As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the hollow cavity is communicated with the horizontal space of the nut placing box 906, a baffle 909 capable of swinging up and down is arranged at the top of the hollow cavity, the baffle 909 is connected to a rotary connecting seat 910 in an inclined manner, a spiral spring 908 is connected to one side of the baffle 909 opposite to the horizontal space, the large diameter end of the spiral spring 908 is connected to the nut placing box 906, and the small diameter end is connected to the baffle 909. When the coil spring 908 is not subjected to external force, the baffle 909 is in an inclined state, and the intersection position of the hollow cavity and the horizontal space is blocked to a certain extent. When the nuts in the sleeve body 903 accumulate a certain amount, the uppermost nut pushes up the baffle 909, the baffle 909 swings upward and compresses the coil spring 908, and at the same time, the uppermost nut enters the horizontal space, the coil spring 908 releases the elasticity, and pushes the nut to the depth of the horizontal space, so that the nut is far away from the hollow cavity, and then the baffle 909 is reset. When one nut is removed again, the uppermost nut again pushes up the shutter 909, and the foregoing actions are repeated to enter the horizontal space for storage. The horizontal space of the nut placement box 906 is provided with a nut discharge port, which is connected with a conveying hose, and the foremost nut is pushed by the subsequent nut to enter the conveying hose through the nut discharge port to be discharged.
Further, a disc-shaped cutting knife 905 is further provided at the lower end of the sleeve body 903, when a scrapped nut or a fault nut with a difficult-to-detach sleeve is encountered, the cutting edge of the cutting knife 905 can be used for integrally cutting the bolt and the nut, and the integrally-cut bolt and nut cannot enter the sleeve body 903.

In the disassembly of the nut, the torque sensor 11 can detect the real-time torque and transmit an electric signal to the control system; when a scrapped nut is encountered, the sleeve 911 is difficult to unscrew, at which time the electrical signal of the torque sensor 11 suddenly increases, the control system alarms and controls the sleeve assembly 9 to move, the scrapped nut and the bolt are integrally cut off by the cutting blade 905 of the sleeve assembly 9, and then the disassembled part is transferred away from the station by the magnet 904.
