1. A PCB product appearance inspection apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a device seat (1), wherein a guide rail (11) for guiding a product to move is arranged on the device seat (1), an electromagnetic switch (12) is arranged on the guide rail (11), and a camera (17) positioned at one side of the guide rail (11) is movably arranged on the device seat (1) and used for adjusting a detection position along with the movement of the product;
the reciprocating feeding assembly (2) comprises a feeding frame (21) for pushing products, and further comprises a spiral blade (22) which is rotatably arranged on the equipment seat (1) and is in driving connection with the feeding frame (21);
the stirring assembly (3), the stirring assembly (3) comprises a movable block (31) which is elastically installed on the bottom surface of the equipment seat (1) and is always pulled away from the helical blade (22), the movable block is used for automatically resetting after the movement of the product is pushed, and an electromagnet (33) which is electrically connected with the electromagnetic switch (12) is arranged on the movable block (31);
and the magnetic movable piece (32) is slidably arranged in the movable block (31) and is positioned above the electromagnet (33), a plurality of groups of matching grooves (321) which are distributed at equal intervals and matched with the spiral blade (22) are arranged on the magnetic movable piece (32), and the matching grooves (321) are separated from the spiral blade (22) in a non-contact state when the electromagnet (33) is in an initial power-off state.

The device for detecting the appearance of the PCB product according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail (11) is L-shaped, a first limiting part (13) and a second limiting part (14) which are elastically installed are arranged on the guide rail (11), the first limiting part (13) is positioned on one side of the guide rail (11) which is transversely contacted with the product, the second limiting part (14) is positioned on one side of the guide rail (11) which is longitudinally contacted with the product and is used for preventing the product from slipping back in the conveying process, and two groups of reflectors which are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the guide rail (11) are arranged on the device seat (1) and are used for being matched with a camera (17) to collect image information of the product.

The device for detecting the appearance of the PCB product according to claim 2, wherein the projection shape of the second limiting member (14) in the vertical direction is triangular, and the device is used for enabling the product to still displace for a certain distance under the pushing of the reset of the second limiting member (14) when the product is pushed by the feeding frame (21) to pass through the center of the second limiting member (14) and the feeding frame (21) is pulled back.

A PCB product appearance inspection apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the feeding frame (21) is slidably connected to the guide rail (11), and a rack (211) and a gear set (212) matched with the rack (211) are provided on the feeding frame (21), the gear set (212) includes a first gear meshed with the rack (211) and a second gear coaxial with the first gear, and further includes a third gear coaxial with the helical blade (22) and meshed with the second gear, and the third gear, the second gear, the third gear and the third gear are configured to have different diameter ratios, so as to set different path ratios, that is, the distance of the longitudinal movement of the product is correspondingly adjusted to the distance of the transverse movement of the product.

A PCB product appearance inspection apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the movable block (31) is slidably mounted on the apparatus base (1), and a spring (35) is provided on a side of the movable block (31) away from the spiral blade (22), and a lever (311) is provided on a side of the movable block (31) close to the spring (35) for moving the product on the guide rail (11).

The device for detecting the appearance of the PCB product according to claim 5, wherein the camera (17) is arranged on the device seat (1) through the driving column (16), the driving column (16) is provided with a guide groove II (161) which is vertically distributed, the device seat (1) is also provided with a starting switch (19) which is electrically connected with the driving column (16), the starting switch (19) is positioned in the spring (35), and the starting switch (19) is contacted with the starting switch (19) to close the driving column (16) after the movable block (31) is reset.

The device for detecting the appearance of a PCB product according to claim 6, wherein the device holder (1) further comprises a fixing sleeve (15) sleeved on the driving post (16), the fixing sleeve (15) is provided with a first guide groove (151), and a spring (18) is arranged between the fixing sleeve (15) and the driving post (16) for resetting when the driving post (16) is not rotated.
8. A PCB product appearance inspection apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the first guide groove (151) is an arc groove and the angle between the top of the camera (17) and the bottom of the camera (17) is a < 90 °.
9. A method for detecting appearance of a PCB product, applied to a device for detecting appearance of a PCB product according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, pushing a product into one transverse end of a guide rail (11) through a feeding frame (21), touching an electromagnetic switch (12) after the product falls on the guide rail (11), and electrifying and magnetizing an electromagnet (33) to push a magnetic movable part (32) to be in contact with a spiral blade (22);
s2, resetting the feeding frame (21) and preparing to push the next group of products, when the feeding frame (21) is reset and moved, driving the rack (211) to cooperate with the gear set (212) to drive the spiral blade (22) to rotate, and the spiral blade (22) cooperates with the cooperation groove (321) on the magnetic movable piece (32) to integrally pull the movable block (31), so that the product is pushed to transversely move by the deflector rod (311) on the movable block (31);
s3, when the movable block (31) moves, the movable block is separated from the starting switch (19), at the moment, the starting switch (19) is started, the driving column (16) is controlled to rotate clockwise, and the first guide groove (151) on the fixed sleeve (15) and the second guide groove (161) on the driving column (16) are matched, so that the camera (17) moves and turns to a direction in which the feeding component (2) is arranged repeatedly, and appearance detection is carried out on the upper part of a transversely moved product;
s4, after the product passes through the electromagnetic switch (12), the detection of the upper part is finished, the electromagnet (33) is powered off to enable the magnetic movable piece (32) to be separated from the spiral blade (22), at the moment, under the action of the spring (35), the movable block (31) is reset to be ready for pushing the next time, meanwhile, the extrusion starting switch (19) is closed, the driving column (16) rotates anticlockwise under the reset action of the spring (18), the camera (17) is moved to the lower part of the product, and appearance detection is carried out on the lower part of the longitudinally moved product when the feeding frame (21) pushes the material;
s5, the steps are circulated, feeding pushing of the product is automatically achieved, and appearance of two sides of the product is detected.
