s4, blanking and collecting: and after the artificial quartz plate is subjected to water milling, the artificial quartz plate is manually taken down, and the other surface of the artificial quartz plate is polished and then collected.

the polishing mechanism (44) comprises a mounting frame (441) which is arranged at the lower end of the connecting frame (43) in a front-back symmetrical manner, rotating rollers (442) are arranged at three corners of the inner side of the mounting frame (441) in a rotating manner, the rear end of each rotating roller (442) positioned at the upper side of the mounting frame (441) is connected with the output end of a rotating motor (443), limiting plates (444) are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the rotating motor (443), the front ends of the limiting plates (444) are slidably arranged at the rear ends of side plates (3) positioned at the rear side of the bottom plate (1), the outer sides of the rotating rollers (442) are connected through polishing belts (445), supporting frames (446) are internally arranged at the lower sides of the mounting frame (441), lifting rods (447) are uniformly arranged on the supporting frames (446) from left to right in a sliding manner, compression rollers (448) are arranged at the lower ends of the lifting rods (447) in a rotating manner, and connecting springs (449) are sleeved at the lower ends of the lifting rods (447);
the grinding device (5) comprises a connecting plate (50) which is clamped at the right end of a mounting frame (441), the connecting plate (50) is connected with the mounting frame (441) through a fixing bolt (51), three hollow columns (52) are installed at the upper end of the connecting plate (50) in a rotating mode, the hollow columns (52) are arranged in a triangular mode, belt wheels (53) are installed in the middle of the hollow columns (52), the belt wheels (53) are connected through a belt (54), a first gear (55) is installed on the upper side of the hollow column (52) at the rightmost end of the connecting plate (50), a U-shaped frame (56) is installed on the right side of the upper end of the connecting plate (50), a grinding motor (57) is installed at the upper end inside the U-shaped frame (56), a second gear (58) is installed at the output end of the grinding motor (57), the first gear (55) is meshed with the second gear (58), and grinding blocks (59) are installed at the lower ends of the hollow columns (52).
