Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an energy storage power plant end sensor maintenance method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment may be adapted to control maintenance of an energy storage power plant end sensor to avoid a condition of missed detection or over-detection, and the method may be performed by an energy storage power plant end sensor maintenance device, where the energy storage power plant end sensor maintenance device may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and where the energy storage power plant end sensor maintenance device may be configured in an electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and 110, acquiring maintenance operation information and period detection information of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant.
Wherein, maintenance operation and maintenance information includes: maintenance period, last maintenance time and normal operation threshold of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant; period detection information, including: at least one detection time, and an operation detection value corresponding to each detection time.
For example, the energy storage power plant end sensor may have a two-dimensional code tag thereon. The maintenance operation information and the period detection information of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be obtained by scanning the two-dimension code label. For example, the maintenance period of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant is 3 years, the last maintenance time is 2020, 5, 3 days, the normal operation threshold value is 0.9, the detection time is 2021, 1, 3, 2022, 1, 3 days, 2023, and the corresponding operation detection value is 0.88,0.9,0.89.
And 120, determining a state period operation and maintenance index, a state trend operation and maintenance index and a maintenance time index of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to the maintenance operation and maintenance information and the period detection information.
In this step, the state cycle operation and maintenance index may be used to monitor the degree of deviation between the operation detection value of the plurality of measurements and the normal operation threshold value. If the deviation is large, the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be overhauled; if the deviation is smaller, the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be maintained.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining a state periodic operation and maintenance index of an end sensor of an energy storage power plant according to maintenance and operation and maintenance information and period detection information includes: and determining the state periodic operation and maintenance index of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to the normal operation threshold value and each operation detection value.
The state period operation and maintenance index is determined in a plurality of modes, and the deviation degree between the operation detection value and the normal operation threshold value only needs to be represented. For example, the deviation degree may be determined according to the difference between each operation detection value and the normal operation threshold value, so as to determine the state period operation and maintenance index.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining a state cycle operation and maintenance index of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to the normal operation threshold value and each operation detection value includes: using the formulaDetermining state periodic operation and maintenance indexes of an end sensor of an energy storage power plant; wherein alpha is 1 The operation and maintenance index is a state period; n is the total detection times corresponding to the period detection information; f (F) n The operation detection value is corresponding to the detection times n; h is the normal operating threshold.
From the exemplary data of the repair operation and maintenance information and the period detection information, alpha can be determined 1 0.015.
In this step, the state trend operation index may be used to monitor the state deviation between the operation detection values of the plurality of measurements. If the latest measured operation detection value has larger state deviation from the previous operation detection value, the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be overhauled; if the state deviation is small, the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be maintained.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining, according to the maintenance operation information and the period detection information, a state trend operation index of an end sensor of the energy storage power plant includes: and determining state trend operation and maintenance indexes of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to each detection time and the operation detection value corresponding to each detection time.
The state trend operation and maintenance index can be determined in various ways. For example, the state trend operation and maintenance index may be determined by running the trend of change of the detection value in a unit time range. If the change trend is not in the preset range, the state deviation can be determined to be large, and the energy storage power plant end sensor can be overhauled. If the change trend is within the preset range, the state deviation can be determined to be normal, and the energy storage power plant end sensor can be not overhauled at first.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining a state trend operation and maintenance index of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to each detection time and the operation detection value corresponding to each detection time includes: using the formulaDetermining state trend operation and maintenance indexes of an end sensor of an energy storage power plant; wherein alpha is 2 The operation and maintenance index is a state trend; f (F) n The operation detection value is corresponding to the detection times n; t is t n The detection time is corresponding to the detection time when the detection times are n.
It can be known that if the operation detection value in the last detection period is greater than the operation detection value in the last detection period, the state trend operation and maintenance index can be determined to be 1; otherwise, it may be determined that the state trend operation index is 0. From the exemplary data of the repair operation and maintenance information and the period detection information, alpha can be determined 2 Is 0.
In this step, the service time index may be used to monitor the service time of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant. If the maintenance time interval is longer, the energy storage power plant end sensor can be overhauled; if the distance maintenance time interval is shorter, the energy storage power plant end sensor can be not overhauled at first.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining an overhaul time index of an end sensor of an energy storage power plant according to the maintenance operation and maintenance information and the period detection information includes: and determining maintenance time indexes of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to the maintenance period, the last maintenance time and each detection time.
