Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for tracing a mulching film according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to a tracing scene of a mulching film, and the method may be performed by an electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, acquiring and generating a traceability identification code according to initial length information of the mulching film, and recording production length information of the mulching film; the tracing identification code is used for being sprayed on the mulching film at intervals of preset distance.
Wherein, the mulching film can be an agricultural mulching film.
The traceability identification code may be a two-dimensional code. The traceability identification code comprises initial length information of the mulching film.
The preset distance is a length value preset according to actual conditions. For example, the preset distance may be 5 meters.
Specifically, the initial length information of the mulch may be obtained from the production facility of the mulch. Then, a traceability identification code can be generated according to the initial length information of the mulching film. The generated traceability identification code can be issued to production equipment of the mulching film, so that the production equipment of the mulching film sprays the traceability identification code on the mulching film every other preset distance. The mulch film may be divided into a plurality of length sections using the trace back identification code, for example, a mulch film between two or more trace back identification codes may be regarded as one length section. For example, the length of one mulching film may be represented by (a, b). Where a may represent a start length value and b represents an end length value.
Further, mulch films are typically produced reel-to-reel. The information such as the batch, bar code and the like of the mulching film can be utilized to generate a traceability identification code together with the initial length information of the mulching film. And the method is beneficial to tracing information such as batches of mulching films, bar codes and the like.
And 102, identifying a traceability identification code on the receiving mulch film in response to a receiving information input request, and generating receiving length information according to an identification result.
Specifically, the mulching film is produced and then separated into individual farmers for use. Based on this, the user can enter, in the electronic device, the shipment information corresponding to the mulch film divided into the hands of the respective farmers.
Specifically, the method can respond to the receiving information input request of the user, can automatically identify the traceability identification code on the mulching film by using the electronic equipment, acquire the length information in the traceability identification code, and generate the receiving length information according to the length information. The receiving length information may include a length section of at least one mulching film.
Further, farmer information corresponding to each of the receiving length information may also be recorded.
And step 103, identifying a traceable identification code on the film laying mulching film in response to the film laying information input request, and generating film laying length information according to the identification result.
Specifically, when a farmer uses the mulching film to perform mulching film laying, the length interval corresponding to the mulching film used for mulching film laying needs to be reported to the electronic equipment. The electronic equipment can respond to a film laying information input request of a user, automatically identify a traceable identification code on a mulching film for film laying, acquire length information in the traceable identification code, and generate film laying length information according to the length information. The film laying length information may include a length section of at least one mulching film.
For example, a mulching scene is shown in FIG. 2. In fig. 2, the two-dimensional code on the mulching film is the tracing identification code.
And 104, responding to the recovery information input request, identifying a traceable identification code on the recovery mulch film, and generating recovery length information according to the identification result.
Specifically, when the used mulching film is recovered, a length section corresponding to the recovered mulching film needs to be reported to the electronic device. The electronic equipment can respond to a recovery information input request of a user, automatically identify a traceability identification code on the recovery mulch film, acquire the length information in the traceability identification code, and generate recovery length information according to the length information. The recovery length information may include a length section of at least one mulching film.
For example, a scene graph of mulch recycling is shown in fig. 3.
And 105, processing the production length information, the receiving length information, the film laying length information and the recovery length information to obtain a tracing result of the mulching film.
Specifically, the production length information, the receiving length information, the film laying length information and the recovery length information can be processed to obtain the tracing result of the mulching film. And the use management of the mulching film can be guided according to the tracing result of the mulching film, so that the aim of environmental protection is achieved. For example, the recovery rate of the mulch film may be determined based on recovery length information and receiving length information corresponding to a certain farmer. By the mode, the recovery rate of the mulching film of which farmers is too low can be accurately determined.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention provides a mulching film tracing method based on length information. Specifically, the traceability identification code containing the length information can be printed on the mulching film in a spraying mode, the production length information of the mulching film is recorded, and then the goods receiving length information, the film laying length information and the recycling length information of the mulching film can be recorded through the identification traceability identification code. And further, the production length information, the receiving length information, the film laying length information and the recovery length information can be processed to obtain the tracing result of the mulching film. The method provided by the scheme is suitable for a mulching film tracing scene.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for tracing a mulching film according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment refines steps 102, 103, 104 and 105 in the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401, acquiring and generating a traceability identification code according to initial length information of the mulching film, and recording production length information of the mulching film; the tracing identification code is used for being sprayed on the mulching film at intervals of preset distance.
