技术领域
本发明涉及中药提取物技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种具有舒缓功能的中药提取组合物及其应用。
背景技术
日常生活中,敏感性问题肌肤会带给我们各种困扰,如换季导致皮肤发痒、灼热、刺痛,外部刺激(如雾霾、紫外线)导致肌肤屏障受损、角质层变薄,进一步导致过度敏感、神经高度反应、皮肤粗糙、红肿,脆弱等,这些困扰带给我们不愉悦的感受,同时也会因为肌肤问题使我们自信心受到打击。
近年来,中药提取物作为护肤品的添加成分,具有药效稳定持久、对皮肤作用温和以及安全性高等优势,受到广大消费者的青睐和认可。
但是,目前中药提取物添加到护肤品后的效果并不理想,往往不如一些化学合成产品,这也限制了中药提取物在化妆品中的应用。
综上,如何提供一种效果好的、具有舒缓作用的中药提取物是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有舒缓功能的中药提取组合物及其应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有舒缓功能的中药提取组合物,包括如下质量份数的组分:
大籽蒿(ARTEMISIA SIEVERSIANA)提取物1~5份、掌叶大黄(RHEUM PALMATUM)根提取物1~5份、木芙蓉(HIBISCUS MUTABILIS)叶提取物1~5份、葎草(HUMULUS JAPONICUS)提取物1~5份、龙胆提取物1~5份、白鲜(DICTAMNUSDASYCARPUS)根皮提取物1~5份、白花蛇舌草(OLDENLANDIA DIFFUSA)提取物1~5份、地肤子(KOCHIA SCOPARIA)提取物1~5份、凤仙花(IMPATIENS BALSAMINA)花提取物1~5份、两面针(ZANTHOXYLUM NITIDUM)提取物1~5份、皂角刺(GLEDITSIA SINENSIS)提取物1~5份、木槿(HIBISCUS SYRIACUS)树皮提取物1~5份、苦参(SOPHORA FLAVESCENS)根提取物1~5份、重楼提取物1~5份、草木犀(MELILOTUS OFFICINALIS)提取物1~5份、益母草(LEONURUS JAPONICUS)提取物1~5份、紫草(LITHOSPERMUM ERYTHRORHIZON)提取物1~5份、何首乌(POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM)藤茎提取物1~5份、黄连(COPTIS CHINENSIS)根提取物1~5份、黄芪提取物1~5份、蛇床子(CNIDIUM MONNIERI)提取物1~5份、黄芩(SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS)根提取物1~5份、豨莶草提取物1~5份、秦艽(GENTIANA MACROPHYLLA)提取物1~5份、余甘子(PHYLLANTHUSEMBLICA)果提取物1~5份、北苍术(ATRACTYLODES CHINENSIS)根茎提取物1~5份、半枝莲(SCUTELLARIA BARBATA)提取物1~5份、虎耳草(SAXIFRAGA STOLONIFERA)提取物1~5份、白花败酱(PATRINIA VILLOSA)提取物1~5份、甘草提取物1~5份和胡黄连提取物1~5份。
设计思路:
临床舒缓复方第一版处方药物如下:
蛇床子、地肤子、土伏苓、苍耳子、蝉蜕、白术、陈皮、云苓、豨莶草、薏仁、天冬、桃仁、夜交藤(首乌藤)、益母草、黄芩、川椒、珍珠末、苦参共18味所组成。
