Description

Neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer containing composite microbial agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizers, in particular to a neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer containing a composite microbial agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Soil acidity and alkalinity means that various chemical and biochemical reactions exist in soil, and different acidity or alkalinity is displayed, and the soil is divided into strong acid soil (pH is less than or equal to 4.5), acid soil (pH is less than or equal to 4.5 and less than or equal to 5.5), slightly acid soil (pH is less than or equal to 5.5 and less than or equal to 6.5), neutral soil (pH is less than or equal to 6.5 and less than or equal to 7.5) and alkaline soil (> 7.5).
The soil acidification is harmful: (1) Soil acidification causes soil hardening, so that the water and fertilizer retaining capacity of the soil is reduced, and the plant root system development is inhibited; (2) soil acidification results in reduced nutrient utilization; (3) Soil acidification reduces crop growth vigor and disease resistance; (4) Soil acidification leads to malnutrition and reduced quality of crops; (5) Soil acidification weakens beneficial bacteria in soil and harmful bacteria are propagated, so that crop health is endangered; (6) Soil acidification affects the virtuous cycle of crop nutrients, resulting in diminishing returns.
The benefits brought to the growers by orchards, vegetable gardens, greenhouses and the like which are acidified by soil due to successive year planting and unbalanced fertilization are reduced year by year. The most suitable pH range of the soil for plant growth is 5.5-7.5, namely the most suitable pH range of the plant is in slightly acidic soil and neutral soil except for individual alkali-resistant or acid-resistant plants.
The acidized soil with the pH less than or equal to 5.5 is not suitable for the growth of most crops, and if the acidic fertilizer is continuously applied to the acidized soil, the acidizing degree of the soil can be increased, so that the agricultural yield is reduced, and the benefit is reduced. The most direct method for solving the problem of acidified soil is to select a neutral water-soluble fertilizer which can be used according to the growth requirement of crops during base application and topdressing, and the neutral water-soluble fertilizer can gradually condition the acidified soil to enable the acidified soil to slowly recover the optimal pH range of the soil without causing negative effects of root burning and seedling burning on the crops. In addition, the neutral water-soluble fertilizer can be used in any soil environment, and can not aggravate soil acidification and soil salinization.
Fertilizers themselves have an acidic base, known as physical acid base. Literature searches and data queries show that acidic fertilizers, such as monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, superphosphate, etc., dissolve in water and exhibit an acidic reaction. The alkaline fertilizer is dissolved in water and takes on alkaline reaction, such as diammonium phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the like.
In addition, the fertilizers applied to the soil are called physiological alkaline fertilizers when the cations in the residual soil are more than anions after being absorbed by plants, such as sodium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and the like; when anions are more than cations, the fertilizer is called physiological acid fertilizer, such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate and the like; the fertilizer with basic balance of anion and cation absorption is a neutral fertilizer such as potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate and urea.
Traditional soil conditioners for improving acid soil are poor in water solubility or not soluble at all, and most of the soil conditioners are used for adjusting the pH of the soil. The common macroelement water-soluble fertilizer can only provide nutrient components required by plant growth, but omits to improve the physicochemical property of soil and also neglects to adjust the growth corresponding to plants, and the conventional environment has no neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer through document searching and data query. Therefore, the neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer which has neutral pH value, is fully water-soluble, has comprehensive nutrients, can provide nutrition for plants in different growth periods, contains the composite microbial agent, plays a positive promotion role on plant growth, and is convenient to use has huge market demands.

Test time: 4.2021 and 1.8.30. Developing pot experiment
Test crop: leaf vegetables lettuce
Test protocol: the balanced neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer B (20-20-20+TE) prepared by the method and the acidic macroelement water-soluble fertilizer D (20-20-20+TE) prepared by the research and development center are selected.
The test design is totally 3 treatments, each treatment is provided with 12 parallel potted plants, each potted plant is transplanted with four seedlings, the transplanting is delayed for Miao Di, the first fertilization is carried out for three days, the fertilization is carried out every ten days later, the total fertilization is carried out four times, and the harvest is carried out for forty days.
Treatment 1: blank control, do not do fertilization treatment; treatment 2: applying an acidic macroelement water-soluble fertilizer D in a fertilization control example; treatment 3: and (5) fertilizing, namely applying a neutral macroelement water-soluble fertilizer B. The pH of each pot soil was measured before the seedling transplanting of the lettuce. The fertilization amount and the fertilization time of the treatment 2 and the treatment 3 are consistent, the water-soluble fertilizer is diluted 800 times for each fertilization, then the quantitative clear water is sprayed, and the equal amount of clear water is sprayed and sprayed in the treatment 1. Soil samples are taken to measure the pH three days after fertilization, three pots of potting soil are taken for each treatment to measure the pH, and an average value is taken for four times. Observing the loosening condition of soil and observing the growth condition of lettuce. This test regimen was repeated three times for a period of 40 days.
The pot-cultivated soil is prepared by mixing 1 part of humus soil with 4 parts of greenhouse soil, the greenhouse soil is taken from a vegetable greenhouse with frequent rotation, and the pH value of the soil is about 4.0 due to long-term vegetable planting and excessive fertilization, so that the pot-cultivated soil is strong-acid soil, the organic matter content is reduced, the soil caking is serious, and the fertility is low. Humus soil has high organic matter content, near neutral pH and high fertility.
The treatment 1 blank control was not applied with any fertilizer, and the pH was not changed much and had a tendency to decrease.
The acid water-soluble fertilizer is applied in the treatment 2, the pH change is the largest, the acidification is the most serious, the pH is reduced to 4.0 from 4.5, and the soil acidification rate is 11.1%.
Treatment 3 the neutral water-soluble fertilizer of the embodiment of the invention is applied, the pH of the soil is raised from 4.5 to 5.3, and the recovery rate of the pH of the soil is 23.2% at the highest and 17.8% at the lowest. The neutral water-soluble fertilizer can slowly adjust the acidified soil to enable the acidified soil to slowly recover to the favorite soil environment of crops.
The 3 lettuce grows best in each experimental treatment, but as the number of successive seeds increases, the first growth is better than the second and the second growth is better than the third. The growth condition is good, which indicates that the soil environment is good, and further indicates that the neutral water-soluble fertilizer of the embodiment has the advantage of adjusting the pH of the soil.
