Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any other variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In addition, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, but it is necessary that the technical solutions are based on the implementation of those skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be implemented, it should be considered that the combination of the technical solutions does not exist and is not within the scope of protection claimed by the present invention.
[ example 1 ]
In the prior art, the washing machine cannot judge the concentration of dust and oil stain on clothes, and the user needs to pour and add the detergent manually, so that the user usually cannot easily grasp the dosage of the detergent, for example, the detergent is more, after clothes are dried, the clothes can remain with the clothes detergent, even if no detergent is left on the surfaces of the clothes, a lot of washing foam can appear after the clothes are soaked in water, thus not only wasting the detergent, but also affecting the washing experience of the user; the detergent is less poured, so that the clothes are not cleaned, greasy dirt or dust is quite obvious, the clothes are required to be re-washed, the service life of the clothes is reduced due to the re-washing of the clothes, a large amount of water and electricity resources are wasted, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly life concept of people in modern life is difficult to meet.
Referring to the drawings, a laundry control method at least includes step S1, step S2 and step S3.
And S1, after the washing machine is started, controlling the washing machine to pre-wash the input clothes without detergent.
Specifically, after the washing machine is started, the washing machine is controlled to inject washing water into the inner tub, and the washing machine is controlled to pre-wash clothes in the inner tub without detergent. The pre-washing can reduce the adhesion degree of dust and/or greasy dirt on the surface of the clothes, and can dissolve a part of dust and/or greasy dirt on the clothes in the washing water, thereby improving the washing effect of the clothes.
Further, the pre-washing process specifically includes: the washing machine is fed with water to a preset water level, the heating device is used for intelligently heating to a preset temperature value, and after the washing machine is pre-washed to a set time, the washing machine is used for sequentially carrying out drainage and dehydration processes.
The heating device can be used for intelligently heating the washing water in the pre-washing process, so that the heating device of the washing machine can be used for maintaining the temperature of the washing water in the preset temperature range in the clothes washing process. The increase of the washing water temperature can accelerate the dissolution of stains and/or dust on the clothes and improve the removal effect of the stains and/or dust in the pre-washing stage.
And S2, after the washing machine is started to feed water in the pre-washing process, starting a water quality detection program of the washing machine to detect the water quality condition of the washing water, and obtaining a real-time detection result.
For example, when the pre-washing process of the washing machine is started, namely, the water quality condition of the washing water is detected, and then the inner drum of the washing machine is controlled to rotate for 2 minutes, a part of dust and/or oil stain is dissolved in the washing water, so that the turbidity and/or pH value and/or conductivity of the washing water can be more accurately detected, and the dirt degree of the clothes can be comprehensively determined through the indication parameters.
The detection of the water quality condition can be realized by a sensor which is arranged in the washing device and can be directly contacted with the washing water, in particular, the sensor is a device or a device which can sense the specified measurement and is converted into a usable transmission signal according to a certain rule; the sensor may also be a transducer, i.e. converts one energy into another, usually into electricity, the form of which is many, such as current, voltage, capacitance, etc., and generally different forms of output electricity will be selected according to different situations; the sensor mainly comprises two parts: the sensor is used for directly contacting the measured (directly contacting the measured washing water in the invention), and the conversion element is used for converting the measured sensed by the sensor into electric quantity convenient for measurement. The sensor is also generally provided with a signal amplifying circuit, mainly because the electric signal output by the sensor is weaker and is difficult to measure, and the electric quantity is amplified by the signal amplifying circuit and then is convenient to measure.
The turbidity of the washing water is detected by an ultrasonic sensor, a photoelectric sensor and an image acquisition device. Preferably, the present embodiment selects an ultrasonic sensor to detect the turbidity of the washing water. After the ultrasonic sensor sends out signals, the signals are reflected back to the sensor after encountering clothes, dust or greasy dirt, the sensor can obtain the distribution conditions of the clothes, dust or greasy dirt according to the direction and time of the received signals, a distribution image of the clothes, dust or greasy dirt is obtained after the processing of the sensor by the built-in processor, dust and/or greasy dirt in the distribution image is identified by an image identification technology, and then the concentration of the dust and/or greasy dirt is obtained after the calculation processing, so that the turbidity of washing water is obtained. After the washing machine starts the pre-washing program, the detection mode is set to perform real-time continuous detection or intermittent detection of the turbidity of the washing water.
The pH value of the washing water is detected by using a pH sensor, and the water conductivity of the washing water is detected by using a conductivity sensor, wherein the washing water to be detected comprises the washing water without the laundry treating agent and the washing water for realizing the washing of the laundry. And judging the dirt degree of the clothes by treating the turbidity, the pH value and the conductivity of the washing water measured by the water quality detection device.
It should be further noted that the dirt level of the clothes may be specifically described by numerical values, percentages, numerical grades, etc., for example: the degree of soiling of the laundry may be represented using a value of 1-100, the greater the value, the more dust and/or oil on the laundry.
And S3, processing the real-time detection result to determine the input quantity of the clothes treating agent required for washing the input clothes, the washing time and the heating time of the washing water.
In this embodiment, the dirt degree of the laundry is first determined according to the turbidity and/or pH value and/or conductivity of the washing water, then the detergent addition amount is determined according to the preset correspondence between the dirt degree of the laundry and the laundry treatment amount, and further the addition amount of the color fixative required for washing the laundry in the inner tub is determined according to the correspondence between the detergent and the color fixative addition amount. The proper proportion of the detergent and the color fixative not only can promote the quick dissolution of stains on the surface of the clothes, but also can protect the clothes from fading and ensure the clothes to be clean and not to change color after washing.