此复方是源自2014年至2017年中医临床上针对各式皮肤病之效验方所组合而成,从湿疮、蛇串疮及瘾疹等病种,不论各种症型的情况下,在内服应用上皆有验效,故尝试改为外用剂型并观察其效果。
结果发现简单水提取难以做成乳液,改用蒸馏提取成功做成乳液,期后在外用后发现效果还不如临床般显而易见,或者部分病人有轻微改善但无法像内服般于1至2周内治愈或显著改善。于是在反复试验下,并参考其他科室应用、古籍及文章等启发思路,应加入一些原本就擅长在外涂使用中药,并保留原方中外涂效果较佳的中药,重新改善制作工艺,再投放临床测试,所以有第二版改良处方。
第二版处方药物如下:
蛇床子、地肤子、土伏苓、苍耳子、白术、陈皮、佩兰、余甘子、龙骨风、薏仁、豨莶草、夜交藤(首乌藤)、益母草、臭牡丹、龙胆草(粉)、苦参、蛇蜕、虎耳草、木槿皮、海螵蛸、猪苓、珍珠末、枇杷叶、滑石、葎草、龙葵、苍术、松花粉、大籽蒿、水柏枝、草木犀、川椒共32味所组成。
当中加了佩兰、余甘子、龙骨风、臭牡丹、龙胆草(粉)、蛇蜕、虎耳草、木槿皮、海螵蛸、猪苓、枇杷叶、滑石、葎草、龙葵、苍术、松花粉、大籽蒿、水柏枝、草木犀共19味;减去了蝉蜕、云苓、天冬、桃仁、黄芩共5味。
而新增部份的原因,逐个说明如下:
1.佩兰:其化湿浊功效是我方纳入原因。
本品含挥发油,油中成分为对-聚伞花素、乙酸橙花醇酯和5-甲基麝香草醚。叶含香豆精、香豆酸及麝香草氢醌。根含兰草素。对-聚伞花素及乙酸橙花醇酯对流感病毒有直接抑制作用。
2.余甘子:其抗炎、抗渗出、抗肝纤维化、保护粘膜损伤等作用是我方所纳入的原因。
余甘子能显著抑制大鼠琼脂性足跖肿胀和二甲苯所致小鼠耳缘肿胀,显著抑制组胺所致的毛细血管通透性增强和白细胞游出。表明余甘子有显著的抗炎和抗渗出作用。抗炎作用随剂量增大而增强。余甘子能显著抑制急性炎症的发展,改善和缓解炎性症状,对慢性增生性炎症作用不明显。余甘子的水提醇沉物对扑热息痛、硫代乙酰胺所致的急性肝损伤具有预防作用,对D-半乳糖胺所致的急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,对四氯化碳引起的慢性肝损伤具有保护肝细胞,减少肝损伤,抗肝纤维化作用。50%乙醇提取物余甘子能明显降低血清SGPT,胆固醇和脂质体(P<0.005),从而达到保肝效果。余甘子果实水提物的丁醇部分有抗溃疡作用。余甘子丁醇部分对消炎痛所致实验性胃粘膜损伤有明显的保护作用,能使消炎痛所致的小鼠的溃疡面胃粘膜分泌物及氨基己糖增多(P<0.001),其对胃粘膜的保护作用可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
3.龙骨风:从《广西实用中草药新选》中见可治癣症,"龙骨风、鲜品乳汁,擦患部。"。另外从《中华本草》中见提及"疥癣;蛔虫病;蛲虫病"。
4.臭牡丹:从《全国中草药汇编》见"外用治痈疽疮疡,痔疮发炎,湿疹,还可作灭蛆用。"
5.龙胆草:从《药品化义》见"胆草专泻肝胆之火,......,善清下焦湿热,若囊痈、便毒、下疳,及小便涩滞,男子阳挺肿胀,或光亮出脓,或茎中痒痛,女人阴癃作痛,或发痒生疮,......",及《滇南本草》见"治咽喉疼痛,洗疮疥毒肿。"
6.蛇蜕:从《本草纲目》见"小儿头面生疮。用蛇蜕烧灰,调猪油敷涂。","石痈无脓,坚硬如石。用蛇蜕贴痈上,过夜即变软易治。","肿毒无头。用蛇蜕烧灰,调猪油涂搽。","恶疮似癞,年久不愈。用全蛇蜕一条烧灰,调猪油搽疮。"。
