The invention provides a quay crane with a side-opening bulk container device and a working method thereof, wherein the quay crane comprises a quay container crane main body and an automatic dumping device, and the quay container crane main body is used for placing a heavy-load container on the automatic dumping device in a reloading manner; the automatic dumping device is used for overturning the heavy-duty container at a certain angle and unloading the materials in the heavy-duty container into the hopper; the automatic dumping device automatically enters the dustproof room in the overturning process; the automatic dumping device comprises a turntable, a moving mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the turntable comprises a turntable plate, the heavy-load container is placed on the turntable plate, the turntable plate is in sliding connection with the moving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is connected with the turntable plate and is used for driving the turntable plate to carry the heavy-load container to overturn and move into a dustproof chamber so as to dump materials. The invention solves the problem that the conventional shore bridge can not realize bulk cargo unloading, and the problem of low efficiency caused by excessive dumping equipment in the existing bulk cargo unloading process flow.

step seven, under the action of combined motion, returning the turntable and the empty container to the initial flat position;
step eight, unlocking the empty container through a lock pin;
step nine, carrying out unloading of the next heavy-load container after carrying out unloading of the idle-load container to the code head face through the main body of the quayside container crane;
and step ten, repeating the step one to the step nine to finish the box turning and unloading of the whole ship.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention solves the problem that the conventional shore bridge can not realize bulk cargo unloading.
2. The invention solves the problem of low efficiency caused by excessive dumping equipment in the existing 'scattered changing set' unloading process flow.
3. The material overturning device is directly arranged on the quay crane, so that the investment cost is greatly reduced, and the unloading efficiency is improved.
4. The invention realizes a new technology that the shore bridge can directly unload bulk cargo, the unloading process is arranged in the sealed cavity, the whole process is sealed, and no material is scattered.

The guide rail 21 is fixedly arranged on the lower cross beam of the quayside container crane main body 1, and the two ends of the guide rail are provided with circular arcs, so that the turntable 22 is ensured not to derail at the moving end position, and the turntable 22 is limited to move continuously.
The turntable 22 is used for carrying a container c and comprises a turntable flat plate 221, a plurality of turntable guides 222, sliding wheels 223, locking pins 224 and a hinge seat 225, wherein the sliding wheels 223 are arranged at the bottom of the turntable flat plate 221 and are in sliding connection with the guide rails 21. A plurality of turntable guides 222 are provided on the turntable plate 221, and locking pins 224 are provided at four corners of the turntable plate 221. The container c unloaded by the main body 1 of the quay container crane is stably placed on the turntable flat plate 221 in the positioning process of the turntable guide 222, and after the container c is placed, the locking pins 224 are automatically inserted into and locked with corner fitting holes at four corners of the container c, so that the container c is safely fixed on the turntable 221. One end of the connecting rod 23 is hinged and fixed on the lower cross beam of the shore container crane main body 1, and the other end is hinged and fixed at the lower hinge point of the turntable 22, namely, the other end of the connecting rod 23 is hinged with the hinge seat 225.
One end of the oil cylinder 24 is hinged and fixed on the lower cross beam of the shore container crane main body 1, and the other end is hinged and fixed at the middle hinge point of the connecting rod 23.
When the oil cylinder 24 extends out, the connecting rod 23 is pushed, the connecting rod 23 rotates around the fixed hinge point, the turntable 22 simultaneously moves forward along the guide rail 21 in the overturning process under the driving of the connecting rod 23, the front end of the turntable 22 is sent into the dustproof chamber e, and meanwhile, the container c placed on the turntable 22 also enters the dustproof chamber e, so that the container with the side door opened is overturned and unloaded. The specific working procedure of the invention is as follows:

4. under the combined motion, the turntable 22 and the heavy-load container c are fed into the dustproof room e for overturning and unloading;
5. the dumped materials enter a hopper d to realize unloading of the materials;
6. after unloading is completed, the oil cylinder 24 is retracted, the turntable 22 moves backwards along the guide rail 21, and the turntable 22 rotates downwards around the connecting rod 23;
7. under the combined motion, the turntable 22 and the empty container c return to the initial flat position;
8. unlocking the empty container c by means of the locking pin 224;

step three, an oil cylinder (24) extends out, a turntable (22) moves forwards along a guide rail (21), and the turntable (22) rotates upwards around a connecting rod (23);
step four, under the action of combined motion, the turntable (22) and the heavy-load container (c) are fed into a dustproof room (e) for overturning and unloading;
step five, the dumped materials enter a hopper (d) to realize unloading of the materials;
step six, after unloading is completed, the oil cylinder (24) is retracted, the turntable (22) moves backwards along the guide rail (21), and meanwhile, the turntable (22) rotates downwards around the connecting rod (23);
step seven, under the action of combined movement, the turntable (22) and the empty container (c) return to the initial flat position;
step eight, unlocking the empty container (c) through a lock pin (224);
step nine, transferring the empty container (c) to the code head surface (a) through the bank container crane main body (1), and then unloading the next heavy container (c);
and step ten, repeating the step one to the step nine to finish the box turning and unloading of the whole ship.
