本发明公开了一种装饰薄膜,其包括有色聚合物薄膜层及位于所述有色聚合物薄膜层的一层面上的微纳结构层,所述微纳结构层包括复数有色聚合物微纳结构。通过有色聚合物薄膜层及复数有色聚合物微纳结构显示具有光学效果的颜色,弱化了调色,简化工艺。

本申请为申请号201710143433.6,申请日为2017年3月11日,发明名称为“装饰薄膜”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及光学薄膜领域,尤其涉及一种装饰薄膜。
背景技术
装饰薄膜常用于各种物品表面的装饰中,起到美化装饰物表面的作用。特别是在电子产品和家电行业,各个厂家在不断寻求技术创新和功能创新来迎合环保、节能和差异化的发展趋势,而很多设计者已经将目光投向于外观的设计。
举例一种装饰薄膜,其包括依次叠加的着色层、反射层和柱面镜层。该装饰薄膜通过对着色层和反射层进行调色达到理想的颜色,并通过柱面镜层,实现光柱等光学效果,从而使该装饰薄膜颜色不单调,效果生动,符合现行流行趋势。然,该种装饰薄膜的颜色通过着色层和发射层的调色形成,工艺复杂。
鉴于此,本发明通过改善装饰薄膜以解决所存在的技术问题。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种装饰薄膜以解决上述的技术问题。
本发明的一个技术方案是:一种装饰薄膜,其包括有色聚合物薄膜层及位于所述有色聚合物薄膜层的一层面上的微纳结构层,所述微纳结构层包括复数有色聚合物微纳结构。
在其中一实施例中,所述复数有色聚合物微纳结构为复数凸起结构和/或凹陷结构。
在其中一实施例中,所述有色聚合物微纳结构和所述有色聚合物薄膜层为一体设置,或者所述复数有色聚合物微纳结构形成于所述有色聚合物薄膜层上且与所述彩色聚合物薄膜层具有相同或不同的颜色。
在其中一实施例中,所述有色聚合物薄膜层相对于所述微纳结构层的另一层面具有基材层。
在其中一实施例中,所述基材层为透明层。
在其中一实施例中,所述微纳结构层上覆盖有反射层。
在其中一实施例中,所述反射层为涂覆在所述微纳结构层上的金属层、金属氧化物层或非金属氧化物层,或者所述反射层为镀设于所述微纳结构层上。
在其中一实施例中,所述反射层上覆盖有着色层。
在其中一实施例中,所述着色层为有色胶层或者有色油墨层。
在其中一实施例中,所述基材层与所述有色聚合物薄膜层之间具有反射层。
在其中一实施例中,所述反射层与所述基材层之间具有着色层。
在其中一实施例中,所述有色聚合物微纳结构为微透镜、柱面镜、菲涅尔透镜、CD纹、蛾眼结构或拉丝纹。
在其中一实施例中,所述有色聚合物微纳结构的剖面为三角形、半圆形、矩形、梯形、凹形或不规则形,有色聚合物微纳结构为连续或间隔设置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的通过有色聚合物薄膜层及复数有色聚合物微纳结构显示具有光学效果的颜色,弱化了调色,简化工艺。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以通过许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于下面所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本发明的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1,本发明揭示一种装饰薄膜100,其包括有色聚合物薄膜层1及位于有色聚合物薄膜层的一层面11上的微纳结构层。微纳结构层包括复数有色聚合物微纳结构13。复数有色聚合物微纳结构13包括复数凸起结构和/或凹陷结构。有色聚合物薄膜层和微纳结构层均由有色聚合物形成,优选的为彩色UV胶或彩色OCA胶等;以彩色UV胶为例,只需对彩色UV胶选色或调色即可,不需要如现有的对两种颜色的合成进行调色,弱化了调色,从而工艺简单,能显示具有光学效果的颜色,具有很好的装饰效果。
优选的,复数有色聚合物微纳结构13和所述有色聚合物薄膜层1为一体设置。比如,涂彩色UV胶后,压印出复数凸起的微纳结构,固化后形成了有色聚合物薄膜层1和复数有色聚合物微纳结构13。
优选的,复数有色聚合物微纳结构13形成于有色聚合物薄膜层1上且与有色聚合物薄膜层1具有相同或不同的颜色。比如,用彩色UV胶设置一层有色聚合物薄膜层1,固化后再在有色聚合物薄膜层1上用相同或不同颜色的彩色UV胶通过打印等方式设置复数凸起形成复数有色聚合物微纳结构13,此过程中,只需调制彩色UV胶的颜色,不需要对几层的颜色进行显示的调制,弱化了装饰薄膜100的调色。
优选的,形成有色聚合物薄膜层1和有色聚合物微纳结构13均采用彩色UV胶,在其他方式中,采用具有颜色的聚合物比如彩色OCA胶等均可以。
请参图2至图5,有色聚合物薄膜层1相对于微纳结构层的另一层面12具有基材层2。基材层2主要起到支撑的作用,可以选用柔性的基材,比如PET、PC、PMMA等柔性材料,也可以为硬质的基材,比如玻璃等。
优选的,请参图2至图4,所述基材层2为透明层,比如玻璃材质。具有有色聚合物微纳结构的一侧贴附于物品表面,比如手机后盖上,基材层2即为手机的盖板玻璃。此种手机后盖显示出有色聚合物薄膜层1和有色聚合物微纳结构13的颜色,并且由于有色聚合物微纳结构13的原因,从不同角度看,具有不同的光影效果,颜色更加绚烂。
进一步的,请参图6,微纳结构层上覆盖有反射层3。反射层3为涂覆在微纳结构层上的金属层、金属氧化物层或非金属氧化物层。优选的,反射层3为刷上去的一层银浆,对颜色具有增亮作用,增加装饰效果。当然,反射层3也可以为镀设于微纳结构层上。所述反射层3还可以起到调色作用,与有色聚合物薄膜层一起达到调色效果,从而使装饰薄膜100的颜色更加饱满,更具质感。
更进一步,请参图7,反射层3上覆盖有着色层4。优选的,着色层4为有色胶层或者有色油墨层。光从如图7中箭头所示的方向进入时,反射层3与着色层4可以显示一定的显色,但因为已有有色聚合物薄膜层的颜色,反射层3和着色层4的颜色可以不体现,也可以体现的不明显起辅助显色的作用,从而可以弱化调色,简化工艺流程,也可以使有色聚合物薄膜层的颜色更加丰富饱满,使装饰薄膜更具质感和装饰效果。
请参图8和图9,装饰薄膜的另一种实施方式,基材层2与有色聚合物薄膜层1之间具有反射层3’。反射层3’与基材层2之间具有着色层4’。此实施方式中,基材层2可以是透明的,也可以不透明。反射层3’对有色聚合物薄膜层1的颜色具有增亮作用。反射层3’和/或着色层4’调色后对有色聚合物薄膜层1的颜色显示起辅助的作用。光线从图9中箭头所示的方向进入,显示的是有色聚合物薄膜层1和有色聚合物微纳结构13的颜色,并通过有色聚合物微纳结构13的作用,能显示出动感的变化,具有很好的装饰效果。而反射层3’以及着色层4’将使显示的颜色更加丰满漂亮。并且弱化了调色,工艺更加简单。
请参图2至图4,本发明的装饰薄膜的有色聚合物微纳结构有很多的形状,可以为微透镜、柱面镜、菲涅尔透镜、CD纹、蛾眼结构或拉丝纹等。而有色聚合物微纳结构的剖面为三角形、半圆形、矩形、梯形、凹形或不规则形等,且有色聚合物微纳结构为连续或间隔设置。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,上面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在上面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于上面描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受上面公开的具体实施例的限制。并且,以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

1.一种装饰薄膜,其特征在于,其包括:
有色聚合物薄膜层,其一侧一体设置有复数有色聚合物微纳结构,所述有色聚合物微纳结构为复数凸起结构和/或凹陷结构,所述有色聚合物薄膜层为调色层,所述有色聚合物微纳结构呈现光影效果;
基材层,设置于所述有色聚合物薄膜层的另一侧;
反射层,覆盖所述有色聚合物微纳结构;
着色层,覆盖所述反射层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物微纳结构为微透镜、柱面镜、菲涅尔透镜、CD纹、蛾眼结构或拉丝纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物微纳结构的剖面为三角形、半圆形、矩形、梯形、凹形或不规则形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物微纳结构为连续或间隔设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物薄膜层为彩色UV胶层或彩色OCA胶层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为盖板玻璃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为PET层、PC层、PMMA层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述反射层为涂覆在所述微纳结构层上的金属层、金属氧化物层或非金属氧化物层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述反射层为镀层。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述着色层为有色胶层或者有色油墨层。
