-阀包括固定的第三元件,第二元件能够通过拧紧而在该第三元件中移动,第三元件包括在排放位置上用于第二元件的挡块。

-通路部分包括管道,其尺寸设置成使得在排放位置上,管道的末端位于远端垫圈的两侧。
本发明还涉及一种高压气体储罐,特别是用于氢气的气体储罐,其特征在于该高压气体储罐包括如前所限定的阀。

具体实施方式
在所有图中,从一个图到另一个图类似的元件由相同的参考标号指定。
图1中示出用于装备高压气体储罐8,特别是氢气储罐的阀10。例如,该气体储罐用于装备特别是用于车辆的燃料电池系统。
阀10包括主体12,在主体中设置有三个通道,称为第一通道14a、第二通道14B和第三通道14c。
第一通道14a用于连接到气体储罐。
第二通道14b形成阀10的出口,用于连接到燃料电池系统的回路,以供正常运行。
第三通道14c形成旁路孔,用于以自身已知的方式确保吹扫功能。
这三个通道与中心槽座16连通。中心槽座16在纵向方向上沿纵向轴线X延伸。需注意,阀10在纵向方向上在近端与相对的远端之间延伸。
在本说明书中,术语“近端”指阀10可以自此开始致动的末端,且术语“远端”指与近端相对的末端。在附图中,近端在底部,而远端在顶部。
第一通道14a设置在远端处,并且例如平行于纵向方向延伸,优选地与纵向轴线X同轴。
第二通道14b设置在远端附近,但比第一通道14a更靠近近端。第二通道14b例如垂直于纵向方向延伸。
第三通道14c设置成比第二通道14b更靠近近端。因此,在纵向方向上,第二通道14b位于第一通道14a与第三通道14c之间。第三通道14c例如垂直于纵向方向延伸。
阀10包括位于中心槽座16中的阻塞构件18。阻塞构件18在图2中单独更详细地示出。
阻塞构件18包括第一元件20、第二元件22以及第三元件24。
第三元件24是固定的并且用于在阀10的近端处固定在中心槽座16中。
第二元件22是能够移动的,优选地通过拧紧沿纵向轴线X移动。例如,第二元件22和第三元件24包括配合的互补螺纹,使得第二元件22的旋转使其通过拧紧沿纵向轴线移动。
第一元件20是能够移动的,优选地通过沿纵向轴线X平移移动。第二元件22在其移动时使第一元件20平移。
第三元件24是空心的并且用于部分地容纳第二元件22。更具体地,第三元件24包括贯通腔26,其包括近端腔部分26a和远端腔部分26b。贯通腔26具有围绕纵向轴线X限定的总体回转形状,在远端腔部分26b中具有的直径大于在近端腔部分26a中具有的直径。
因此,近端腔部分26a和远端腔部分26b由腔肩28隔开。腔肩28优选覆盖有例如橡胶材料的挡块环30。
第二元件22具有围绕纵向轴线X的总体回转形状,并且包括第一轴部分22a和第二轴部分22b。第二轴部分22b具有的直径大于第一轴部分22a的直径。因而,第一轴部分22a和第二轴部分22b由轴肩32隔开。
第二元件22位于贯通腔26中,其中第一轴部分22a在第一腔部分26a中,而第二轴部分22b在第二腔部分26b中。
轴肩32可用腔肩28来阻挡,并且更具体地是用挡块环30来阻挡。
需注意,第一轴部分22a的长度用于提供阀状态的视觉信息。因此,当轴部分22a在主体24的末端处被下压时(图1),手动阀关闭。当轴部分22a与主体24的末端几乎齐平时(图3),手动阀打开。最后,当轴部分22a超出主体24的末端时(图4),则吹扫阀被激活。
第三元件24在第一腔部分26a中包括第一圆形密封垫圈34,其用于被压紧在第一轴部分22a与第一腔部分26a的内壁之间。该第一密封垫圈34防止水、灰尘或其它外部侵蚀物通过第一腔部分26a侵入。
第三元件24还在外壁上包括第二圆形密封垫圈36,其用于被压紧在该外壁与主体12的中心槽座16的内壁之间。该第二密封垫圈36防止水、灰尘或其它外部侵蚀物通过中心槽座16的近端侵入。
有利地,第一腔部分26a和第二腔部分26b中的至少一者包括螺纹,并且第一轴部分22a和第二轴部件22b中的至少一者对应地包括互补螺纹,使得第二元件22被拧入第三元件24。因此,第二元件22能够通过沿纵向轴线X拧紧而移动。换言之,第二元件22的旋转使该第二元件沿纵向轴线X的方向移动。