7.虎耳草:从《生草药性备要》见"治耳内暴热毒,红肿流脓疼痛,捶汁滴入耳,或加冰片消散而愈。",《分类草药性》见"清肺热,治咳嗽,疗风疹、丹毒。",广州部队《常用中草药手册》见"祛湿消肿,凉血止血,清热解毒,治外伤出血,急慢性中耳炎。",《南京地区常用中草药》见"治湿疹,皮肤瘙痒,用鲜虎耳草一斤,切碎,加95%酒精拌湿,再加30%酒精1000毫升浸泡一周,去渣,外敷患处。"
8.木槿皮:从《全国中草药汇编》见"清热利湿,杀虫止痒。用于痢疾,白带;外用治阴囊湿疹体癣,脚癣。"
9.海螵蛸:从《本草纲目》见"研末敷小儿疳疮,痘疮臭烂,阴疮,汤火伤,跌伤出血。"
10.猪苓:主要看重其免疫作用,因为诸多临床疾患都是基于免疫能力低下而发作。从苓多糖能显著增强小鼠T细胞对ConA的增殖反应以及B细胞对LPS的增殖反应。猪苓多糖对小鼠全脾细胞有明显的促有丝分裂作用。在12.5mg/(kg.天)剂量下,猪苓多糖能明显增强小鼠对SRBC的特异抗体分泌细胞数;能明显增强小鼠对异型脾细胞迟发型超敏反应以及促进异型脾细胞激活细胞毒T细胞(CTL)对靶细胞的杀伤。CTL是机体免疫监视的重要效应细胞,在肿瘤免疫中具有关键作用。
11.枇杷叶:从《中国药典》中见主治肺结核、肺热咳嗽等症,基于其润肺功能,按中医理论"肺主皮毛",故取其润肺功能观察对皮肤滋润效果为何。
12.滑石:从《本草纲目》见"疗黄疸,水肿脚气,吐血衄血,金疮出血,诸疮肿毒。"
13.葎草:从《独行方》见"治瘫,遍体皆疮者:葎草一担。以水二石,煮取一石,以渍疮。",《江西草药》见"治皮肤瘙痒:葎草适量,水煎熏洗。",《福建民间草药》见"治痈毒初起(皮色不变,硬肿不痛):葎草鲜叶一握。以冷开水洗净,和红糖捣烂,加热敷贴,日换两次。"
14.龙葵:从《本草纲目》见"背痈。用龙葵一两,研为末,加入麝香一分,研匀敷痈上。诸疮恶肿。用龙葵茎叶捣烂,酒送服;另以药渣敷患处。"
15.苍术:主要取其抑菌作用,有研究指出苍术提取物具有消除耐药福氏痢疾杆菌R质体的作用,能降低细菌耐药性的产生。
16.松花粉:从《本经逢原》见"除风湿,治痘疮湿烂。",《江苏植药志》见"预防汗疹。外用作创伤止血剂。",《四川中药志》见"收敛止血。治皮肤湿疹,黄水疮湿烂不结痂。"
17.大籽蒿:从《中国药典》中见"消炎止痛。痈肿疔毒:花蕾3~5钱,水煎服。黄水疮,皮肤湿疹,宫颈糜烂:花蕾适量水煎洗患处。"
18.水柏枝:从《西藏常用中草药》见"疏风,解表,透疹,止咳,清热解毒。"
19.草木犀:从《四川中药志》见"清热,解毒,杀虫,利小便。治皮肤疮,风丹,赤白痢,淋病。"
而去除的5味,分别是蝉蜕、云苓、天冬、桃仁、黄芩,经查考文献,在外用治疗上并无特别疗效,故为了减少配方内容便直接剔除。
第2次配方相对于第1次配方新增了13种成分,这些成分可能增强了配方的外用疗效,扩展了其应用范围,第2次配方也保留了第1次配方中的一些核心成分以保持治疗效果。
结果发现同样以乳液形式制剂外用下,临床应用具肉眼可见的改善效果,但一旦遇到含脓肿、水疱或藏在毛发底下(例如头皮)的效果都不甚明显,且部分皮肤病会产生局部痛楚,该外用制剂比第一版配方有更良好表现,但有病人仍指出减缓程度有限。

蛇床子、地肤子、秦艽、石菖蒲、佩兰、瞿麦、豨莶草、夜交藤(首乌藤)、葎草、益母草、余甘子、苦参、两面针、苍术、银柴胡、龙胆草(粉)、草木犀、木芙蓉叶、胡黄连、白鲜皮、大籽蒿、苍耳子、桑枝、海螵蛸、北芪、木槿皮、凤仙花、虎耳草共28味所组成。
与第二版相比,当中加了秦艽、石菖蒲、瞿麦、两面针、银柴胡、木芙蓉叶、胡黄连、白鲜皮、桑枝、北芪、凤仙花共11味,减去了土伏苓、白术、陈皮、龙骨风、薏仁、臭牡丹、蛇蜕、猪苓、珍珠末、枇杷叶、滑石、松花粉、水柏枝、川椒共14味。
而新增部份的原因,逐个说明如下:
1.秦艽:从《本草纲目》见"一切疮口不合。用秦艽研末敷上。"
