Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizers, in particular to a neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer containing a composite microbial agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Soil acidity and alkalinity means that various chemical and biochemical reactions exist in soil, and different acidity or alkalinity is displayed, and the soil is divided into strong acid soil (pH is less than or equal to 4.5), acid soil (pH is less than or equal to 4.5 and less than or equal to 5.5), slightly acid soil (pH is less than or equal to 5.5 and less than or equal to 6.5), neutral soil (pH is less than or equal to 6.5 and less than or equal to 7.5) and alkaline soil (> 7.5).
The soil acidification is harmful: (1) Soil acidification causes soil hardening, so that the water and fertilizer retaining capacity of the soil is reduced, and the plant root system development is inhibited; (2) soil acidification results in reduced nutrient utilization; (3) Soil acidification reduces crop growth vigor and disease resistance; (4) Soil acidification leads to malnutrition and reduced quality of crops; (5) Soil acidification weakens beneficial bacteria in soil and harmful bacteria are propagated, so that crop health is endangered; (6) Soil acidification affects the virtuous cycle of crop nutrients, resulting in diminishing returns.
The benefits brought to the growers by orchards, vegetable gardens, greenhouses and the like which are acidified by soil due to successive year planting and unbalanced fertilization are reduced year by year. The most suitable pH range of the soil for plant growth is 5.5-7.5, namely the most suitable pH range of the plant is in slightly acidic soil and neutral soil except for individual alkali-resistant or acid-resistant plants.
The acidized soil with the pH less than or equal to 5.5 is not suitable for the growth of most crops, and if the acidic fertilizer is continuously applied to the acidized soil, the acidizing degree of the soil can be increased, so that the agricultural yield is reduced, and the benefit is reduced. The most direct method for solving the problem of acidified soil is to select a neutral water-soluble fertilizer which can be used according to the growth requirement of crops during base application and topdressing, and the neutral water-soluble fertilizer can gradually condition the acidified soil to enable the acidified soil to slowly recover the optimal pH range of the soil without causing negative effects of root burning and seedling burning on the crops. In addition, the neutral water-soluble fertilizer can be used in any soil environment, and can not aggravate soil acidification and soil salinization.
Fertilizers themselves have an acidic base, known as physical acid base. Literature searches and data queries show that acidic fertilizers, such as monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, superphosphate, etc., dissolve in water and exhibit an acidic reaction. The alkaline fertilizer is dissolved in water and takes on alkaline reaction, such as diammonium phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the like.
In addition, the fertilizers applied to the soil are called physiological alkaline fertilizers when the cations in the residual soil are more than anions after being absorbed by plants, such as sodium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and the like; when anions are more than cations, the fertilizer is called physiological acid fertilizer, such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate and the like; the fertilizer with basic balance of anion and cation absorption is a neutral fertilizer such as potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate and urea.
Traditional soil conditioners for improving acid soil are poor in water solubility or not soluble at all, and most of the soil conditioners are used for adjusting the pH of the soil. The common macroelement water-soluble fertilizer can only provide nutrient components required by plant growth, but omits to improve the physicochemical property of soil and also neglects to adjust the growth corresponding to plants, and the conventional environment has no neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer through document searching and data query. Therefore, the neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer which has neutral pH value, is fully water-soluble, has comprehensive nutrients, can provide nutrition for plants in different growth periods, contains the composite microbial agent, plays a positive promotion role on plant growth, and is convenient to use has huge market demands.