第一元件20能够沿纵向轴线X平移移动,特别是通过被第二元件22沿考虑的第一方向从近端推向远端。
需注意,第一元件20相对于第二元件22位于远侧,它在储罐内压力的作用下被压靠到第二元件22上。因此,当第二元件22被移向近端时,第一元件20也被移向该近端。
另选地,阀可包括从第一元件朝向近端的弹性复位装置。
第一元件20适于阻塞或清空通道14a、14b或14c中的一些通道,特别是第一通道14a和第三通道14c,这取决于第一元件20在中心槽座16中的位置。
第一元件20在其远端处包括截头圆锥端部38,该截头圆锥端部在近端基部与远端基部之间延伸,近端基部具有的直径大于第一通道14a(特别是第一通道14a的开口)的直径,远端基部具有的直径小于第一通道14a(特别是开口)的直径。截头圆锥部分38与第一通道14a相对布置,使得当第一元件20朝向远端移动时能够将自身插入第一通道。
第一元件20还在其近端处包括支撑块40,其用于撑靠第二元件22。
第一元件20还包括与支撑块40相邻的中间部分42,其纵向地由近端环形密封垫圈44限界。近端环形垫圈44由近端环形突起48保持。近端环形垫圈44用于被压靠到槽座16的内壁上。该近端环形垫圈44允许避免气体泄漏。
另一方面,中间部分42的直径小于槽座16的内壁的直径,使得在该中间部分42与槽座16的内壁之间留有周向间隙。
槽座16还包括远端环形密封垫圈46,其通过环形保持元件50固定在该槽座16中。远端环形密封垫圈46用于确保槽座16的内壁与中间部分42之间的内部密封。
第一元件20最后包括气体通路部分52,其布置在中间部分42与端部38之间。根据第一实施方案,通路部分52包括形成螺纹的螺旋凹槽。因此,凹槽具有基本等于中间部分42的直径的最大直径(对应于凹槽的顶部),以及小于最大直径的最小直径(对应于凹槽的凹陷)。
现在将参照图1、图3和图4描述阀10中第一元件20的不同位置。
在图1中示出了阻塞位置。在该阻塞位置上,第二元件22被最大限度朝向远端推动。截头圆锥端部38因而被压入第一通道14a,使得该第一通道14a被阻塞。尽管第二通道14b与槽座16连通,但它与第一通道14a隔离。储罐中存在的气体因此不会流入回路。
此外,在该阻塞位置上,中间部分与第三通道14c相对。气体通路部分52位于远端垫圈46的上方。因此,通过被压缩在槽座16的内壁与中间部分42之间的远端垫圈46,第三通道14c也与第二通道14b隔离。
在图3中示出了供应位置。在该供应位置上,第二元件22远离远端,使得截头圆锥端部38不再阻塞第一通道14a。第一通道14a然后与第二通道14b连通,这允许将气体从储罐供应到回路。
第一元件20的尺寸设置成使得在该供应位置上,气体通路部分52保持在远端垫圈46上方。因此,通过被压缩在槽座16的内壁与中间部分42之间的远端垫圈46,第三通道14c保持与第一通道14a和第二通道14b隔离。
在图4中示出了排放位置。在该排放位置上,截头圆锥端部38保持远离第一通道14a并且不阻塞第一通道。
在该排放位置上,气体通路部分52在远端垫圈46的两侧延伸,使得气体可以越过该远端垫圈46,穿过通路部分52,特别是沿着螺旋凹槽。因此,在该排放位置上,第三通道14c与第一通道14a和第二通道14b连通。
需注意,在排放位置上,第二元件22会倚靠在挡块环30上。因此,第一元件20和第二元件22的位置由该挡块固定,这确保了在排放位置上气体通路部分52相对于远端垫圈46的正确定位。
显然,本发明允许借助单个阀10以及第二元件22的单一移动(其驱动第一元件20)来确保阻塞、供应和排放这三种功能。
第二元件22可以以任何可设想的方式被驱动旋转,例如借助于未示出的发动机。
在图5中示出了根据本发明的第二实施方案的阀10。
与第一实施方案的阀的区别位于通路部分52。阀的其余部分与第一实施方案相同。
根据该第二实施方案,通路部分52包括管道54,其适于在排放位置上(即当第二元件22倚靠在挡块环30上时)在远端垫圈46的两侧开放,如图5所示。
因此,气体可以越过远端垫圈46,穿过管道54。因此,在该排放位置上,第三通道14c与第一通道14a和第二通道14b连通。
