When the cleaning ring 51 moves upwards, the cleaning ring 51 is firstly contacted with the unlocking inclined plane 911, then the unlocking rod 91 is pushed to move, the unlocking rod 91 pushes the connecting rod 92 to move through the connecting inclined plane 921, the connecting rod 92 drives the locking rod 82 to move, the locking rod 82 is pulled out of the locking groove 332, and the torsion spring 331 can drive the stirring rod 33 to turn to a horizontal state without being operated by a worker.