2.石菖蒲:高浓度浸出液对常见致病性皮肤真菌有抑制作用。
3.瞿麦:《本草正》见"瞿麦,......。兼凉药亦消眼目肿痛;兼血药则能通经破血下胎。凡下焦湿热疼痛诸病,皆可用之。",另见《开宝本草》提到"味苦、辛,寒,无毒。养肾气,逐膀胱邪逆,止霍乱,长毛发。"
4.两面针:成份中的氯化两面针碱是两面针制剂的主要有效成分,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、心血管系统等方面的作用,抗真菌。
5.银柴胡:有良好的抗菌作用,是生产传统中成药乌鸡白凤丸的主要原料,原意是用于配方中以延长保存。
6.木芙蓉叶:从《本草图经》见"敷贴肿毒。",从《本草纲目》见"清肺凉血,散热解毒。治一切大小痈疽肿毒恶疮,消肿排脓止痛。"
7.胡黄连:胡黄连水浸剂(1:4)在试管内对堇色毛癣菌、同心性毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、许兰氏黄癣菌、奥杜盎氏小芽胞癣菌、铁锈色小芽胞癣菌、羊毛状小芽胞癣菌、石膏样小芽胞癣菌、腹股沟表皮癣菌、红色表皮癣菌、考夫曼-沃尔夫氏表皮癣菌、星形奴卡氏菌等皮肤真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。
8.白鲜皮:从抗菌作用看,体外试验1:4的水浸液对多种致病真菌如堇色毛癣菌、同心性毛癣菌、许兰氏黄癣菌,均有不同程度的抑制作用。《本草原始》见"白鲜皮,入肺经,故能去风,入小肠经,故能去湿,夫风湿既除,则血气自活而热亦去。治一切疥癩、恶风、疥癣、杨梅、诸疮热毒。"
9.桑枝:治风寒湿痹,四肢拘挛,脚气浮肿,肌体风痒。
10.北芪:疮疡久溃不愈,用于疮疡溃破后,久不收口,有生肌收口之作用。
11.凤仙花:有抗真菌、止血作用。
而去除的14味,在临床使用上曾尝试单独应用,相比其他中药并无特别验效,故为了减少不必要配方内容便直接剔除。
第3次配方新增13款中药,理由是第2次应用时遇到的难题正好能处理。而第3次修改时我方另行单味使用,例如以复方形式及单味形式分别临床试验,在已知复方能有效果的情况下,观察单味的表现,结果发现14味单用效果不显的中药,故直接剔除。而新增之13款中药在单用时能有一定表现,故直接融入配方成新复方,尤其加强能抗真菌、止风痒、疮溃久不收口等方面的效果。
第4版处方药物如下:
大籽蒿、掌叶大黄、木芙蓉、葎草、龙胆、白鲜、白花蛇舌草、地肤子、凤仙花、两面针、皂角刺、木槿、苦参、重楼、草木犀、益母草、紫草、何首乌、黄连、黄芪、蛇床子、黄芩、豨莶草、秦艽、余甘子、北苍术、半枝莲、虎耳草、白花败酱、甘草、胡黄连。
与第三版相比,当中新加部份共10味为:大黄、白花蛇舌草、皂角刺、重楼、紫草、黄连、黄芩、半枝莲、白花败酱、甘草。减去了石菖蒲、桑枝、苍耳子、佩兰、瞿麦、银柴胡、海螵蛸7味。
而新增部份的原因,逐个说明如下:
大黄:大黄除平素配伍以清泄热毒等,如将本品研末,还可作为烫伤及热毒疮疡的外敷药,具有清热解毒的作用。从《药性论》见"主寒热,消食,炼五脏,......,利大小肠,贴热毒肿,主小儿寒热时疾,烦热,蚀脓,破留血"。从《日华子本草》见"通宣一切气,调血脉,利关节,......,利大小便,并敷一切疮疖痈毒"。从《纲目》见"主治下痢亦白,里急腹痛,......,黄疸,诸火疮"。
白花蛇舌草:用于肠痈、肺痈、疮疖肿痛、毒蛇咬伤。肠痈、肺痈,轻证单用有效。疮疖肿痛,单用或与蒲公英、紫花地丁用同。蛇伤(如青竹蛇咬伤),可用本品酒煎服,亦可外敷。
皂角刺:从《本草图经》见"米醋熬嫩刺针作浓煎,以敷疮癣"。内服主治消肿托毒,排脓,杀虫。也能用于痈疽初起或脓化不溃,外治疥癣麻风。