Specifically, the principle and implementation of step 401 are similar to those of step 101, and will not be described again.
And step 402, in response to the receiving information input request, identifying a traceable identification code on the receiving mulch film, and obtaining a current receiving identification result.
Specifically, the method can respond to a receiving information input request, automatically identify the traceability identification codes at the head end and the tail end of the receiving mulch film, obtain two length information, and take the section length of the mulch film corresponding to the two length information as the current receiving identification result.
Step 403, if it is determined that the length information in the current receiving identification result is included in the production length information and the length information in the current receiving identification result is not overlapped with the length information in the historical receiving identification result, generating receiving length information according to the current receiving identification result.
Specifically, it is necessary to compare the length information in the current shipping identification with the production length information and the length information in the historical shipping identification.
If it is determined that the length information in the current receiving identification result is included in the production length information and the length information in the current receiving identification result is not overlapped with the length information in the historical receiving identification result, receiving length information can be generated according to the current receiving identification result, namely, the length information corresponding to the current receiving identification result is supplemented into the receiving length information. And updating the historical receiving identification result by using the current receiving identification result. Specifically, the goods receiving information is input after the comparison method is adopted, so that the goods receiving information can be input accurately, and the management of the goods receiving information is facilitated.
On the other hand, if it is determined that the length information in the current receiving identification result is not fully contained in the production length information, or that the length information in the current receiving identification result and the length information in the historical receiving identification result are overlapped, a prompt instruction of receiving information input error is returned so as to prompt the user of receiving information input error.
In one implementation manner, in the specific implementation of the receiving information input, the amount of the length information belonging to the historical receiving identification result in the production length information can be removed first, then the remaining length information is used for comparing with the length information in the current receiving identification result, and if the length information in the current receiving identification result is determined to be contained in the remaining length information, the receiving length information can be generated according to the current receiving identification result. The processing mode can increase the comparison speed, and further increase the input speed of the receiving information. Similarly, this approach can be utilized during the film laying information entry and recovery information entry.
And step 404, identifying a traceable identification code on the film-laying mulch film in response to the film-laying information input request, and obtaining a current film-laying identification result.
Specifically, the method can respond to a film laying information input request and automatically identify the traceability identification codes at the head end and the tail end of the film laying mulch film to obtain two length information, and the section length of the mulch film corresponding to the two length information can be used as the current film laying identification result.
Step 405, if it is determined that the length information in the current film laying identification result is included in the receiving length information and the length information in the current film laying identification result is not overlapped with the length information in the historical film laying identification result, generating film laying length information according to the current film laying identification result.
Specifically, it is necessary to compare the length information in the current film laying recognition result with the receiving length information and the length information in the history film laying recognition result.
If the length information in the current film-laying identification result is determined to be contained in the receiving length information and the length information in the current film-laying identification result is not overlapped with the length information in the historical film-laying identification result, the film-laying length information can be generated according to the current film-laying identification result, namely, the length information corresponding to the current film-laying identification result is fed into the film-laying length information. And updating the historical film laying recognition result by using the current film laying recognition result. Specifically, by inputting the film laying information after the comparison method, the film laying information can be more conveniently and accurately input, and the film laying information can be conveniently managed.
On the other hand, if it is determined that the length information in the current film laying identification result is not fully contained in the receiving length information, or that the length information in the current film laying identification result and the length information in the historical film laying identification result are overlapped, a prompting instruction of a film laying information input error is returned so as to prompt a user of the film laying information input error.
And step 406, in response to the recycling information input request, identifying the traceable identification code on the recycling mulch film, and obtaining the current recycling identification result.
Specifically, the method can respond to a recovery information input request and automatically identify the traceability identification codes at the head end and the tail end of the recovery mulch film to obtain two pieces of length information, and the section length of the mulch film corresponding to the two pieces of length information can be used as the current recovery identification result.
Step 407, if it is determined that the length information in the current recovery identification result is included in the film laying length information and the length information in the current recovery identification result is not overlapped with the length information in the history recovery identification result, generating the film laying length information according to the current recovery identification result.
