When the sponge drum 21 absorbs a certain amount of alkaline solution, its adsorption capacity is lowered, so that there may be alkaline solution on the belt 4, and thus the alkaline solution on the sponge drum 21 may be scraped off by the scraping assembly, as follows: after the sponge tube 21 absorbs a certain amount of alkaline solution, people can start the rodless cylinder 29, so that the scraping piece 30 moves leftwards to drive the corresponding collecting box 31 to move along with the scraping piece 30, the corresponding sponge tube 21 is extruded by the scraping piece 30, so that the sponge tube 21 is subjected to corresponding compression deformation, alkaline solution in the sponge tube 21 can be scraped through the scraping piece 30, the scraped alkaline solution can be received through the collecting box 31, the alkaline solution on the abrasive belt 4 can be better absorbed by the sponge tube 21 later, namely, the abrasive belt 4 can be better polished later, so that the aluminum casting can be more efficiently polished conveniently, when the scraping piece 30 can not move leftwards any more, the rodless cylinder 29 is controlled to enable the scraping piece 30 to move rightwards to reset, the corresponding collecting box 31 is driven to move along with the scraping piece 30 to reset, then the rodless cylinder 29 is closed, and the sponge tube 21 can stretch to reset under the elastic action of the sponge tube 21.

During the sanding process of aluminum castings, debris is generated and may splash out, so that the debris can be blocked by the shielding assembly as follows: when the spraying plate 14 moves to one side close to each other, the corresponding moving frame 32 is driven to move along with the moving frame 32, so that the corresponding telescopic rod 34 is contracted, the left side of an aluminum casting can be shielded by the moving frame 32 in cooperation with the shielding plate 33, so that the left side of the aluminum casting can be prevented from being splashed out, accidental injury of people can be avoided, the scraps falling on the abrasive belt 4 can rotate along with the abrasive belt 4, the scraps fall into the receiving frame 35, when the spraying plate 14 moves to one side far away from each other for resetting, the corresponding moving frame 32 is driven to move along with the moving frame for resetting, the telescopic rod 34 is stretched and reset properly, after the receiving frame 35 is filled with scraps, people can slide out of the receiving frame 35 backwards, and as the rear side of the receiving frame 35 is of a hollow frame type structure, people can grasp the receiving frame 35 more conveniently, the scraps in the receiving frame 35 are far away from the base 1, the scraps in the receiving frame 35 can be cleaned, and the receiving frame 35 can be replaced.