重楼:功能主治清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊。用于疔疮痈肿,咽喉肿痛,毒蛇咬伤,跌扑伤痛,惊风抽搐。
紫草:从《本草经疏》见"紫草为凉血之要药,故主心腹邪热之气。......。合膏药疗小儿痘疮及面,皆凉血之效也"。从《药性论》:治恶疮、癣。从《本草图经》见"治伤寒时疾,发疮疹不出者,以此作药使其发出"。从《本草纲目》见"治斑疹、痘毒,活血凉血,利大肠"。从《陕西中草药》见"治汤火伤,皮炎,湿疹,尿路感染"。
黄连:从《日华子本草》见"治五劳七伤,益气,......,并疮疥,盗汗,天行热疾"。从《开宝本草》见"五脏冷热,久下泄澼,......,疗口疮"。
黄芩:从《本草汇言》见"方脉科以之清肌退热,疮疡科以之解毒生肌"。从《药品化义》见"专泻肺胃上焦之火,主治胸中逆气,隔上热痰,......,发斑发黄,痘疹疮毒,以其大能凉膈"。
半枝莲:其主治用于疔疮肿毒,咽喉肿痛,毒蛇咬伤,跌扑伤痛,水肿,黄疸。
白花败酱:从《全国中草药汇编》见"败酱草主治暴热火疮、赤气、疥、瘙、疽、痔等病"。从功能主治看,能清热解毒,祛瘀排脓。用于阑尾炎、痢疾、肠炎、肝炎、眼结膜炎、产后瘀血腹痛、痈肿疔疮。
甘草:从功能主治上,用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。用于痈疽疮疡、咽喉肿痛等。可单用,内服或外敷,或配伍应用。现代药学化学研究发现甘草制剂能促进胃部粘液形成和分泌,延长上皮细胞寿命,有抗炎活性,常用于慢性溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的治疗;甘草的黄酮具有消炎、解痉和抗酸作用。
新增的部份,主要加强明确外用消炎的中药,例如黄连、黄芩、大黄等,也增加了在肿瘤治疗上内服消炎效果突出的半枝莲、皂角刺、败酱、蛇舌草及重楼,此数味在单独应用在外表皮肤患部同样见到消肿效果,尤其有含脓症状者。而紫草应用在外部消红肿效果理想,本身亦是坊间外用著名油膏"紫云膏"的主要成份(其对于皮肤外伤具有杀菌、抑菌的疗效,促进伤口肉芽形成,又可以滋润皮肤。可治疗轻微火伤、冻伤、痔、外伤、湿疹、轻度细菌感染、轻度真菌感染。)。最后甘草调和诸药,同时又具抗炎活性、解痉及抗酸作用,保护肌肤促进自身修复。
减去的部份,在临床内科应用上确有舒缓或治疗湿疹的效果,但外用效果,包括单独外用效果较不明显。当中比较特殊是海螵蛸,单独外用时对各式皮肤疮疡脓包确有效果,对具水疱症状或外渗组织液的皮肤病类型效果良好,但风疹(瘾疹、风疹团块症状类)及单纯红肿类皮肤敏感症状效果不明显,而且,前三版配方使用后皆有少部份用户反映皮肤较干燥,需要自行涂抹凡士林或其他滋润护肤霜才舒缓。从功效上看,海螵蛸的确有除湿、制酸、止血、敛疮效果,故我方打算排除此味中草药另行再设计配方,专门针对具水疱症状或外渗组织液的皮肤病或出血症状明显的病症,以免影响整体配方效果。

经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果为:
(1)配方具有方便性,中药饮片无法直接使用在化妆品上,使用时要经过一系列提取工艺,因此本发明提供一种中药提取组合物,一来中药提取物可以直接购买,二来中药提取物可以直接应用在化妆品上。
(2)本发明配方是通过临床经验,经多次改良所得,效果显著。
(3)本发明配方具有显著的舒缓作用,且可以防止单一成分与化妆品组分有冲突而影响最终效果。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所需药剂为常规实验药剂,采购自市售渠道;未提及的实验方法为常规实验方法,在此不再一一赘述。