需注意,本发明不限于上述实施方案,并且可以具有其它变型,同时仍保留在权利要求书的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于装备高压气体储罐、特别是例如用于车辆的氢气储罐的阀(10),所述阀包括主体(12),在所述主体中设置有用于连接到所述气体储罐的第一通道(14a)以及用于连接到回路的第二通道(14b),所述第一通道(14a)和所述第二通道(14b)与中心槽座(16)连通,所述阀包括能够在所述第一通道(14a)的阻塞位置与其中所述第一通道(14a)和所述第二通道(14b)连通的供应位置之间移动的阻塞构件(18),其特征在于,用于排放的第三通道(14c)设置在所述主体(12)中并且与所述中心槽座(16)连通,所述阻塞构件(18)适于在所述阻塞位置和所述供应位置上将所述第三通道(14c)与所述第一通道(14a)和所述第二通道(14b)隔离,并且适于在所述排放位置上允许所述第三通道(14c)与所述第一通道(14a)和所述第二通道(14b)之间连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀(10),其中所述阻塞构件(18)包括能够沿纵向轴线(X)平移移动的第一元件(20),所述第一通道(14a)在纵向方向上与所述第一元件(20)相对布置,使得所述第一元件(20)在所述阻塞位置上阻塞所述第一通道(14a)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀(10),其中所述第一元件(20)包括截头圆锥端部(38),所述截头圆锥端部在直径大于所述第一通道(14a)的直径的近端基部与直径小于所述第一通道(14a)的直径的远端基部之间延伸,所述截头圆锥部分(38)与所述第一通道(14a)相对布置,使得当所述第一元件(20)朝向所述第一通道(14a)移动时能够将自身插入所述第一通道。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的阀(10),其中所述第一元件(20)包括用于被压靠到所述槽座(16)的内壁上的近端环形密封垫圈(44)。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的阀(10),其中所述阻塞构件(18)包括能够通过沿所述纵向轴线(X)拧紧而移动的第二元件(22),所述第二元件(22)与所述第一元件(20)配合以在所述第二元件被致动时移动所述第一元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阀(10),包括固定的第三元件(24),所述第二元件(22)能够通过拧紧而在所述第三元件中移动,所述第三元件(24)包括在排放位置上用于所述第二元件(22)的挡块。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀(10),其中所述中心槽座(16)包括设置在所述第一通道(14a)和所述第三通道(14c)之间的远端垫圈(46),并且所述第一元件包括通路部分(52),当所述通路部分(52)与所述远端垫圈(46)相对时,允许气体绕过所述远端垫圈(46)通过,当所述通路部分(52)不与所述远端垫圈(46)相对时,所述第一通道(14a)和所述第三通道(14c)不连通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的阀(10),其中所述通路部分(52)包括螺纹凹槽,其尺寸设置成使得在排放位置上,所述螺纹凹槽的末端位于所述远端垫圈(46)的两侧。
9.根据权利要求7所述的阀(10),其中所述通路部分(52)包括管道(54),其尺寸设置成使得在排放位置上,所述管道(54)的末端位于所述远端垫圈(46)的两侧。
10.一种高压气体储罐,特别是用于氢气的气体储罐,其特征在于,所述高压气体储罐包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀(10)。