After step 407, step 408 or step 409 may be performed.
Specifically, it is necessary to compare the length information in the current recovery recognition result with the film laying length information and the length information in the history recovery recognition result.
If it is determined that the length information in the current recovery identification result is included in the film laying length information and the length information in the current recovery identification result is not overlapped with the length information in the historical recovery identification result, recovery length information can be generated according to the current recovery identification result, namely, the length information corresponding to the current recovery identification result is supplemented into the recovery length information. And updating the historical recovery recognition result by using the current recovery recognition result. Specifically, the recovery information is recorded after the comparison method is adopted, so that the recovery information can be more conveniently and accurately recorded, and the recovery information can be conveniently managed.
On the other hand, if it is determined that the length information in the current recovery identification result is not fully contained in the film laying length information, or that the length information in the current recovery identification result and the length information in the historical recovery identification result overlap, a prompt instruction of recovery information entry error is returned to prompt the user of recovery information entry error.
Step 408, obtaining the ratio of the length of the mulching film to the weight of the mulching film, and obtaining the actual weight of the recycled mulching film; determining a recovery total length according to the recovery length information; determining the net weight of the recovered mulch according to the total recovery length and the ratio of the mulch length to the mulch weight; and determining the impurity content of the recycled mulching film according to the actual weight and the net weight of the recycled mulching film.
The ratio of the length of the mulching film to the weight of the mulching film is determined according to the ratio of the length of the mulching film to the weight of the mulching film in the mulching film production process.
Specifically, the section length value of the length section of each mulching film included in the recovery length information may be determined first, and then the section length values may be added to obtain the recovery total length.
Specifically, the actual weight of the recovered mulch film can be subtracted by the net weight to obtain the weight of the impurities; then, the ratio of the weight of the impurity to the actual weight of the mulch film is determined as the impurity content of the mulch film.
Specifically, the method for calculating the impurity content of the recycled mulching film provided by the embodiment can ensure higher accuracy.
Step 409, determining a recovery total length according to the recovery length information, and determining a film laying total length according to the film laying length information; the ratio between the total recovery length and the total film laying length was determined as recovery rate.
Specifically, the section length value of the length section of each mulching film included in the mulching film laying length information may be determined first, and then the section length values may be added to obtain the total length of the mulching film.
Specifically, the method for calculating the recovery rate of the mulching film provided by the embodiment can ensure a higher accuracy rate.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram of a method for tracing a mulch film is shown.
The first step: the enterprises producing the mulching films can record the information of the product name, specification, meter number, production date, density, ratio A (the ratio of the length of the mulching film to the weight of the mulching film) and the like of the mulching film through the mulching film tracing system (namely, the system obtained by the mulching film tracing method).
And a second step of: the mulching film tracing system can return a batch code (namely a batch tracing code) to an enterprise producing the mulching film, so that the enterprise can attach the batch tracing code (namely a tracing identification code) to the mulching film (each roll of mulching film is attached with the same batch tracing code at a place where each 5 meters are fixed), and meanwhile, the meter number is printed near the two-dimensional code to ensure the later tracing record of the meter number interval.
And a third step of: the enterprises producing the mulching films send the mulching films with the attached batch traceability codes to farmers in batches, and the farmers receive the mulching films through logging in the mulching film traceability system, so that the X-th to X+700-th meters of each roll of mulching films received by the farmers can be bound under the name of the farmers (assuming that each roll of mulching films is fixed by 700 meters).
Fourth step: during cultivation time, farmers can scan batch traceability codes on the mulching film and record the number of meters when the mulching film is paved, and the data are transmitted back to the mulching film traceability system and recorded; similarly, in autumn harvest time, a farmer can sweep codes to record the number of meters to harvest the film when harvesting the film (namely recycling the mulching film), and the data is recycled to the system, so that the recycling rate of the farmer using the batch of mulching films can be calculated; at this time, the tracing information recorded in the mulching film tracing system is all interval sections.
Fifth step: because the recycled mulch will contain impurities and have broken and confusing conditions, the recycling manufacturer of the recycled mulch will weigh the mulch received by the farmers rather than calculate the length. And finally, calculating the net weight of the mulching film through the ratio A, and calculating the impurity content through the ratio of the difference value between the mulching film containing impurities and the net weight and the mulching film containing impurities.
