The transmission assembly is used for driving the header assembly 1 and the chain rake conveying assembly 2.
The transmission assembly includes a driving shaft 31 disposed laterally left and right, a left drive assembly 32 disposed on the left side of the driving shaft 31, a right drive assembly 33 disposed on the right side of the driving shaft 31, and an input pulley 34 disposed on the left end of the driving shaft 31. The input pulley 34 can drive the driving shaft 31 to rotate, and the driving shaft 31 drives the left Lu Chuandong component 32 and the right transmission component 33.
The power is transmitted to the left transmission assembly 32 through the driving shaft 31 to drive the cutter 12; the power is transmitted to the right transmission assembly 33 through the driving shaft 31 to drive the auger 13 and the reel 11. The left first transmission shaft 323 drives the left second transmission shaft 324 to swing reciprocally, so that the normal operation of the reciprocating motion of the cutting knife 12 can be realized.
A first tensioning wheel 61 and a second tensioning wheel 62 are arranged between the left first driving pulley 321 and the left first driven pulley 322. The first tensioning wheel 61 is close to the first driven pulley 322 on the left, the second tensioning wheel 62 is close to the first driving pulley 321 on the left, the center of the second tensioning wheel 62 is located above the center of the first tensioning wheel 61, and a belt connecting the first driving pulley 321 on the left and the first driven pulley 322 on the left is arranged between the first tensioning wheel 61 and the second tensioning wheel 62.
The right transmission assembly 33 includes a right first driving pulley 331 disposed at the right end of the driving shaft 31, a right first driven pulley 332 in transmission connection with the right first driving pulley 331, and a right first transmission shaft 333 connected with the right first driven pulley 332, where the right first transmission shaft 333 is disposed parallel to the driving shaft 31. The right drive assembly 33 further includes a right first drive sprocket 334 disposed on the right first drive shaft 333 and on an opposite side of the right first driven pulley 332, and a right first driven sprocket 335 connected to the right first drive sprocket 334. The right first driven sprocket 335 is coaxially arranged with the screw 13 for driving the screw 13 to work.
The right drive assembly further includes a right second driving sprocket 336 coaxially disposed with and synchronously rotated with the right first driven sprocket 335, a right second driven sprocket 337 drivingly connected with the right second driving sprocket 336, and a right connecting shaft 338 connected with the right second driven sprocket 337. The right connecting shaft 338 is disposed above the right first transmission shaft 333 and is disposed parallel to the right first transmission shaft 333.
The diameter of the right first drive sprocket 334 is smaller than the diameter of the right first driven sprocket 335, and the diameter of the right first driven sprocket 335 is larger than the diameter of the right second drive sprocket 336. The right path second drive sprocket 336 has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the right path second driven sprocket 337. The right first driven sprocket 335 is a double row sprocket integrally provided with the right second driving sprocket 336. The right first driven sprocket 335 is disposed inside the right second driving sprocket 336.
The right-path transmission assembly further comprises a right-path second driving pulley 339 coaxially arranged with the right-path second driven sprocket 337 and synchronously rotating, and a right-path second driven pulley 3311 in transmission connection with the right-path second driving pulley 339, wherein the right-path second driven pulley 3311 drives the reel 11 to work.
The cover assembly 4 includes a left road cover assembly 41 to cover the left Lu Chuandong assembly 32 and a right road cover assembly 42 to cover the right road drive assembly 33.