The maintenance time index can be determined in various ways. For example, the maintenance time index may be determined by comparing the time length between the last maintenance time and the detection time with the maintenance period. And if the comparison result shows that the time length is close to the maintenance period, the energy storage power plant end sensor can be overhauled. If the comparison result shows that the time length is far from the maintenance period, the energy storage power plant end sensor can be not overhauled at first.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining an inspection time index of an end sensor of an energy storage power plant according to a maintenance period, a last maintenance time, and each detection time includes: using the formulaDetermining maintenance time indexes of the end sensors of the energy storage power plant; wherein, beta is an overhaul time index; t is a maintenance period; t (T) K The maintenance time is the last time; t is t n The detection time is corresponding to the detection time when the detection times are n.
From this, if the time length between the last detection time and the last maintenance time is greater than the maintenance period, it can be determined that the maintenance time index is 1; if the time length of the last detection time and the last maintenance time is smaller thanWhen the maintenance period is multiplied, the maintenance time index can be determined to be 3; otherwise, it may be determined that the inspection time index is 2. From the exemplary data of the maintenance operation information and the period detection information described above, β may be determined to be 2.
And 130, determining an overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to the state period operation and maintenance index, the state trend operation and maintenance index and the overhaul time index.
In the embodiment of the invention, judgment of various conditions can be carried out according to the state period operation and maintenance index, the state trend operation and maintenance index and the overhaul time index so as to determine whether to overhaul the end sensor of the energy storage power plant. The service strategy may include, among other things, immediate service, scheduled service, and no service required.
For example, whether to overhaul the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined according to the state period operation and maintenance index; if the judging result is that the maintenance is not needed, whether the energy storage power plant end sensor is maintained or not can be continuously determined according to the state trend operation and maintenance index; if the judging result is that the maintenance is not needed, whether the energy storage power plant end sensor is overhauled or not can be determined according to the maintenance time index.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, determining an overhaul strategy of an end sensor of an energy storage power plant according to a state period operation and maintenance index, a state trend operation and maintenance index, and an overhaul time index includes: if the state period operation and maintenance index is greater than or equal to a preset state deviation threshold value, determining that the overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant is immediate overhaul; if the state period operation and maintenance index is smaller than the preset state deviation threshold value and the state trend operation and maintenance index is a first preset state trend value, determining that the overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant is immediate overhaul; if the state period operation and maintenance index is smaller than the preset state deviation threshold, determining an overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant according to the overhaul time index, wherein the state trend operation and maintenance index is a second preset state trend value.
Wherein the preset state deviation threshold may be set to 0.05, if, α 1 And the maintenance strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined to be immediately maintenance when the energy storage power plant end sensor is greater than or equal to 0.05. Otherwise, the maintenance strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined according to the state trend operation and maintenance index. The first preset state trend value may be 1 and the second preset state trend value may be 0. If alpha 2 And 1, determining that the maintenance strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant is immediate maintenance. Otherwise, the maintenance strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined according to the maintenance time index.
Specifically, if the overhaul time index beta is 3, the overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined to be that overhaul is not needed; if the overhaul time index beta is 2, determining that an overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant is planned overhaul; if the overhaul time index beta is 1, the overhaul strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined to be immediately overhauled.
In the exemplary data of the maintenance operation information and the period detection information described above, alpha can be determined 1 0.015, alpha 2 And 0 and beta is 2, so that the maintenance strategy of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant can be determined to be planned maintenance. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can combine various operation and maintenance indexes and threshold judgment to make a timely, accurate and effective overhaul strategy for the end sensor of the energy storage power plant, thereby saving labor cost.
According to the technical scheme, maintenance operation information and period detection information of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant are obtained; wherein, maintenance operation and maintenance information includes: maintenance period, last maintenance time and normal operation threshold of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant; period detection information, including: at least one detection time, and an operation detection value corresponding to each detection time; according to the maintenance operation and maintenance information and the period detection information, determining a state period operation and maintenance index, a state trend operation and maintenance index and an overhaul time index of the end sensor of the energy storage power plant; according to the state periodic operation and maintenance index, the state trend operation and maintenance index and the maintenance time index, the maintenance strategy of the energy storage power plant end sensor is determined, the maintenance control problem of the energy storage power plant end sensor is solved, and the energy storage power plant end sensor can be subjected to maintenance prompt through definite quantitative indexes and flow judgment so as to avoid missing detection or over detection; the method effectively solves the problem of experience errors existing in manual timing inspection, reduces the labor cost of operation and maintenance, and ensures safe production.