And after the pre-washing is finished, performing a clothes washing process, wherein the clothes washing process comprises water feeding to a preset water level, clothes treating agent feeding, stirring and washing to a preset time, draining and spin-drying, water feeding and rinsing, and draining and spin-drying.
In the clothes washing process, the water quality condition of the pre-washing stage is detected, and the amount of the clothes treating agent is judged, so that the clothes treating agent is not excessively added, and meanwhile, the insufficient adding amount of the clothes treating agent is avoided.
According to the embodiment, whether the inner cylinder of the washing machine rotates or not can be selected in the pre-washing treatment process, the time of the pre-washing treatment can be shortened by rotating the inner cylinder of the washing machine in the pre-washing process, and the pre-treatment effect is improved.
In the embodiment, the pre-washing treatment is carried out on the clothes before the washing of the washing machine, so that the adhesion degree of dust and/or greasy dirt on the surface of the clothes is reduced, dirt easy to fall off on the clothes can be soaked and removed, the water quality condition of washing water is detected in real time by using a water quality detection device in the pre-washing process of the clothes, the addition amount and the specific addition proportion of the clothes washing agent and the color fixative in the washing process are determined according to the water quality condition, the addition amount of the clothes treatment agent is moderate, excessive addition of the washing agent in the clothes treatment agent is avoided, and a large amount of washing agent foam still exists in an inner barrel of the washing machine after the washing of the clothes is finished; meanwhile, the problems that the clothes are not cleaned cleanly due to the fact that oil stains or dust are too much and the addition amount of the detergent is small are avoided.
[ example 2 ]
Because of different working environments, clothes are often stained with different types of target cleaning objects, the target cleaning objects can be dust, greasy dirt, paint, engine oil and/or silica gel, and the staining degree of the clothes can be different according to different working occasions. The user can decide the type of laundry detergent to be added according to the actual condition of the object to be washed on the laundry. Specifically, if the washing machine works in a general occasion, the target cleaning object is dust on the surface of the clothes, and a common detergent or washing powder can be selected as the detergent of the clothes in the cleaning process; when the detergent is used in oil fields, restaurants and the like, oil stains can be used as main cleaning objects, and the detergent can be selected as a detergent.
In the automatic feeding device of the washing machine, different types of detergents can be fed according to different target cleaning objects, for example: washing powder or detergent can be used for cleaning dust or greasy dirt, and cleaning agent can be used for cleaning engine oil or gasoline.
Setting the types of the corresponding used clothes treating agents for different types of washings, and setting the corresponding relations between different dirt degrees and corresponding clothes treating doses; in a specific use process, corresponding detergent types are acquired according to preset target cleaning objects, then corresponding relations between different dirt levels and corresponding types of clothes treatment doses are determined, and then the detergent amounts and the color protection amounts required to be added in a washing program can be found out from the corresponding relations according to the dirt levels detected by the water quality detection device.
According to the detected dirt degree of the clothes and the dirt type of the clothes, the adding type and the adding amount of the detergent are determined, so that the proper detergent type and the proper adding amount can be determined, different types of cleaning agents can be used for cleaning different target cleaning objects, the dirt cleaning is facilitated, and the cleaning effect is improved.
[ example 3 ]
In the above embodiments 1-2, the pre-washing process without detergent is performed in the pre-washing process, but for some special cases, the dirt degree of the detected laundry in the pre-washing process is compared with the preset warning value of the system, and whether the detergent is added in the pre-washing stage is determined according to whether the dirt degree of the laundry is greater than the preset warning value of the system.
In the pre-washing process, when the dirt degree of the clothes is larger than a preset warning value of the system, the fact that the dirt and/or dust on the clothes is very much is proved, and the detergent is added in the pre-washing stage, so that the removal of the dirt and/or dust on the clothes can be accelerated, and the pre-washing effect is improved.
[ example 4 ]
Many existing clothes are wrinkled after washing and are easy to generate static electricity after wearing, so the embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that: and adding a softener in the rinsing process to rinse and soften the softener.
It should be noted that: in the water inlet rinsing process, when the dirt degree of the clothes detected and processed by the water quality detection device is smaller than a preset value, the softener is put in the automatic putting device of the washing machine to rinse and soften the clothes. It should be further noted that the preset value is set according to a user's requirement, when the user's requirement for cleanliness of clothes is relatively high, the preset value may be set to any value from 1 to 5, and when the user's requirement for cleanliness of clothes is relatively low, the preset value may be set to any value from 6 to 10.
In the process of washing, water inlet and rinsing of the clothes, when the dirt degree of the clothes is lower than a preset value as a real-time detection result obtained by water quality condition detection, the clothes are proved to be cleaned, and softener is automatically put in at the moment to rinse and soften the clothes, so that the clothes can be prevented from being softened and softened under the condition that the clothes are not cleaned, and the treatment effect of the clothes is improved.
[ example 5 ]
The water inflow amount of the washing machine during washing clothes can be selected according to the number of the clothes, the materials of the clothes, the weight of the clothes and the washing mode of the clothes, and preferably, the water inflow amount is determined according to the weight of the clothes during washing the clothes.
It should be noted that: the washing machine detects the weight of the laundry before pre-washing, and pre-sets the pre-washing and washing water level and/or the washing water amount according to the laundry weight.
