present inventors found that the following problems exist when the trained personnel performs the cable tail end treatment: in the cable tail end processing, the cable is required to be propped against the chest to be manually peeled and insulated, the pressure on the chest is high, the comfort level is low in the processing process, the cable tail end chest can only prop against one cable each time, and a plurality of cables cannot be processed.