实施例1
乳液基底(白色乳液)
配方见表1。

实验1
测试实施例1~实施例4制备的乳液的透明质酸酶抑制率。
1、概述及原理
透明质酸酶是Ⅰ型过敏反应的参与者,透明质酸酶与炎症、过敏有强相关性,研究报道各种肥大细胞释放组胺的药物能调节透明质酸酶活性,一些抗敏药物有强抑制透明质酸酶活性,因此抑制透明质酸酶活性作为研究抗过敏作用的指标。
2、试验参考依据
参考《Elson-Morgan改良法》、《化妆品评价替代方法标准实施指南》。
3、试验设计和方法
样品配置:
(1)1000U/mL透明质酸酶溶液:称取3.3mg透明质酸酶,用1.0mL醋酸缓冲溶液完全溶解得1000U/mL酶溶液,现用现配。
(2)醋酸缓冲溶液:溶液A(0.2mol/L醋酸:11.55mL冰醋酸溶于1L蒸馏水中)4.8mL;
溶液B(0.2mol/L醋酸钠:16.4g无水醋酸钠或27.2g三水醋酸钠溶液溶于1L蒸馏水中)45.2mL,混合稀释至100mL,配成PH=5.6的醋酸缓冲溶液。
(3)乙酰丙酮溶液:50mL1.0mol/L碳酸钠溶液和3.5mL乙酰丙酮溶液混合均匀(临用现配)。
(4)P-DAB显色剂:准确称取0.8g对二甲氨基苯甲醛溶于15mL浓盐酸和15mL无水乙醇混合均匀。
(5)氯化钙溶液:2.5mol/L;氢氧化钠溶液:5mol/L。
(6)维生素C:0.6mg/mL。
试验流程:
样品按下表添加各组分,其中A试验组,B样品对照组,C阴性组,D阴性对照组。试验结束取200μL反应液加入到96孔板中,用酶标仪530nm处读数。

4、数据处理
透明质酸酶抑制率(%)=[1-(A-B)/(C-D)]×100%:

检验结果中透明质酸抑制率可以反映舒缓效果,当中实施例3>实施例4>实施例1>实施例2。
实施例1和实施例3比较,实施例2和实施例4比较可以见到添加了本发明的中药提取组合物可以有助增加舒缓效果。
另外实施例1和实施例2比较,实施例3和实施例4比较可以发现作为常用舒缓成份的甘草酸二钾在添加后反而降低了舒缓效果,可见在一些市面常用的舒缓成份并不一定合适所有产品,而本发明是一个复合配方,可以在人体中作用于多个靶点,提升效果的稳定性。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有舒缓功能的中药提取组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的组分:
大籽蒿提取物1~5份、掌叶大黄根提取物1~5份、木芙蓉叶提取物1~5份、葎草提取物1~5份、龙胆提取物1~5份、白鲜根皮提取物1~5份、白花蛇舌草提取物1~5份、地肤子提取物1~5份、凤仙花花提取物1~5份、两面针提取物1~5份、皂角刺提取物1~5份、木槿树皮提取物1~5份、苦参根提取物1~5份、重楼提取物1~5份、草木犀提取物1~5份、益母草提取物1~5份、紫草提取物1~5份、何首乌藤茎提取物1~5份、黄连根提取物1~5份、黄芪提取物1~5份、蛇床子提取物1~5份、黄芩根提取物1~5份、豨莶草提取物1~5份、秦艽提取物1~5份、余甘子果提取物1~5份、北苍术根茎提取物1~5份、半枝莲提取物1~5份、虎耳草提取物1~5份、白花败酱提取物1~5份、甘草提取物1~5份和胡黄连提取物1~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有舒缓功能的中药提取组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的组分:
大籽蒿提取物3份、掌叶大黄根提取物3份、木芙蓉叶提取物3份、葎草提取物3份、龙胆提取物3份、白鲜根皮提取物3份、白花蛇舌草提取物3份、地肤子提取物3份、凤仙花花提取物3份、两面针提取物3份、皂角刺提取物3份、木槿树皮提取物3份、苦参根提取物3份、重楼提取物3份、草木犀提取物3份、益母草提取物3份、紫草提取物3份、何首乌藤茎提取物3份、黄连根提取物3份、黄芪提取物2份、蛇床子提取物2份、黄芩根提取物2份、豨莶草提取物2份、秦艽提取物2份、余甘子果提取物2份、北苍术根茎提取物2份、半枝莲提取物2份、虎耳草提取物2份、白花败酱提取物2份、甘草提取物2份和胡黄连提取物2份。
3.权利要求1或2任一所述的中药提取组合物在制备化妆品中的应用。
4.如权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述中药提取组合物在化妆品中的质量百分比为0.5~4%。
5.如权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述中药提取组合物在化妆品中的质量百分比为2.4985%。
6.如权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述化妆品为乳液、面膜、沐浴露、霜、精华液。
7.如权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述乳液包括如下质量份数的组分:
烟酰胺2~5份、甘油3~8份、丁二醇0.5~5份、氢化聚异丁烯1~10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1~5份、牛油果树果脂0.5~2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯0.6~3份、甘油硬脂酸酯0.1~1份、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.1~1份、硬脂醇0.7~3.5份、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯0.4~2份、1,2-己二醇0.1~2份、对羟基苯乙酮0.3~1份、植物甾醇油酸酯0.3~0.5份、海藻糖0.1~1份、鲸蜡醇0.3~1.5份、丙二醇0.1~1份、三乙醇胺0.1~1份、卡波姆0.1~1份、黄葵提取物0.05~0.1份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠0.02~0.1份、1,2-戊二醇0.01~0.5份、白薇提取物0.01~0.05份、燕麦提取物0.01~0.05份、苦参提取物0.01~0.05份、透明质酸钠0.005~0.025份、黄芩提取物0.001~0.005份、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.001~0.01份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.001~0.005份、水解透明质酸钠0.001~0.005份、燕麦仁提取物0.0001~0.001份、水解透明质酸0.0001~0.001份、透明质酸钠交联聚合物0.0001~0.001份、透明质酸0.0001~0.001份、生育酚0.0001~0.0005份。
8.如权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述乳液包括如下质量份数的组分:
